A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Paul’s Church for Anna Ianniello Antalik, 89, who died Dec. 29, 2003. She was the wife of Gaza Antalik.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Mordecai of Hamden; a son, William Ianniello of Hamden; and two grandchildren. She was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.
Burial was in St. Lawrence Cemetery. The Porto Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Paul Spevock
The Robert E. Shure Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Paul Spevock of 308 Savin Ave., who died Dec. 27, 2003. He was the husband of Helen Spevock.
He is survived by a daughter, Barbara "Bunny" Caplan of New Haven; a granddaughter, and four great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by three sisters.
Burial was in Beaverdale Memorial Park.
Marie Carbrey
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Church for Marie F. Gormley Carbrey, 85, of 45 Windsock Rd., who died Dec. 29, 2003. She was the widow of John J. Carbrey.
She is survived by sons, John E. Carbrey, Owen P. Carbrey and Francis Carbrey; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, and two brothers. She was a U.S. Army Air Corps (WAC) Veteran of WWIIL.
The Hamden Memorial Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Joseph Criscuolo
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at St. Anthony’s Church, New Haven, for Joseph (Joe Shingles) Criscuolo of Elm St., who died Jan. 3, 2004.
He is survived by sisters, Marie Renaldi and Anne Ugolik, both of Hamden, Theresa Gulianello and Regina Lawrence, both of West Haven; and a brother, James Criscuolo of Hamden. He was a volunteer fireman for the Stevens Height Fire Dept., and a member of the West Haven Auxiliary Police.
Interment was in St. Lawrence Cemetery. The West Haven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Dot Norton
The West Haven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Dot Norton, formerly of Park Terrace Ave., who died Jan 1, 2004. She was the widow of Merritt R. Norton.
She is survived by daughter, Dr. Janet Ryan; and two grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Agnes Link and a brother, Edward Link. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Irene Zatulskis
The West Haven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Irene Pukas Zatulskis, 80, of 20 Daniel Road, who died Dec. 30, 2003. She was the wife of Levy S. Zatulskis.
She is survived by her daughters, Ellen Shepherd of Oxford, Joan Cormier of VA, Lynn oaks of FL, Janet Taylor of MD; her sister, Anna Whitecavage of Woodhaven, NY and six grandchildren. She worked for the West Haven Board of Education as a secretary until 1988.
Burial was private.
Genuwelf Caccavale
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Holy Infant Church for Genuwelf "Gene" Caccavale, 90, of West Haven. He was the widower of Mary Tomaso Caccavale.
He is survived by a daughter, Rosemarie Cramp of Orange; sons, Gino Caccavale of Orange and Richard Caccavale; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was predeceased by several sisters and brothers.
Donations may be made to CT Hospice, 100 Double Beach Road, Branford 06405. Interment was in All Saints Cemetery. The West Haven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Sandra Kapolowicz
The Keenan Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Sandra Muir Kapolowicz, of 278 Main St., who died Jan. 4, 2004.
She is survived by a daughter, April Richards of West Haven; a sister, Susan Muir of West Haven and two step-grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Nicholas Cupo of West Haven; a daughter, Jeanine Gleed of West Haven; a sister, Josephine McKenna of Westbrook; a brother, Vincent Corso of SC; and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, Thomas Corso; and two sisters, Rosalind Cameron and Dorothy Hill.

Robert Kreps
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Church for Robert S. "Bobby" Kreps, 48,who died Jan. 6, 2004.
He is survived by his children, Troy and Nicole Kreps; his father, Frank S. Kreps, Jr.; his former wife, Dr. Rose Ann Paolino; brothers, David Kreps and Stanley Kreps; his stepmother, Penelope Banka Kreps and her daughters Kim and Tracy and his best friend, Cleo.

Frank Russo

Irving Kelson

Virginia Miller

Jeanette Nerkowski

She is survived by daughters, Rita Bass of Northford and Nancy Wetmore of West Haven; sons, Richard Nerkowski and Scott Nerkowski of West Haven; a sister, Rita Amato of West Haven and seven grandchildren. She was predeceased by several brothers, and sisters.

Thomas DeMatteo, Jr.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Lawrence Church for Thomas “Skip” DeMatteo, Jr., 55, of 200 Elm St., who died March 26, 2000. He was the husband of Ruth Tracey DeMatteo and the son of Rose Codianne DeMatteo of East Haven and the late Thomas DeMatteo. Mr. DeMatteo was service manager for Valenti Auro Sales in Wallingford and served in the Marine Corps.
Besides his wife and mother, he leaves a son, Thomas A. DeMatteo of North Branford; a daughter, Michelle Bethke of West Haven; a sister, Dorothy Hackbarth of East Haven; and three grandchildren.

Robert E. Augustus
The West Haven Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Robert E. Augustus, 45, of 263 William St., who died March 23, 2000. He was the husband of Kim Locke Augustus, and son of Geroge P. and Joan Cabral Augustus of Riverside, RI. Mr. Augustus worked in research and development for the Brunswick Corp.

Mary C. Delesio
Services were held at the Beecher and Bennett-Taylor Funeral Home for Mary Correri Delesio, 93, of Soundview, formerly of Seaview Ave., who died March 26, 2000. She was the widow of John Delesio. Prior to retirement in 1973, Mrs. Delesio was a seamstress for Mode Fashoin Wear and Helen’s Dress Co.
She leaves a daughter, Vivian D. Bill of Middletown. She was predeceased by a daughter Antoinette “Toni” Delesio, and a sister, Rosemarie Park.

Carmen Salem
A Memorial Mass was celebrated at St. Louis Church for Carmen Salem, 87, of Donald Street, who died March 30, 2000. He was the widower of Julia Salem.
He is survived by daughters, Linda Bruneau, Ann Falcone, Judith DeMeola and Tina Salem of West Haven; sons, Daniel and Carmen Diana and Anthony Salem of West Haven; 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by brothers, Pat and Andrew Salem and a sister, Rose Capone.

Alfred Wilkes

Gwendolyn W. Moore
The Keyes Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Gwendolyn E. Moore, 50, of 10 Highland St., who died April 2, 2000. She was a daughter of Georgine Jarman of New Haven and the late Robert C. Jarman.
Besides her mother, she leaves a son, Keith Moore of New Haven, a sister Kara Hunt of Ansonia; a brother, Dennis Jarman of Washington D. C., her friend, Willie “Buddy” Harrell, with whom she resided; and four grandchildren. She was predeceased by a sister, Yvonne Nelson. Burial was in Hamden Plains Cemetery.
Eugene J. Williams, Sr.
A memorial service was celebrated at Christ Episcopal Church for Eugene J. Williams, Sr., 75, of 200 Spring St., who died April 3, 2000. He was the husband of Audrey Strong Williams. Mr. Williams retired as a profiler from the Winchester division of the Olin Corp.
In addition to his wife, he leaves sons, Eugene J. Jr., Guy M. Curtis J. Sr. and Scott R. Williams of West Haven; a sister, Olive Gadd of North Haven; a brother, Douglas Williams of Madison and 12 grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Clifton C. Williams Jr.

Yvonne W. Jones
The Beecher and Bennett-Taylor Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Yvonne W. Jones, 55, of 132 Mallard Brook Crossing, who died April 2, 2000. She was the widow of James H. Jones. For the past 13 years, Mrs. Jones was a supervisor at the New Haven Savings Bank.
She leaves a son, Timothy M. Jones of Philadelphia and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Victor Jones.
Nicholas W. Margison
A Memorial Mass was celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Church for Nicholas W. Margison, 36, of 47 Gilbert St., who died March 28, 2000. He was the husband of Angela Morgillo Margison. Mr. Margison was a machinist for Sargent Manufacturing Co. of New Haven.

Charles B. Mahoney, Jr.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of Victory Church for Charles B. Mahoney, Jr., 79, of 15 Cow Pen Road, who died April 2, 2000. He was the widower of Lois Saccu Mahoney. Prior to retirement, Mr. Mahoney was a bus driver for the Connecticut Transit Co. He served in the Army.
