Sarah T. Mastrolillo
Sarah T. Mastrolillo, a longtime Norwalk resident, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2001 at Norwalk Hospital. She was 81.
She died of heart failure, according to her family.
Born July 3, 1919, in Crabtree, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Ralph and Philomena DeClement DeSantie.
Mrs. Mastrolillo was a member of St. Joseph's Church in South Norwalk and its Rosarian Guild.
She also was a member of the St. Ann's Club Women's Auxiliary and Norwalk Council 46 Knights of Columbus Columbiettes.
She is survived by her husband, Nicholas Mastrolillo of Norwalk; a son, Joseph Mastrolillo of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; four daughters, Elizabeth Parisi of Cape Coral, Fla., Jacqueline Mastrolillo of New Milford, Deborah Marsan of Fairfield and Anna Mastrolillo of Norwalk; a sister, Laura Allen of California; 16 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Michelle Mastrolillo; a sister, Lena Cardoso; and three brothers, Clem DeSantie, Fiore DeSantie and James DeSantie.
Calling hours will be 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, 2001 at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Ave., Norwalk.
St. Ann's Club Women's Auxiliary will meet at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, 2001 at the funeral home.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, 2001 at St. Joseph Church, 85 S. Main St., South Norwalk.
Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Broad Street, Norwalk.
Tom Edward Andrews
Tom Edward Andrews, a longtime Norwalk resident, died Monday, Jan. 22, 2001 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in West Haven. He was 79.
He died of liver failure, according to his family.
Born April 10, 1921, in Oak Hill, Ala., he was a son of the late Paul and Emma Thomas Andrews.
Mr. Andrews owned and operated Andrews Floor Waxing Service in Norwalk.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He is survived by three sons, Ronald Andrews, Gregory Andrews and Anthony Andrews, all of Norwalk; a daughter, Patricia Bradford of Cincinnati; two sisters, Catherine Williams of Newport News, Va., and Martha Davis of Norwalk; and many grandchildren.
Calling hours will be 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27, 2001 at Grace Baptist Church, 17 West Ave., Norwalk.
A funeral service will follow at 10 a.m. at the church.
Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery
in Norwalk.

Joseph A. Colucci
Joseph A. Colucci of Monroe, a former longtime Stamford resident, died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2001 at St. Vincent Medical Center in Bridgeport. He was 70.
He died of heart failure, according to his family.
Born May 5, 1930, in Stamford, he was the son of the late Anthony and Esther Olson Colucci.
Mr. Colucci was a U.S. Navy veteran who served in the Korean War.
He worked as a carpenter for many years with Vuono-Lione Construction Co. of Stamford. He also was employed with Perkin-Elmer Co. of Norwalk for 15 years before retiring in 1993.
Mr. Colucci was a member of the VFW Post 399, American Legion Post 12 and Carpenter's Union Local 210.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Winter Colucci of Monroe; a son, Jay W. Colucci of Rota, Spain; two daughters, Susan Bodyk of Naugatuck and Carolyn Colucci of Glastonbury; a cousin and a granddaughter.
Calling hours are noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, 2001 at Spadaccino Community Funeral Home, 315 Monroe Turnpike (Route 111), Monroe.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 29, 2001 at St. Jude Church, 707 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe.
Burial will follow in Queen of Peace Cemetery
in Stamford.
Memorial donations may be made to the St. Jude Church Rectory Fund.
Monica Chen Loh
Monica Chen Loh, a resident of Armonk, N.Y., died Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2001 at home. She was 69.
She died of pancreatic cancer, according to her family.
Born Dec. 24, 1931, in Hong Kong, she was a daughter of the late Admiral Sir and Lady Chen-Chak, former mayor of Canton, China.
Mrs. Loh grew up in China and lived during the Japanese occupation. In 1942, she and three sisters escaped from Japanese-occupied Shanghai. She came to the United States in 1947 to finish high school. She had intended to return to China, but did not after the Communist takeover. She graduated from Michigan State University in 1952 and earned a master's degree in business administration, summa cum laude, from Pace University in 1974.
She began her career as a financial analyst at First National City Bank in New York City, where she met her husband of 46 years, Arthur T.Y. Loh, an investment banker.
She was associate manager of pension investment at General Foods Corp.; a director of pension financing and investment at North American Philips Corp. and a pension consultant at Wright Investor Services.
In 1992, she was a co-founder and principal of Kredietbank Global Management.
Mrs. Loh retired as vice president for investment management service with Adams Express Corp. and Petroleum Resources Corp.
After her retirement, she co-founded Loh Associates in Stamford and was active in investments and finance.
She was a member of several professional organizations, including the New York Society of Security Analysts and the International Society of Security Analysts.
She also was a member of Investment Management Sales Executives, an officer of Women in Management, an executive committee and board member of the Windmill Club, and a member of the Greenwich Symphony, Greenwich Polo Club and the Women's National Republican Club.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Stephanie T.L. Loh of Armonk and Pamela T.K. Loh of Mount Kisco, N.Y.; seven sisters, Paula Wu of Vancouver, Canada, Diana Chiu of San Diego, Anita Li of Calgary, Canada, and Julia Chen, Lina Voo, Anna Chen and Mabel Sim, all of Toronto; and two brothers, Duncan Chen of Hong Kong and Donald Chen of London.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today, Jan. 26, and Saturday, Jan. 27, 2001 at Beecher Funeral Home, 418 Bedford Road, Pleasantville, N.Y.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, 2001 at Armonk Methodist Church, 3 Bedford Road, Armonk.
Burial will follow in East Middle Patent Cemetery
in Banksville, N.Y.
Rose Anna Kinzig
Rose Anna Kinzig, a lifelong Stamford resident, died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2001 at Stamford Hospital. She was 85.
She died of cancer, according to her family.
Born July 28, 1915, in Stamford, she was a daughter of the late Frank A. and Martha Julia Potratz Kinzig.
Ms. Kinzig was a retired seamstress and dressmaker. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church of Stamford.
She is survived by two nephews, Jeffrey A. Kinzig of Stamford and Christopher A. Kinzig of New Fairfield; and two grandnephews.
She was predeceased by a brother, Francis F. Kinzig.
There are no calling hours or services.
Burial is private.

Diana Stewart Clark
Diana Stewart Clark of Dallas, a former Stamford resident, died Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2001 at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas. She was 71.
She died of lung cancer, according to her family.
Born Sept. 20, 1929, in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was a daughter of the late William D. and Margaret H. Stewart.
Mrs. Clark spent her childhood in Eastchester, N.Y., and graduated from St. Gabriel's High School in New Rochelle, N.Y.
She performed volunteer work for the Waters Resources Council in Dallas, the Texas Adult Probation Commission, Women's Issues Network in Dallas, the Older Women's League and the Dallas Alliance. She was a founding member of the Dallas Children's Advocacy Center League.
Mrs. Clark served on the advisory board for the Judicial Advisory Council of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and had been appointed to the Commission of Judicial Efficiency.
In 1980, the Dallas Young Lawyers Association honored her with its Dallas Liberty Bell Award, presented annually to a nonlawyer who has made the most selfless contribution to strengthen the effectiveness of the American justice system.
Her years of service to the League of Women Voters included terms as president of the Dallas chapter from 1973 to 1975 and president of the Texas group from 1979 to 1983. In 1992, the Dallas league honored her with its Myrtle Bales Bulkley Award for years of outstanding service.
For the past 20 years, Mrs. Clark had volunteered with the Dispute Mediation Service in Dallas, for which she mediated civil matters and later served in various capacities, including as president and board member.
She is survived by her husband, Winthrop Clark of Dallas; a daughter, Laurie A. Clark of Boulder, Colo.; a son, James S. Clark of Dallas; two sisters, Cynthia Korg of Seattle and Margaret Hewson of Princeton, N.J.; a stepmother, Kathryn Stewart of Norwalk; a half-brother, John Stewart of Van Alstyne, Texas ; and a grandchild.
A memorial service will be at 4 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 8, 2001 at First Unitarian Church, 4015 Normandy Ave., Dallas.
Burial was private.
