Mr. Moye was the son of the late Thomas Moye and Mary E. Moye. He was a bus driver and a self-employed mechanic. Donald leaves his loving wife, Renee A. Moye, 2 brothers Thomas E. Moye and Gregory Moye of New Haven, CT., 7 sisters Betty Foster, Mary Blount of New Haven, CT, Peggy Moye, and Dorothy Moye all of New Haven, Patricia Moye of North Haven, CT, Brenette Miller of Meriden, CT and Joanne Moye of N.C. 3 sons, Michael Tillery of VA, Anthony Chapman and Dwayne Randolph of New Haven. 1 daughter LaFathia Daniels of New Haven, CT. 2 grandchildren, Anthony Randolph and Javis Randolph of New Haven, CT. He was predeceased by 1 sister Myrtle Rice. A celebration of his life will be held Thursday, April 20, 2006 11:00 a.m. at Macedonia Church of God in Christ, 151 Newhall St. New Haven. Friends may call Thursday at the church from 10-11 a.m. Burial to follow in Beaverdale Cemetery.

Marvin 'Marvin C.' Anderson, 63, of 149 Canton St., West Haven passed into eternal rest on Tuesday April 11, 2006. The son of the late Hezekiah Anderson and Betty Cox was born in Greenville, NC on October 26 1942. Marvin was known for his stylish dress and was considered quite the chef. He was known throughout N. C. for his athletic prowess. Marvin was employed as a Production Manager at Avco Lycoming prior to his retirement. He leaves to mourn his two sons, Anton Curtis Anderson of New Haven and Marvin Calvin Anderson (Alicia Dawn) of Hamden, one brother, Elder Clinton Ray Anderson of Greenville, N. C., and three sisters, Bettie J. Staton and Carolyn Carolina of New Haven and Sandra Anderson of Ohio, his most cherished possessions, Shaniece, Nicole, and Taylor Anderson, all of CT., as well as a host of other relatives and friends. A celebration of his life will be held Monday April 17, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthews Church at 400 Dixwell Ave., New Haven, CT. Friends may call Monday at the church from 10-11 a.m. The burial will follow in Beaverdale Memorial Park Cemetery in Hamden.

Mrs. Thomas was the daughter of the late William Wells and Lillian Bynum. She is the widow of William Thomas, Jr. She was employed as a machinist at Winchester Repeating Arms. She leaves to mourn her loss one daughter, Sheila Thomas-Smith of New Haven and one sister Marion Rogers of Stratford, CT. She leaves two grandchildren Kar-lef Smith and Velencia Smith-Reeves both of New Haven, six great grandchildren, K-Jay, Tyshan, Diontre, Xyaire, Xyeta Smith and Sean Reeves, Jr. all of New Haven, and a host of other relatives and friends. A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday April 18, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Pauls at 1267 Chapel St., New Haven, CT. Friends may call Tuesday at the church from 10-11 a.m. The burial to follow in Beverdale Memorial Park.

Mrs. Edwards was the daughter of the late Charles Evans-Badger and Lena Badger. She is the widow of Emanuel Edwards, Sr. She was employed as a nurse at Grace New Haven Hospital. She was a long time member of Trinity Temple Church of God in Christ, New Haven, CT. as a church mother, missionary, choir member, and President of the Trade Union Plaza, where the square has been named in her honor, as well as many other distinguished positions. She leaves to mourn her loss two sons Emanuel Edwards, Jr. of Silver Springs, MD., and Kevin T. Edwards of Meriden, CT. She also leaves three daughters, Carolyn L. McClendon and Cynthia Edwards of New Haven, and Charlene Edwards of Hamden. She was predeceased by son Marshall T. Edwards, as well as five brothers and four sisters and leaves three grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. A celebration of her life will be held Monday April 3, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Temple COGIC, 285 Dixwell Ave., New Haven, CT. Friends may call Monday at the church from 9-11 a.m.

She leaves 3 sons Ronald Gattison of New Haven; Richard Gattison of West Haven; Robert Gattison of Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina and a daughter, Sherri Harris Roberts of Costa Rica Other survivors include a sister Augusta Coleman; 4 brothers, Henry, Earl, Irving and Harold Douglas; 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, Sandra Mellerson and 5 brothers Daniel, Hamlet, Edward, William, and George Douglas.
