Eduvige Feliciano Jr., 47, of 69 Ashland Place, New Haven died Feb. 7, 2009 in The CT. Hospice, Branford. He was the husband of Nereida Zayas Feliciano. Born in Guayanilla, P.R. April 13, 1961, he was the son of the late Eduvige Feliciano & Mercedes Olivera. He was employed at Yale New Haven Hospital as an environmental associate. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Eduvige “Eddie” Feliciano III of New Haven; a step daughter, Elizabeth Pena of New Haven; a brother, Hector and four sisters, Miguelina, Milta, Luisa & Nedinia Feliciano, all in Puerto Rico; two step grandchildren, Shayla & Joshua Adorno; and his aunt, Rafaela Olivera. He was predeceased by his brother, Daniel Feliciano.
Friends may call at the Star of Jacob Christian Church, 506 Howard Ave., New Haven Monday, Feb. 9th from 6 to 9 PM and are invited to attend funeral services Tuesday Morning beginning at 9:00 AM. Interment in Evergreen Cemetery

He was born in New York City son of the late Joseph and Rose Iannicelli Cantales. He was a graduate of Pace College in New York and had been a mechanical draftsman.
Mr. Cantales is survived by three sisters, Laura Cantales and Gloria Nichols of Branford and June Adelizzi of New Haven and a brother, Paul Cantales of Branford. Also survived by three nephews, 2 grandnephews and a grandniece.

Pauline Capone, 68, of 126 Cherry Hill Rd. dies August 7, 2002. She leaves her beloved husband of 46 years George Capone. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on August 9, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Emily Iemolo. Her family relocated to CT when she was 8 years old. Pauline was an accomplished artist who received her 4 yr. degree from Hartford Art School. She taught art and ceramics at the Branford Senior Center for 25 yrs. and Adult-Ed art at Branford High School 15 yrs. She is the local artist who contrinuted the Branford Point Painting to the Branford Center. Pauline touched the lives of everyone she knew. The kindness and positive encouragement she expressed to her family, friends, and students will be remembered forever. The Capone family would like to thank all the family and friends who expressed their love and support during Pauline's illness. We would also like to express our appreciation to the Hospice staff whose care and concern helped us through a most difficult time. Besides her husband she is survived by her five children, Stephen Capone of Honolulu, Hawaii, Patricia Dummar, Janice Warner, Carolyn Narcisco all of Branford, Maria Hoyt of Northford, and twelve grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Joseph Iemolo of Wayne, PA.and was predeceased by a sister, Connie Chaponis.

Brother and brother-in-law of Annette and Joe Deko of East Haven. Longtime companion of Rae Perelli of North Haven. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by a sister Rose Tammara and a brother Louis Cappabianca.
He was born September 7, 1926 in Buffalo, NY, son of the late Samuel and Mary Scardina Cappabianca. He was a U. S. Navy veteran of World War II, and he was the custodian at the Branford Armory prior to his retirement.

Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Ralph and Shirley Cappiello, Rita and Denny Smith and Rae and George Fitter all of Branford. Sister of Daniel P. Cosgrove of Branford. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
Mrs. Cappiello was born in Branford December 6, 1928, daughter of the late James E. and Elizabeth O’Brien Cosgrove. She was a volunteer for S.A.R.A.H., and had been a lifelong communicant of St. Mary Church.

Mrs. Borzillo was born in New Haven May 6, 1933, daughter of the late George A. and Ethel Little Bengtson. She was co-owner of Jacks Place Restaurant in Branford for 25 years until retiring in 1994, and was a communicant of St. Mary Church, Branford.

She was born in Branford June 14, 1926, daughter of the late Caesar and Marion Nobile. She was a retired supervisor for SNET, working there for 38 years, and was a member of SNET Pioneers. She was a member of the Westerly (R.I.) Yacht Club.

Gene was born in Roanoke Rapids, NC, November 13, 1942, son of the late Olsie and Ethel Williams Blankenship. He was a letter carrier for the Branford Post Office for 33 years until retiring in 1997. Gene was an avid card player and was especially devoted to his dogs Jessie and Duke.
