Age 72 of Wilmington, DE passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 31, 2004 at home.
Mrs. Pagan is survived by 3 daughters, Carmen Daisy Roman, Aixa Roman, Elizabeth Roman; and 3 sons, Luis M., Juan Alberto and Juan Roman. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; a brother; and 3 sisters.
Family and friends are invited to the funeral service on Monday evening, April 5, at 7 pm at the Church of God Peregrino, 4th & Broom Sts., Wilmington, where visitation will begin at 6 pm.
Family and friends may also call on Tuesday morning, April 6, at 9 am, followed by a funeral service at 10 am at the church.
Burial will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park.

Age 55 of Wilmington, DE died Tuesday, March 30, 2004,at home.
Mrs. Quirk was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her father, Henry V. Kolasinski; and her brother, Henry J. Kolasinski. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Martin R. Quirk Sr.; her son, Martin R. Quirk, Jr. and his wife, Nicole Alexia Quirk, of San Antonio, TX; her daughter, Nicole Alexandra Quirk of Middletown, DE; her mother, Mary L. Kolasinski of Wilmington; and her grandchildren, Alexa, Christopher and Brendan.

Walter Radewonuk Raposa
Age 26 of Wilmington, DE passed away suddenly on Monday, March 29, 2004, at his home.
Walt attended Delcastle High School and was a plumbers apprentice.
He was a good-hearted person and friend to many. He will be missed by all his cousins, family and friends.
Walt is survived by his mother, Linda F. Lightcap; his father and stepmother, Jason and Debra Raposa; his fianc‚e and soulmate, Rebecca Santore; brother, John Raposa; and sister, Tina Raposa.
He was a loving uncle to, Sean, Patrick, Davy and JJ.

Age 87 of Wilmington, DE, formerly of Dinwiddie County, VA died March 25, 2004 in Wilmington Hospital.
Mrs. Schubert was born in Ford, Dinwiddie County, VA, daughter of the late Charles William and Ruth Gunn Vaughan.
Preceded in death by her first husband, Edgar Leo Price, she is survived by her husband, Waldemar Schubert, of Aiken, SC; daughter, Barbara Ann Atkinson, of Wilmington, DE; son, Charles Edgar Price and Linda Emery, of Colonial Heights, VA; a brother, William Harrison Vaughan and his wife, Mary Marshall, of Dinwiddie County, VA; grandson, Charles Stephen Bart Mitchell of Big Sky, MT; and granddaughter, Karen Suzanne Price of Dinwiddie, VA.
She is also survived by her extended family, Arlene Schubert James and her husband, Richard, of Aiken, SC, Ronald Schubert and his wife, Shirley, and their daughter, Holly, of Gaithersburg, MD, Norman Higgins of Hopewell, VA and Wesley Higgins of Henderson, NV.
A memorial service will be held at 7 pm on Friday, April 2nd, in Brown Hall at the Ingleside Retirement Apartments, 1010 N. Broom St., Wilmington.

Frank A. Skinner, Sr., age 70 of Elkton, MD died Tuesday, March 30, 2004.
Mr. Skinner was a member of Union Local #626, New Castle, DE.
Survivors include his daughters, Beverly A. Clemens, Janet M. Skinner, Barbara S. Armour and Sandra A. Rogaskie, all of Elkton, MD; son, Frank A. Skinner, Jr., North East, MD; brother, William H. Skinner, Elkton, MD; sister, Sarah I. Davis, Claymont, DE; 12 grandchildren; and his loving companion, Marguerite Duncan.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm, Friday, April 2, 2004, at HICKS HOME FOR FUNERALS, 103 W. Stockton St., Elkton, MD.
Interment will be private.

Age 51 of Naples, FL, formerly of Newark, DE died Saturday, March 13, 2004, in FL.
Mrs. Adams, a loving mother and devoted wife, was born May 12, 1952 in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. She was a former member of the Resurrection parish in Wilmington, DE, Immaculate Conception parish in Elkton, MD and St. Thomas More Oratory in Newark, DE. She was a current member of St. Anne's parish in Naples, FL, where she was assistant director of religious education and an Eucharistic minister. She had a certificate in Kingdom Ministry from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA and a degree from Paul Smith's College in NY. Through the years, she volunteered her time to organizations such as The Jesus House, Community Bible Center, New Directions, Mt. Aviat Academy, St. Marks High School, Boy Scout Troop #205, the Girl Scouts and the YMCA. She enjoyed everything including tennis, golf, triathlon, swimming and jazzercise.
She is survived by her husband, George A. Adams, Jr. of Naples, FL; and 2 children, Douglas G. Adams and Christine L. Adams, both of Naples, FL, formerly of Newark, DE.
Her sister, Maha Anand Golden of New York City, NY; 2 brothers, Joseph B. Schmitt, Jr. of San Diego, CA and Michael A. Schmitt of Toms River, NJ; and her father, Joseph B. Schmitt of Gulf Breeze, FL. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Schmitt.
Visitation will be held from 7-9 pm on Thursday, March 18, 2004, at the R.T. Foard & Jones Funeral Home, 122 W. Main St., Newark, DE 19711. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 pm on Friday, March 19, 2004, at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Elkton, MD. Burial will be at 12 noon on Saturday, March 20, 2004, in Greenwood cemetery in Manahawkin, NJ.

Age 97, died Monday, March 29, 2004 at Franciscan Care Center at Brackenville, Hockessin.
A lifelong resident of Wilmington, Evelyn attended the University of Pennsylvania and then worked as a social worker for Old Swedes Community Center/Peoples Community Center for 66 years. She was a member of Corpus Christi R.C. Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Horace A. Doncaster.
She is survived by 2 nephews, Ronald Halter of Trainer, PA and Alex Halter of Ft. Myers, FL.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at Corpus Christi R.C. Church, 901 New Rd., Elsmere, DE on Thurs., Apr. 1 at 10 am.

Francis Eugene Kelly, Sr.
Age 78, of Mendenhall, PA, passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2004 at Chester County Hospital.
He was the loving husband of Jane M. McLaverty Kelly, with whom he shared 52 years of marriage.
Born in Villanova, PA, he was the son of the late Owen and Sophia McCusker Kelly.
Francis was a technical sergeant in the U.S. Army during World War II in the 79th Division, 313th Infantry, and he participated in the D-Day invasion at Normandy.
He was a 1950 graduate of the University of Wyoming.
Francis retired from the Finance Department with DuPont in 1984 after 31 years of service.
He was a member of St. Patrick Church, Kennett Square, PA, the DuPont Country Club and the Defiance A.A. Club.
A long distance runner, Frank was a veteran of many marathons over the years.
He was the loving father of 3 sons and 3 daughter, Francis E. Kelly, Jr., and wife, Holly, of Ottsville, PA, Albert R. Kelly, Sr., and wife, Marjorie, of Wilmington, DE, Owen J. Kelly, and wife, Sloane, of San Antonio, TX and Deirdre J. Doyle, and husband, Joseph E. III of Hatfield, PA.
He was the loving grandfather of 7 grandchildren, Bridget, Owen, Albert Jr., Colin, Ryan, Gavin and Katherine.
He is also survived 3 brothers, Joseph Kelly of West Chester, Richard Kelly of Bryn Mawr, PA and Honorable Robert Kelly of Villanova, PA.
He was predeceased by 1 sister, Jean Behan; and by 1 brother, Kent Kelly.
Family and friends are invited to attend Francis' life celebration from 7-9 pm on Wednesday, April 21, 2004 and also from 8:30-9:30 am on Thursday, April 22, 2004 at the KUZO & GOFUS FUNERAL HOME, Ltd., "A Life Celebration Home", State & Meredith Sts., Kennett Square.
His funeral mass will be celebrated at 10 am on Thursday at St. Patrick Church, Cypress & Meredith Sts., Kennett Square.
Interment will be in Calvary cemetery, Conshohocken, PA.
