Noronowicz, Ronald A.
Ronald A. Noronowicz died January 26, 2011 at his home surrounded by his family.
Ron was born in Wilmington, Delaware on September 18, 1943, the son of John J. and Alice B. Noronowicz. He graduated from St. Hedwig's in 1958 and Wilmington High School in 1962. In 1970 he completed training at New Castle County Vocational-Technical School to become a Machinist IV. In December 2000 he retired as a Master Machinist from the DuPont Edgemoor Plant to travel and enjoy his hobbies of woodworking, photography, and building computers.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother John Noronowicz. He is survived by his wife, Carol (Allen) Noronowicz of Dover; his son, Michael Noronowicz and his wife Christy of New Castle; his step-daughter, Tracey Mulveny and husband Daniel of Wilmington, and their three daughters, Leila, Peri, and Rose; his sister, Sylvia T. McCool of Newark; two brothers, Joseph J. Noronowicz and wife Rebecca of Smyrna and Stanley J. Noronowicz of Lewes; several nieces and nephews; and former wife and good friend Alberta McCary.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 2 pm at Faries Funeral Chapel, 29 South Main Street, Smyrna, Delaware, where friends may call an hour before the services.
Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Smyrna, Delaware.

Jeanette Hall Webb
Of Frederica, passed away Sunday, January 23, 2011 at the Country Rest Home in Greenwood. She was 87.
Jeanette was born on November 26, 1923 in Frederica, daughter of the late Arthur R. and Beulah (Hall) Robbins.
Mrs. Webb was a nurse's aide at the Milford Memorial Hospital for 16 years, retiring in 1988.
She was always a devoted homemaker and loving wife and mother to her two sons.
Mrs. Webb was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Frederica.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Webb in 1971.
She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law; James Curtis Webb of Dayton, OH and David Terrence and Joan Webb of Milford; a brother, A. Reynolds Robbins, Jr. of Frederica and a grandson, James Todd Webb.
Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 28, 2011 at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, where friends may call one hour prior.
Burial will be held in Barratts Chapel Cemetery in Frederica.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to Trinity United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 4, Frederica, DE, 19946.
Sylvia Bailey Williamson
Of Lincoln, passed away Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. She was 98.
Mrs. Williamson was born on July 1, 1912 in Lincoln, daughter of the late Walter and Elizabeth (Blair) Bailey.
She was employed as a teller with Wilmington Trust Company in Milford for 25 years retiring in 1977.
She enjoyed refinishing and collecting antiques. Sylvia especially loved animals and over the years had many cats and dogs. Her last dog, Boy, was with her 18 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Williamson.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Daniel Dohring of Lincoln; a brother, Oscar Bailey of Georgetown; a sister, Bessy Christopher of Seaford; a granddaughter, Deb Ormsby of Petersburg, PA; a grandson, Dan Dohring of Pot Nets; two great grandchildren and four great- great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, where friends may call one hour prior.
Burial will be held privately.

Sue Kugelmann
Of Milford, passed away on Wednesday, September 1, 2010 at Caroline Nursing Home in Denton, Maryland. She was 86.
Mrs. Kugelmann was born on April 5, 1924 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, daughter of the late Henry Y. and Jimmie Pauline (Sanders) Nabb.
Sue was a realtor/manager with Harrington ERA in Milford for 25 years, retiring in 1995.
She was a member of the St. John's Catholic Church in Milford.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Philip H. Kugelmann in 1992 and a son, Philip H. Kugelmann, Jr.
She is survived by a son, William Steven Kugelmann of Penns Grove, NJ; a daughter, Theresa A. Kugelmann of Easton, MD; four grandchildren, Brian Kugelmann, Katherine Kugelmann, Sean Kugelmann and Michele Kugelmann and two great grandchildren; Conner Kugelmann and Brianna Wright.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, where friends may greet the family one hour prior.
Burial will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, Sussex County Chapter, P.O. Box 163, Salisbury, MD, 21803-0163.
Ruth M. Bless
Of Milford, passed away Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Milford Center. She was 90.
Mrs. Bless was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford L. Bless in 1998.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, William R. and Linda Bless of Milford; a daughter and son-in-law, Bonnie R. and Frank Calhoon of Seaford and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at St. John's Evangelistic Anglican Church in Churchville, Pennsylvania.

Fair, Steven A.
Steven A. Fair of Wyoming passed away Thursday, January 3, 2008 in Green Valley Pavilion, Smyrna. He was 49.
He was born on March 30, 1958 in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Steven had worked as a driver for Berry Van Lines, Dover for over 10 years.
He enjoyed NASCAR, especially Mark Martin, tuna and striper fishing. He owned 40 Harley Davidson Tshirts.
Steven is preceded in death by his father Donald Fair.
He is survived by his mother Louise Fair of Wyoming, a daughter Brandy (Glass) Kemp of Felton, a brother Fred Fair and his wife Kim of Dover, three sisters Margie MacLeish and her husband Tom of Wyoming; Donna Berdahl and her husband Nels of Boiling Springs, PA and Kathy Fair and her husband Chip Scanlan of St. Pete Beach, FL, a special friend Yvonne Steele of Marydel, five nieces, four nephews, two great nephews, many friends and his extended family in Tennessee and Germany.
A gathering of family and friends will be held 6-8:00 p.m. today (Saturday) in the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 West Camden-Wyoming Avenue, Wyoming.
Burial will be private.

Fallows, Norman
Norman Fallows, age 88, died on Saturday, October 23, 2004 at the Christiana Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Norman was a loving father and grandfather who will be dearly missed by his family. He is survived by his son, Geoffrey Fallows, his daughter, Ruth Smith, and her husband, Joseph W., all of Newark, his granddaughter, Patricia Scasny, and his brother, Russell Fallows, of Preston, England.
Services will be private.
MacFadden, Ann L
Ann L. MacFadden of Dover died on Friday, May 7, 2004 at The Westminster Health Care Center, Dover. She was 74.
Miss McFadden was born January 25, 1930 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to the late James Harry MacFadden and Daisy Greasy MacFadden.
She worked for Sears Roebuck & Company as a data processor, retiring on December 31, 1991. Miss McFadden was also a foster grandparent. She had lived in Dover for the past 20 years, moving from Philadelphia. She was a member of St. Andrews Lutheran Church.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews, Neal Hickman of Claymont, DE, Kelly Hickman of Wildwood, NJ, Jim Shaner of Claymont, DE, Diane Seltzer of Cecil County, MD, Eileen and Shelia; 7 foster grandchildren, and a special friend, Fredia McDermott of Dover, De.
Memorial services will be private. Contributions may be made to Westminster Health Care Center, Residence Fund, 1175 McKee Road, Dover, De. 19904.
