He married Rosemary Knodel, 1985. He served in the Army in Vietnam. He owned A&A Tree Care. He was a member of the National Rifle Association and Veterans Resource Network Association. Survivors include his wife; daughter Lottie of Wheat Ridge; son Justin of Wheat Ridge; stepdaughter Holly Brown-Crissman of Arizona; stepson Cass of California; sisters Kathryn Echols, Mary Pevoto, Amy Vaughn and Elizabeth Sassman, all of Texas; brothers Michael McConnell and John of Texas; three grandchildren.

RALPH R. CHAPIN, 77, of Greeley died Feb. 13. Services were Feb. 18, with burial at Fort Logan National Cemetery. Mr. Chapin was born in Kidder, S.D., on Feb. 7, 1924. He married Eileen Burke, 1949. He served in the Marines during World War II. He was an electrical engineer for IBM for 35 years. He was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels and UCCC. Survivors include his wife; sons Brooks of Arizona, Dan of Aurora, Jed of Nevada, Roy of Littleton; daughter Lynn Lombardo of Nevada; sister Opal Calaprese of Estes Park; brother Gerald of Littleton; 11 grandchildren.

STEVE M. DANIEL, 77, of Denver died Feb. 14. Services were Feb. 19, with burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Mr. Daniel was born in Chicago on Oct. 19, 1923. He married Betty Daniel, 1942. He was retired from the Denver Fire Department. He was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife; sons Robert of Denver, Alan of Arvada; daughters Janet Whelan of Arvada, Joanne Welch of Wheat Ridge; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.

LUPE P. DELGADO, 95, of Denver died Feb. 12. Services were Feb. 16, with burial at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Mrs. Delgado was boren Lupe Perez in Mexico City on March 19, 1905. She married Valente Delgado. She was a homemaker. Survivors include sons Reyes, Raymond, Jimmie and Steve; daughters Esther Mendez, Mary Valdez and Dora Chavez; 24 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.

He married AlLeane Cooper, 1941. He served in the Army Air Forces during World War II. He was a retired cattle salesman. Survivors include son John of Evergreen; brother Darryl of Arizona; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife; sons Michael of Arvada, Thomas of Denver; daughter Julie Orlandi of Arvada; sisters Josephine Simmet of Michigan, Regina Petty of Arizona, Margie Gregg of Florida. Phyllis Patton and Mary Klein of Michigan; brothers Pat of Michigan, Larry of Northglenn, Gerald and Bob of Michigan; two grandchildren.
