BETTY DUDLEY TOWNSEND
Mrs. Townsend, 70, died Feb. 12, 2001, in Colorado Springs. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Townsend was born Nov. 30, 1930, in Radford, Va., to Mr. and Mrs. Fred T. Dudley, who are deceased. She was married March 31, 1951, to Herbert Leston "Herb" Townsend.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, Gerald Louis "Jerry" and James Leston; two sisters, Irene and Christine "Sock"; four grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Services will be in Virginia. Burial will be at Quantico National Cemetery, Quantico, Va. Cappadona's Alternative Funeral Services, 3407 N. El Paso St., 520-1817, is handling local arrangements.
FRANCIS RAYMOND "FRANK" TAYLOR
Mr. Taylor, 77, died Feb. 13, 2001, at a local care center. He was an electrician with the IBEW No. 13.
Mr. Taylor was born April 1, 1923, in Watsonville, Calif., to Earnest Taylor and Dorothy Johnson, who are deceased. He was married Jan. 13, 1945, to Elizabeth "Betty" Opalka.
He is survived by his wife; and a son, Paul.

ESTHER H. EPPERSON
Mrs. Epperson, 98, died Feb. 13, 2001, at a local care center. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Epperson was born July 30, 1902, in Chicago to Harry L. and Josephine H. (Ohman) Rooker, who are deceased. She was married April 28, 1923, to Mitchell S. Epperson, who is deceased.
She is survived by two sons, James D. of Dortmund, Germany, and Jon O. of Larkspur; a daughter, Lois Shetler, of Vienna, Austria; two grandchildren, Mark of Colorado Springs and Elaine of Denver; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Dean A.
A memorial service will be later in Albuquerque, N.M. Spartan Services, 955 S. Union Blvd., 634-0402, is handling local arrangements.
CHEN LI
Chen, 33, died Feb. 7, 2001, in Colorado Springs.
Chen was born Nov. 28, 1967, in Beijing.
She was married to Tie Zhou.
She is survived by her husband; a sister, Feng Li; and a brother-in-law, Wei Zhang.

BIRKE M. LUCKENBILL
Mr. Luckenbill, 83, died Feb. 13, 2001, in Colorado Springs. He worked as a chemical engineer for N.L. Industries in Los Angeles for 38 years.
Mr. Luckenbill was born July 17, 1917, in Spokane, Wash., to David Birke and May Harding (Breckenridge) Luckenbill, who are deceased. He was married Aug. 20, 1948, to Dixie Hodges.
He is survived by his wife; a son, David Luckenbill of Santa Monica, Calif.; two daughters, Nancy Melis of Houston and Lorie Billingham of Denver; a brother, David Brown Luckenbill; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Janice Kay Luckenbill.
Inurnment will be at Oakdale Memorial Park and Mortuary, Glendora, Calif. Mountain View Mortuary, 2350 Montebello Square Drive, 590-8922, is handling local arrangements.
JANE ELLEN KING
Mrs. King, 67, died Feb. 9, 2001, at a local care center. She was a homemaker and retired bookkeeper.
Mrs. King was born May 9, 1933, in Kokomo, Ind., to Lowell and Ruth Reyburn, who are deceased. She was married May 11, 1973, to Harold L. King.
She is survived by her husband; five sons, Arthur D. Glass, Stephen R. Glass; Harold D. King, David L. King and Thomas L. King; three daughters, Deanna J. Haynes, Catherine Olliff and Sherry Lynn Capps; two sisters, Sara Otis and Joyce Goodwin; 19 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Swan Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Memorial Gardens Chapel, 3825 Airport Road. Entombment will be at Memorial Gardens.

CARMEN (SABLAN) AGUON
Mrs. Aguon, 73, died Feb. 8, 2001, at her home in Widefield. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Aguon was born Sept. 12, 1927, in Guam to Lino S. and Antonia (Arriola) Sablan, who are deceased. She was married Jan. 13, 1946, to Pedro S. Aguon.
She is survived by her husband; four sons, Peter, Joseph, Anthony and Ted; three daughters, Andreanna Disdier, Arlene Aguon and Bernadette Aguon; a brother, Pedro Sablan; three sisters, Mariquita S. Perez, Filomenia S. Varela and Cecilia S. Martinez; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
Visitation and a Mass of Christian burial were held at Holy Family Church, 331 Main St., Security. Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., 634-1597, handled arrangements.
BETTY LOU COLLIER
Mrs. Collier, 76, a former Colorado Springs resident, died Feb. 7, 2001, at a Castle Rock care center. In her younger life, she worked for the D'Arcy Advertising Agency in New York City. She was very active in the Colorado Springs community and a member of the Assistance League of Colorado Springs and the PEO Chapter in Monument.
Mrs. Collier was born March 19, 1924, in Springfield, Mo., to Edith Mae and Robert B. Woods, who are deceased. She was married in 1952 to Thomas M. Collier Jr., who is deceased.
She is survived by a son, Matt; three daughters, Jan Collier-Kitchell, Julie Hide and Christine Collier; a brother, William H. Woods of Lake Havasu City, Ariz.; three grandchildren, Christopher Bridges, Jennifer Bridges and Malena Collier; and various nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert J. Woods.
Services were held.

RUTH-IDA L. INGRAHAM
Mrs. Ingraham, 91, died Feb. 11, 2001, at her home in Woodland Park. She was owner of ZCMC in Gallup, N.M., for 40 years.
Mrs. Ingraham was born April 14, 1909, in Meriden, Conn., to George and Gertrude (Underwood) Lane, who are deceased. She was married June 18, 1932, to Leon Ingraham, who is deceased.
She is survived by a daughter, Beth Redmon; a granddaughter, Penny Salsman; a grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.
No services are planned. Mountain Memorial Services, 51 County Road 5, Divide, 687-0333, is handling cremation. Her ashes will be scattered near Gallup.

JOANN E. MONDRAGON
Mrs. Mondragon, 45, a Colorado Springs resident, died Feb. 9, 2001, in San Antonio. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Mondragon was born Nov. 22, 1955, in Lamar. She was married Sept. 20, 1974, to Frederick Joseph Mondragon.
She is survived by her husband; two daughters, Katrinia Cisneros and Amy Mondragon; two sisters, Jacie Fisher and Carol Merrell; and two grandchildren, Nathaniel Cisneros and Jasmine Cisneros. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian May Scott.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Evergreen Funeral Home Chapel, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., 475-8303.
KYLIE PAIGE LANCASTER
Kylie, infant daughter of Rob and Monica Lancaster, died Feb. 11, 2001, in Colorado Springs.
Kylie was born Feb. 7, 2001, in Caņon City.
She is survived by her parents; a brother, Nolan; three sisters, Kyrsti, Alainna and Mallorie; her paternal grandparents, Robert and Bessie Lancaster, of Walsh; her maternal grandparents, Jim and Bev Godt, of Caņon City; her great-grandma, Josephine Swift, of Coal Creek; and numerous aunts and uncles.
Services will be at 11 a.m. today, with visitation to follow, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1435 Elm Ave., Caņon City. Burial will be at Mount Vail Memorial Park Cemetery, 1700 Chestnut Street, Caņon City. Holt Family Funeral Home, 806 Macon Ave., Caņon City, (719) 275-4113, is handling arrangements.

JESSE ESCOBAR
Mr. Escobar, 41, died Feb. 12, 2001, in Colorado Springs. He was a custodian.
Mr. Escobar was born Dec. 13, 1959, in Lubbock, Texas, to Felix and Carmen (Galvan) Escobar. He was married Sept. 25, 1999, to Angela Stowe.
He is survived by his wife; a son, Jesse Steven Escobar; two stepdaughters, Latasha Marie Estela and Sheena Rae Estela; his father; his mother; four brothers, Alfredo, Juan, Danny and Robert; three sisters, Suzy Ditton, Candy Solt and Lucy Escobar; and his grandparents, Emilia and Rosalio Escobar.
