Mr. Martinez was born Oct. 25, 1956, in Pueblo to Gilbert and Hazel (Chavez) Martinez.
He is survived by his parents; two brothers, Walter Duane and Rick Joseph; a sister, Patricia Carol Scott; and a nephew, Gilbert Jr. He was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Gilbert.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday with a rosary at 5 p.m. at Swan Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2030 W. Colorado Ave. Cremation is planned.

EARL HARTSELL
Mr. Hartsell, 74, died June 13, 2001, in Colorado Springs. He worked in civil service at Fort Carson and served in the Navy.
Mr. Hartsell was born June 18, 1926, in Las Animas to Isaac and Ethel Hartsell, who are deceased. He was married March 22, 1947, to Doris A. Lesher.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Douglas Earl and Dennis; three daughters, Carol Sue Hanson, Teresa Janes and Marcy Graham; two brothers, Pete and Buddy; four sisters, Vera Britton, Lilly Mae Hutson, Eldora West and Fern Davis; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Loretta Lynne; two sisters, Elsie Smith and Della Cline; and a grandson.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Swan Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at First Southern Baptist Church, 1409 Palmer Park Blvd. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Las Animas Cemetery, Las Animas.

LLOYD C. BUNCE
Mr. Bunce, 81, died June 13, 2001, at a local care center. He was an electrician.
Mr. Bunce was born Oct. 21, 1919, in Brunswick, Minn., to Leon and Pearl Bunce, who are deceased. He was married May 13, 1995, to Barbara Forrest.
He is survived by his wife; five sons, Art of St. Paul, Minn., Bill of St. Paul, Clem of Ishpeming, Mich., Danny of Ishpeming and Dick of Ishpeming; four daughters, Cece Korpi of Ishpeming, Susan Youren of Ishpeming, Ruth Scarborough of Ishpeming and Barbara Feltus of Nauswauk, Minn.; three stepsons, Danny Jackson of Colorado Springs, Donald Jackson of Colorado Springs and David Jackson of Orlando, Fla.; two brothers, Albert of Deer River, Minn., and Howard of Minneapolis; a sister, Dorothy Lazzaro, of Colorado Springs; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Melvin, and a sister, Florence.
Visitation was held from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., 475-8303. A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. today at Evergreen Funeral Home "Chapel of Peace." Burial will be in Ishpeming.

GLENORA (MEYERS) HOBDEN
Mrs. Hobden, 86, died June 10, 2001, in Colorado Springs. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Hobden was born Oct. 14, 1914, in Clyde to Isadore and Minnie Meyers, who are deceased. She was married March 28, 1934, to Jessie "Wayne" Hobden, who is deceased.
She is survived by five sons, Charles, Richard, Bill, Russell and Alan; a daughter, Alice Bryan; a brother, Bob Meyers; 16 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Al Meyers, Art Meyers, Les Meyers, Glen Meyers and Kenneth Meyers; and four sisters, Myrtle McWilliams, Helen Myers, Barbara Brown and Elsie Knight.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at First Evangelical Free Church, 820 N. 30th St. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery, 1005 S. ANTHONY JOHN HARKELI
Mr. Harkeli, 48, died June 12, 2001, in Divide. He was a welder.
Mr. Harkeli was born July 14, 1952, in Shenandoah, Pa., to John A. and Eileen H. Harkeli.
He is survived by his parents of Wilmington, Del.; his sisters, Nina Davis of Amherst, N.Y., and her daughter, Kimberly, and son, David, Annette Eastburn of Bear, Del., and her children, Shelley, Bethany and Joseph, and Kathy of New Castle, Del.; his brothers, Stephen of Lake George, wife Patti and their children, Sean, Krystine, Brandon and Amanda, and Christopher of Bear, wife Lisa and their children, Jessica and Taylor.

WARREN O. MALLORY
Mr. Mallory, 83, a former Colorado Springs resident, died June 11, 2001, in Lake Havasu City, Ariz. He retired as a journeyman sheet metal worker after 33 years. He served in the Army during World War II.
Mr. Mallory was born Aug. 10, 1917, in Lovelaceville, Ken., to Henry Ernest and Sally Annie (Moore) Mallory, who are deceased. He was married June 28, 1957, to Esther Kate Charles.
He is survived by his wife; a son, Scott Matteson, of Kearney, Neb.; four daughters, Billie Kilman of Norwood, Pa., E. Jean Langdon of Florianopolis, Brazil, Ellen Sunnes of Lincoln City, Ore., and Marilyn Travis of Colorado Springs; 23 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Seldon; two sisters, Henrietta Owens and Mary Horn; and a grandson, John Kilman.
Visitation will be from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday at Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., 634-1597. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel of Roses. Entombment will be at Shrine of Remembrance, Alcove of Devotion.

MARIE (McGRATH) BRAMLEY
Mrs. Bramley, 91, died June 13, 2001, at a local hospital. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Bramley was born Oct. 9, 1909, in Topeka, Kan., to Frank and Frances McGrath, who are deceased. She was married June 10, 1932, to William M. Bramley, who is deceased.
She is survived by a son, William E., of Colorado Springs; a daughter, Joan M. Krabill, of Louisville, Ohio; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Mr. Nicholson, 58, died June 13, 2001, at a local care center. He was a salesman for City Glass for more than 35 years.
Mr. Nicholson was born Oct. 30, 1942, in Stroud, Okla., to Malcolm Moore and Goldie May (Bostwick) Nicholson. His father is deceased. He was married Nov. 8, 1964, to Faye Ellen Evans.
He is survived by his wife; a son, Troy, of Colorado Springs; a daughter-in-law, Jennifer K., of Colorado Springs; his mother of Gore, Okla.; a sister, Dorothy Johnson, of Gore; two grandsons, Sean Tyler and Zachary Joshua; and a granddaughter, Sara Lynn.
A Celebration of Life service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Nolan Funeral Home, 225 N. Weber St., 632-7608. Burial will be private.

GERALDINE N. McCURNIN
Mrs. McCurnin, 77, died June 13, 2001, in Colorado Springs. She was an accountant for her husband’s business.
Mrs. McCurnin was born June 14, 1923, in Dumont, Iowa, to Benjamin Nolte and Mary P. Hanson. Her father is deceased. She was married to J. Fred McCurnin, who is deceased.
She is survived by a son, Fred, of Mason City, Iowa; three daughters, Cheryl Harnke of Littleton, Dianne Bucholz of Colorado Springs and Marianne Maksimowicz of Colorado Springs; her mother of Kensett, Iowa; a brother, LeRoy Nolte, of Kensett; 14 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Private services and burial of her cremated remains will be held later in Des Moines, Iowa. Swan Law Funeral Directors, 501 N. Cascade Ave., 471-9900, is handling local arrangements.
LAWRENCE THEIN
Mr. Thein, 94, died June 13, 2001, in Colorado Springs. He was a steel mill worker in Pittsburgh.
Mr. Thein was born Sept. 4, 1906, in Pittsburgh to Edward Thein and Anna Mary Baier, who are deceased. He was married May 20, 1937, to Marie Thinnes.
He is survived by his wife; three sons, Robert, Harold and Larry; two daughters, Mildred Annes and Lorraine Roberts; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

TRELLYEN ERNEST NOWELS III
Mr. Nowels, 67, died June 12, 2001, at his home in Colorado Springs. He was a former insurance sales agent.
Mr. Nowels was born Dec. 13, 1933, in Colorado Springs, to Trellyen E. and Margaret (Mellis) Nowels II, who are deceased.
He is survived by three sons, Terry M., Daniel T. and David E.; a daughter, Jennifer J. Flanagan; a sister, Kati James; and six grandchildren, Brandon, Abraham, Amy, Jessica, Molly and Michael.

JAMES J. BULTAS
Mr. Bultas, 88, died May 28, 2001, in Colorado Springs. He was a printer.
Mr. Bultas was born May 11, 1913, in Cicero, Ill., to Joseph and Theresa (Krabec) Bultas, who are deceased. He was married Sept. 22, 1945, to Georgiana Marie Vaclavek, who is deceased.
He is survived by two daughters, Nancy Bultas and Janice "Jan" Joslin, both of Colorado Springs; and two grandchildren.
A private service will be held at Cappadonas Family Center, 3133 N. El Paso St., 520-1817.
