Allison C. PEARSON
Allison C. PEARSON, 47, of Loveland, Colo., passed away at Hospice Care at McKee in Loveland on Wednesday, July 16, 2008.
Allison Carol Pearson was born on Aug. 14, 1960, in Dallas, Texas, to Jack and Carol (Bowman) Beasley. The family moved to Boulder in August 1967. In her early years, Allison loved to figure skate and was very talented, receiving many awards and recognition. She blossomed into a beautiful woman.
Allison graduated from Fairview High School in Boulder in 1978. She met Edward Allan Pearson in the summer of 1984, and they were married in Boulder on March 16, 1985, at Boulder Valley Christian Church.
Allison attended the Colorado Institute of Art and in later life Front Range Community College, where she became a certified dental assistant.
Allison was a caring, devoted wife and mother who was dearly loved by her husband and son. A close family, they spent most of their lives in Loveland, Colo.
Survivors include her husband, Edward A., and son, Edward B. Pearson; her mother, Carol Bowman; and father, Jack Beasley; her grandmother-in- law, Dorothy Bowman; father- and mother-in-law, Edward and Eleanor Pearson; sisters, Nancy King, Melinda Rooks and their families; sisters-in-law, Linda Highfill, Laura Pearson and their families; brother-in-law, Jim Pearson and his family; many relatives, extended family and friends.
Allison will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Cremation has been conducted with a graveside service at 3 p.m. Monday in the Loveland Burial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in Allison's memory can be made to the Lupus Foundation or to a charity or organization of their choice.
Adele T. SHERIDAN
Adele T. SHERIDAN, 76, of Loveland, passed away at Hospice of Larimer County at McKee Medical Center in Loveland, Colo., on July 16, 2008, due to complications related to renal failure after being on dialysis for almost five years.
She was born on May 15, 1932, to Clara and August Korte of Pocahontas, Ill. Adele grew up on a farm with her five brothers and four sisters. Her father passed away when she was a child.
She studied nursing at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Ill., where she received her R.N. She married Patrick Sheridan on Sept. 4, 1954, at Immaculate Conception Church in Pierron, Ill.
She spent 20 years working in nursing, including the emergency ward as head nurse of surgery.
In 1970 she and Pat and their five children moved to Longmont, Colo. There she started a new career with IBM in Boulder, Colo., and a five-year stay in Washington, D.C., with AT&T;, and later with Lucent Technologies in Denver, Colo. Adele was highly recognized for her diligence and perseverance while with Lucent. She received many awards for her work and was well liked by her fellow employees.
After retiring, she and Pat moved to Loveland, Colo. They were members of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Adele loved to go for walks with her many good friends and neighbors. She enjoyed trips to Rocky Mountain National Park and traveled to many places in the West.
She is survived by her husband, Pat; and her five children, Mike of Conifer, Colo.; Jim (Salli) of Hutchinson, Kan.; Kathy (Bob) Sula of Winona, Minn.; Tom of Longmont, Colo.; and Dennis (Sherry) of Brighton, Colo.; 10 grandchildren, Patrick Sheridan, Michael Sheridan, Quintin Sheridan, Shanna Sheridan, Jennifer Murillo, Tom Sula, Brad Sula, Madeline Sheridan, Drake Sheridan and Natalie Sheridan; one great-grandchild, Paolo Murillo.
Her mother passed away in 2001, and her brother Jim passed away in 1999. Her remaining siblings include sisters, Sister Verena Korte O.S.F., Sister Clare Korte O.S.F., Sister Joan Korte O.S.F. and Viola (Korte) Langenwalter; brothers, Herbert Korte, Cyril Korte, Donald Korte and Maurice Korte.
Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation in care of Allnutt Funeral Service.
A visitation will be held from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 18, followed by the rosary at Allnutt Hunter Chapel.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 19, at St. John's Catholic Church followed by a reception at the Knights of Columbus.
Inurnment at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
Bruce R. STORM
Bruce R. STORM, 59, died of cancer at his home on Sunday, July 13, 2008.
Bruce was born Jan. 6, 1949, in McMechen, W.Va., to James R. and Roberta J. (Smith) Storm.
Belonging to a military family, he lived in different locations across the country and in Europe.
Bruce served in the 101st Airborne Division of the Army in Vietnam.
He married Patricia Scherr in 1995 and moved to Loveland.
Bruce was employed at Micro Motion, a division of Emerson Electric, as a welder in the Super Service Center. He was a member of Harley Owners Group 411 Loveland Chapter, Patriot Guard Riders and Wyoming Harley Owners Riding Enthusiasts.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia of Loveland; sister, Carol Wagner of Florida; father-in-law Robert E. Scherr, brother-in-law Robert S. Scherr, sisters-in-law Su (Jack) Mason and Pamela S. Rein; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James R. and Roberta J. Storm, and mother-in-law, Carol B. Scherr.
A private memorial service is planned for a later date.

Rev. George D. WORKMAN
Rev. George D. WORKMAN, 90, passed away July 16, 2008.
He was born Feb. 22, 1918, in Helvey, Neb., to John and Minnie Workman.
George was married to Thelma Sedden in 1939. She preceded him in death in July of 1987. He later married Marie Measner of Milliken, Colo. She passed away in September of 1995.
George is survived by two children, Victor Workman and wife Carolyn of Greeley, and Carol Broadberry and husband Bill of Oak Creek, Wis.; son-in-law Aubrey Buettel and wife Arliss of Johnstown; 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, and two sisters. He was preceded in death by his two wives and his daughter Ruth Buettel, one grandson, two brothers and one sister.
Memorial services will take place at 2 p.m. Monday, July 21, 2008, at Kibbey Fishburn Funeral Home. Cremation has been completed. Memorial contributions may be made to Gideons International in care of Kibbey Fishburn Funeral Home.
ADDISON-COMBS, Patricia Eileen
Patricia Eileen ADDISON-COMBS, 55, of Loveland died of natural causes at her home Jan. 17, 2007.
She was born March 13, 1951, in Sedgley, Pa., to Roy N. Addison and Virginia A. Brush. She graduated from the Jobs Corp in 1968 with a degree in secretarial science.
She worked various customer-oriented positions. Her love of
'gab' and people drew her to this profession. She was raised in Kentucky, moved to Chicago, where she lived for many years, and then moved back to Kentucky. She moved to Colorado in 1985.
She enjoyed the mountains and the beauty of Colorado, but her greatest love was her children and grandchildren. Love of family was her first priority.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Combs, two sons, Mark and Brian Combs, and her daughter Angie Combs, all of Loveland; her three sisters, Diane Addison-Rogers of Edgewater and Annie
Sutton and Cheryl Sutton, both of Hopkinsville, Ky.; her three brothers, Steve Addison of Thornton, Colo., Wayne Addison of Hopkinsville, Ky., and David Addison of Sarasota, Fla. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Douglas Combs.
A viewing will be 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Lutheran Church of Hope, 2595 Monroe Ave. The funeral service will be 4 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Cremation will follow, and a reception will be held at the church at the conclusion of the services.
Viegut Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
Irene F. BOMBARD
Irene F. BOMBARD, 76, of Loveland died Jan. 18, 2007, at the Berthoud Living Center.
She was born May 12, 1930, in Sarnac, N.Y., to Percy Sprague and Evelyn Christian.
She worked at Delco Products in New York before retiring there.
She moved to Loveland five years ago from the Rochester, N.Y., area. She enjoyed camping, fishing and gardening, and loved being with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Bombard is survived by her daughters, Carla Willson and husband David of Loveland, Sue Mahoney and husband Raymond of Conesus, N.Y..; one brother, Arnold Sprague of Rochester, N.Y.; two sisters, Susan Sprague of Manchester, N.Y., and Eleanor Hollman of Port Charlotte, Fla.; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held 3 p.m. Monday at Viegut Funeral Home with the Rev. Becky Lucio of Resurrection Fellowship presiding. Cremation with burial will be at Gorham Cemetery in Gorham, N.Y.

Timothy Venrick BROWN
Timothy Venrick BROWN, 31, of Loveland, formerly of Boise, Idaho, died Jan. 19, 2007, at his home.
He was born June 17, 1975, in Fort Collins to Anita (Venrick) Nash and Daniel Venrick. He moved to Boise in 1978 with his family and attended Taft Elementary School, Maranatha Christian and Meridi-an High School. He had recently returned to Loveland, to be close to his mom and grandma.
Tim loved spending time outdoors, fishing with his grandpa and hunting with his dad.
He was a patient and loving father, and enjoyed the time spent with his boys.
He is survived by his sons, Dante Cyrus of Oregon, and Damion Lee of Washington; his grandma, Merna Nash, and his mother, Anita Marie Nash, both of Loveland; his three sisters, Tina Reed, Becky Harding and Phyllis Due of Boise; his half sister, Danielle Venrick of Michigan; as well as many other members of the Nash, Venrick and Brown families.
He was preceded in death by his grandpa Loren Nash, grandpa James Venrick, and his dad, Dan Venrick.
Friends who wish may visit from 5 to 8 tonight at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel.
The family will greet friends and family from 6-8 p.m.
A funeral service will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel.

Barbara Jean CLAUS
Barbara Jean CLAUS, 69, of Greeley died Jan. 19, 2007, at North Colorado Medial Center Hospice Unit in Greeley.
She was born Oct. 3, 1937, in Brighton, to Albert Holman Sr. and Elizabeth (Kramer) Holman.
She married Wilbert Claus on Oct. 9, 1971, in Greeley. He passed away Sept. 18, 1999.
Mrs. Claus was raised in the Weld County area. She graduated from Kersey High School.
She was her dad's helper on the farm after all the boys moved away. She had a special place in her brother Jack's heart. He had a special compassion for her, as they talked about family matters many times.
She is survived by her sister and best friend, Betty
Baum of Littleton; four brothers, Albert Holman Jr. and wife, Lidwina, of Loveland, Joe Holman and wife, Rose, of Thornton, Jim Holman and wife, Betty, of Kersey, and Thomas Holman and wife, JoAnn, of Greeley; two sisters-in-law, Colleen Lohry of Fort Collins, and Dorothy Holman of Kersey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her sister Mary Ann Foster, and brother Jack Holman.
Visitation will be held 4-7 p.m. Monday at Stoddard Funeral Home.
The recitation of the rosary will be 7 p.m. Monday at Stoddard Funeral Home. The Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 2222 23rd Ave., Greeley, with interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

James William 'Bill' CODY
James William 'Bill' CODY, 45, of Loveland, died Jan. 22, 2007, at Hospice Care Center at McKee Medical Center in Loveland.
He was born Aug. 26, 1961, to James William Cody Jr. and Bebe J. Conger in Norfolk, Va. He lived in Dawsonville, Ga.,
before moving to Loveland in June 1998. He married Deborah A. Kreger on Jan. 28, 1991, in Ocala, Fla.
He worked for 28 years in the cable industry and was a member of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers.
He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church. He was a faithful patron of Miller's Bar and Grill and enjoyed golfing, shooting pool and any and all trivia.
He is survived by his wife, Deb Cody of Loveland; mother, Bebe Cody of Newnan, Ga.; son, Justin Cody and wife Alashia of Florida; daughters, Samantha Cody, Andrea Cody and Alex Cody, all of Loveland; brothers, Bobby Cody of East Point, Ga., and Brian Cody of Newnan; and one grandchild, Lilly Cody of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Recitation of the rosary will be 6 p.m., Wednesday, at Allnutt-Hunter Chapel. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m., Wednesday, at Allnutt-Hunter Chapel.
Mass of Christian burial will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday at St. John's Catholic Church.
Burial will be in Loveland Burial Park.

David J. DeLAUTER
David J. DeLAUTER, 79, of Fort Collins, formerly of Loveland, died Jan. 22, 2007, at Blue Grouse Health Care Center in Fort Collins.
He was born Feb. 16, 1927, in Flint, Mich., to David and Laura Frances (Valley) DeLauter.
His family moved to Cloquet, Minn., where, as a young boy, he was baptized at the Zion Lutheran Church.
Mr. DeLauter attended public schools and graduated from Cloquet High School in 1944. He served in the U.S. Navy from August 1944 until July 1946 as a seaman first class aboard the U.S.S. LST 1046. He was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic Church at the U.S. Navy's Great Lakes Training Center.
After Mr. DeLauter was discharged from the Navy, he married Gloria Joyce Langlee on Oct. 11, 1946, in Cloquet. They were the parents of four boys, David, Steven, Mark and Jeff.
Mr. DeLauter worked in the auto parts industry for 15 years in Minnesota before moving to Casper, Wyo., in 1961, where he worked as an outside salesman for several industrial supply companies. He retired in 1989. He moved to Loveland in 2001 and later to Fort Collins.
In both Minnesota and Wyoming, Mr. DeLauter was an avid hunter and fisherman. He also loved to play golf and be outdoors. In his retirement years, he and his wife were members of the Audubon Society and did extensive traveling and bird-watching throughout the United States.
Mr. DeLauter is survived by his wife, Gloria DeLauter of Fort Collins; three sons, David, Mark and Jeff; two sisters; one brother; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister and one son, Steven.
Cremation has been conducted. The memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Loveland Burial Park, with the Rev. Tom Webster officiating.
