Mrs. Greeley, 82, died April 2, 2001, at her home in Colorado Springs. She retired from civil service.

Mrs. Greeley was born May 13, 1918, in Harrogate, England, to Jules and Lily (Broscham) Bossart, who are deceased. She was married March 13, 1944, to George C. Greeley, who is deceased.

She is survived by a daughter, Marcia D. Shuck; a sister, Valerie Sanderson; and two grandsons, Trenton Shuck and Terrence Shuck. She was preceded in death by a brother, Henry Bossart.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Swan Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Swan Law Funeral Directors. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3825 Airport Road. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association, Pikes Peak Division, 415 N. VICKI CAUDLE

Mrs. Caudle, 48, died April 1, 2001, in Colorado Springs. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Caudle was born Feb. 3, 1953, in Corona, Calif. She was married Nov. 24, 1979, to John Caudle.

She is survived by her husband and three daughters, Tammy, Becky and Janet.

Private services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Cappadona's Family Center, 3133 N. El Paso St., 520-1817.

REX D. FOWLER

Mr. Fowler, 86, died March 30, 2001, at his home in Colorado Springs. He was employed by Northern Natural Gas Co. in Omaha, Neb., and by Colorado Interstate Gas Co. in Colorado Springs. He retired Jan. 1, 1980.

Mr. Fowler was born Dec. 11, 1914, near Alma, Neb., to Wilbur and Rachel (Jones) Fowler, who are deceased. He was married in 1939 to Geraldine Shonsey, who is deceased.

He is survived by a son, R. Michael; a daughter, Mary Wilson; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Rita Wheeler.

Entombment will be at Shrine of Remembrance Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., 634-1597.

VERA W. ENDRES

Mrs. Endres, 87, died April 2, 2001, at a local care center. She was retired.

Mrs. Endres was born Jan. 1, 1914, in Stanton, Tenn., to Shiloh and Lily (Tapp) Williams, who are deceased. She was married May 3, 1950, to Emil C. Endres, who is deceased.

She is survived by a daughter, Priscilla; two brothers, Warren Williams and Ray Williams; two sisters, Eloise Begg and Gloria Savage; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Evelyn Ricklefs and Velma Cook.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church, 420 N. Nevada Ave. Entombment will be at Shrine of Remembrance Mausoleum, Garden of Angels, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., 634-1597.

Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the giver's choice.

JESSIE B. RINEHART

Mrs. Rinehart, 79, died April 2, 2001, at a local hospital. She retired as an administrative assistant from a local CPA firm.

Mrs. Rinehart was born July 3, 1921, in Milltown, Ind., to Thomas and Zada (Parker) Bitner, who are deceased. She was married May 25, 1941, to Ray F. Rinehart, who is deceased.

She is survived by a brother-in-law, Bill. She was preceded in death by a sister, Bernice Hastings.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., 634-1597. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel of Roses.

A private entombment will be at Shrine of Remembrance Gate of Heaven Mausoleum.

JEANNE MARIE McCARTHY

Jeanne, 23, died April 2, 2001, at a local hospital. She was employed by K-Mart.

Jeanne was born Nov. 1, 1977, in Queens, N.Y.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, JoAnna and Jacques Madrolles; her father, Michael McCarthy; her stepfather, Jim Burgess; two sisters, Elaine and Erin; a half-brother, Sean; her grandmother, Mary McCarthy; a niece, Leila; an uncle, Robert Sweeney; and three aunts, Pam Iaconis, Jacqueline Samson and Janet Rogan.

Visitation will be from noon to 4 p.m. today at Swan Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900. A rosary will be at 6 p.m. today at Swan Law Cascade Chapel. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 3122 Poinsetta Drive.

RETIRED LT. COL. ROWAN M. "MONTY" MONTEITH JR.

Lt. Col. Monteith, 83, a former Colorado Springs resident, died April 3, 2001, in Salt Lake City. He retired as a pilot from the Air Force after 33 years of service. He was a veteran of World War II, Korea and Vietnam.

Lt. Col. Monteith was born Aug. 3, 1917, in Courtland, Miss., to Rowan M. and Claire E. (Sparks) Monteith, who are deceased. He was married Jan. 2, 1943, to Ileen Bolton.

He is survived by his wife; two daughters, Marsha Grazier of Dayton, Ohio, and Claire DeVore of West Jordan, Utah; a brother, Ray, of Memphis, Tenn.; a sister, Eloise Fitts of Auburn, Ala.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Rowan M. III.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., 634-1597. A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel of Roses. Entombment will be at Shrine of Remembrance Gate of Heaven Mausoleum.

JAMES CURTIS FORD

Mr. Ford, 85, a Colorado Springs resident, died March 28, 2001, in Rio Verde, Ariz.

Mr. Ford was born May 9, 1915, in Charleston, W.Va., to John and Roberta (Flynn) Ford, who are deceased.

He is survived by a son, James C. of Tampa, Fla.; a daughter, Shelley F. Sheahan of St. Louis; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, John and E. Flynn.

Services will be Friday at St. Anselm Church, St. Louis. Local services will be at 2 p.m. April 18 at Pauline Chapel, 9 El Pomar Road. Messingers, Phoenix, (480) 837-5588, is handling arrangements.

MARJORIE (NICHOLS) YOUNG

Mrs. Young, 73, died March 31, 2001, at a Simla care center. She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Young was born Feb. 18, 1928, in Denver to W.R. and Rozellah Nichols, who are deceased. She was married Feb. 14, 1947, to Richard Young.

She is survived by her husband, of Simla; a son, Marvin of Dodge City, Kan.; a daughter, Dixie Johnson of Monterrey, Mexico; two brothers, John Nichols and Joe Nichols, both of Sterling; a sister, Jane Carpenter of Denver; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Love Funeral Home Inc., 225 F Ave., Limon, (719) 775-2333. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church, Sioux Avenue and Deer Street, Simla. Burial will be at Simla City Cemetery, Simla.

EDWIN LLOYD KNUDSON

Mr. Knudson, 74, died March 29, 2001, in Colorado Springs. He retired from Exchange National Bank. He was a 1978-1989 member of Harrison School Board District 2 and a charter member of Sunset Sertoma Club. He served in the Army and was a Korean War veteran.

Mr. Knudson was born July 15, 1926, in Delhi, Minn., to Leif I and Minnie (Kiesow) Knudson, who are deceased. He was married Aug. 26, 1960, to Bernice Wirth.

He is survived his wife; two daughters, Nancy Ann Saalfeld of Kerrville, Texas, and Julie Kay Schranck of Lakewood; and five grandchildren.

Visitation will be from noon to 7 p.m. today at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., 475-8303. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 4125 Constitution Ave. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3825 Airport Road.

JUANITA BEAMAN

Mrs. Beaman, 79, died March 16, 2001, at a local hospital. She was a homemaker and a connoisseur of food and music.

Mrs. Beaman was born Jan. 28, 1922, in Los Angeles to Frank T. Gerend and Wilma Helen Starks, who are deceased. She was married Sept. 14, 1963, to Donald R. Beaman.

She is survived by her husband; a brother, William T. Gerend; a stepsister, Madeline E. Stiver; a brother-in-law, Donald R. Stiver; a niece, Syndee L. Stiver; and two nephews, Shawn D. Stiver and Shane L. Stiver.

Visitation will be at 2 p.m. today at Memorial Gardens Chapel, 3825 Airport Road. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Pikes Peak Funeral and Cremation Services, 3825 Airport Road, 596-7991, is handling arrangements.

RETIRED MASTER SGT. ROBERT L. McGREW

Master Sgt. McGrew, 73, died April 2, 2001, at a local care center. He retired from the Air Force. He had three tours in Korea and served in Europe and Germany.

Master Sgt. McGrew was born Dec. 5, 1927, in Venice, Ill. He was married July 17, 1955, to Mary Jane McCann.

He is survived by his wife; four sons, Bruce, Tim, Mike and Dan; two daughters, Kathleen Landres and Lisa McGrew; his mother, Zelma Persinger; a brother, Tom; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by twin children, Patrick and Patricia; his father, William McGrew; and two brothers, Bill and Dan.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., 634-1597. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Holy Apostles Catholic Church, 4925 N. Carefree Circle. Entombment will be at Shrine of Remembrance Gate of Heaven Mausoleum.

ANNA T. SWIRCHAK

Mrs. Swirchak, 77, died April 1, 2001, at her home in Widefield. She was a hospital PX manager at Fort Carson.

Mrs. Swirchak was born April 10, 1923, in Barabusch, Yugoslavia, to Johann Klein and Theresa Knobel, who are deceased. She was married Dec. 21, 1949, to John Swirchak Sr., who is deceased.

She is survived by two sons, Harry and John; a brother, Jacob; two sisters, Katherina and Elizabeth; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Memorial Gardens Chapel, 3825 Airport Road. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
