She is survived by two sons, Richard L. and David R.; a sister, Margaret J. Luecke; one grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.

JANIE MARIE KOEN
Mrs. Koen, 70, died June 15, 2001, at home in Colorado Springs. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Koen was born March 3, 1931, in Shelby County, Texas, to Carl and Adell Whitten, who are deceased. She was married Jan. 15, 1949, to Herbert R. "Herb" Koen.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Marcus; two daughters, Terri Connally Cranford and Merri Binns; two brothers, Archie Whitten and Carl "Ruben" Whitten; two brothers-in-law, James P. Koen and "Tommy" Koen; a sister-in-law, Paula McKeever; and four grandchildren, Glen Connally Jr., Timothy Binns, Aliece Koen and Courtney Binns.

PAUL LEWIS UHLIG SR.
Mr. Uhlig, 82, died June 13, 2001, in Colorado Springs. He was an ironworker. He also served in the Navy.
Mr. Uhlig was born Oct. 27, 1918, in Peru, Ind., to Paul and Carrie Uhlig, who are deceased. He was married to Alice Holcomb, who is deceased.
He is survived by a daughter, Jane Lewellyn; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Paul Uhlig.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3825 Airport Road.

RETIRED SGT. 1st CLASS ROBERT W. "BOB" KLINE
Mr. Kline, 54, a Colorado Springs resident, died June 14, 2001, in Fort Collins of a heart attack. He was a parts driver for Red Nolan Cadillac. He retired from the Army after 21 years of service, attaining the rank of sergeant first class.
Mr. Kline was born April 7, 1947, in Waukesha, Wis., to George H. and Evelyn (Teuteberg) Kline, who are deceased. He was married June 10, 1989, to Alberta M. Miller.
He is survived by his wife; three sons, Robert Kline, Dale Reed and Tony Reed; three daughters, Theresa Kline, Laura Kline and Kim Reed; two brothers, Leonard and David; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Monday at Pikes Peak Funeral Home, 3825 Airport Road, 590-8960. Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Memorial Gardens Chapel, 3825 Airport Road. Burial will be at Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3825 Airport Road.
JACK L. ROESER
Judge Roeser, 76, died June 16, 2001, at a local hospital of a long illness. He retired as an El Paso County judge, an attorney and an insurance adjuster.
Judge Roeser was born Oct. 19, 1924, to Jack Jr. and Cora (Skamser) Roeser, who are deceased. He was married Aug. 25, 1947, to Betty J. (Gaskill) Roeser.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, James V. and Craig A.; two daughters, Sally R. Laird and Carola Z. Tollefsen; a sister, Doris Geist, of Cleveland; and one grandson, Jacob Tollefsen.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Alan Roeser.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel of Roses, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., 634-1597. Inurnment will be private.

JAMES "JIM" EVANS JR.
Mr. Evans, 79, died June 15, 2001, in Colorado Springs. He was a machinist. He also served in the Navy.
Mr. Evans was born June 7, 1922, in Clifton, Ohio, to James and Mable (Rice) Evans, who are deceased. He was married Jan. 6, 1942, to Betty Fern Poland, who is deceased.
He is survived by three sons, Danny, Scott and Gary; a daughter, Marsha Tehan; a brother, Howard; a sister, Vera; and five grandsons. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Carl, Walter, Lawrence and Roger; and five sisters, Dorothy, Louise, Ethel, Evelyn and Betty.
Services will be held at a later date at Veterans of Foreign Wars No. 4051, 430 E. Pikes Peak Ave. Cappadona's Alternative Funeral Service, 3407 N. El Paso St., 520-1817, is handling arrangements.

CHARLES T. DAVIS
Mr. Davis, 82, died June 3, 2001, in Apache Junction, Ariz. He was a munitions operator for Hercules Powder, and he retired as a fire chief. He also served in the Army during World War II.
Mr. Davis was born December 16, 1918, in Franklin, N.J., to Charles A. Davis and Laura Talmadge, who are deceased. He was married in April 1942 to Leona Mae Sargent, who is deceased.
He is survived by a brother, Edward, of Franklin; a daughter, Barbara J., of Apache Junction; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Inurnment has been held at Shrine of Remembrance Mausoleum "Columbrarium of Roses, " 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., 634-1597.
RONALD BROOKS
Mr. Brooks, 48, died June 13, 2001, in Colorado Springs. He worked for the city of Deerfield Beach as a meter reader. He also served in the Army for 12 years, attaining the rank of sergeant.
Mr. Brooks was born July 7, 1952, in Albany, Ga., to Henry Gillion and Laura Brooks. His mother is deceased. He was married July 22, 1988, to Julia Ladett Davenport.
He is survived by his wife; a son, Ronald Davenport; three daughters, Joanne Davenport, Wanda Davenport and Laura Davenport; three brothers, Melvin, Kenny and Alan; four sisters, Cynthia Hinds, Vicki Gillion, Mary Ann Gillion and Valerie Gillion; and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by a brother, Tony.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at Cappadona's Family Service Center, 3133 N. El Paso St., 520-1817. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd., Denver.
ALBERT LEE BRADSHAW
Mr. Bradshaw, 93, died June 15, 2001, at home in Colorado Springs. He was a farmer and builder.
Mr. Bradshaw was born June 9, 1908, in Peyton to Marcus and Sarah (Barnhart) Bradshaw, who are deceased. He was married to Helen Porter.
He is survived by his wife; a son, Roger; a daughter-in-law, Arline; a brother, George E.; a sister-in-law, Bonnie; a grandson, Andrew; a granddaughter, Ginger; and two nephews, Willard and Lonald.

BEVERLY JEAN ESLINGER
Beverly, 70, died June 10, 2001, in Colorado Springs. She was a homemaker.
Beverly was born Aug. 7, 1930, in Denver to Alphonse Balzano and Gladys McLennan, who are deceased. She was married in 1975 to Gerald Dee McKay, who is deceased.
She is survived by two sons, Rick Eddy and Jason Eddy; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

GENE ALFRED YORDY
Mr. Yordy, 78, died June 15, 2001, in Colorado Springs. He was an Iowa farmer and a plumbing and heating repairman.
Mr. Yordy was born March 4, 1923, in Fisher, Ill., to Raymond and Martha Horsch Yordy, who are deceased. He was married July 23, 1943, to Charity Hooley.
He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Janet Lee of Colorado Springs, Kathleen Kaufman of Manson, Iowa, and Cheryl Ernst of Sarasota, Fla.; two brothers; three sisters; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday and from noon to 7 p.m. Monday at Blunt Mortuary, 2229 W. Colorado Ave., 634-8831. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Church in the Wildwood, 10585 Ute Pass Ave., Green Mountain Falls. Cremation is planned.
CAROL BELL
Mrs. Bell, 64, died June 12, 2001, in Colorado Springs. She was a Realtor.
Mrs. Bell was born Sept. 3, 1936, in Quinter, Kan., to Harold Shaw and Lorena Heinz, who are deceased. She was married Feb. 24, 1956, in Raton, N.M., to Lewis Henry Bell, who is deceased.
She is survived by two sons, Richard Lewis of Pueblo and Larry James of Black Forest; a daughter, Sherri Lynn Gazey, of Falcon; two sisters, Sharon Allison and Susan Shaw, both of Aurora; and two grandchildren.

JUDITH MARIAN (DAVIS) WAGONER
Mrs. Wagoner, 48, a former Colorado Springs resident, died June 15, 2001, in Shawnee, Kan., of cancer. She was a devoted housewife.
Mrs. Wagoner was born April 29, 1953, in Laramie, Wyo., to Eugene G. and Evelyn J. Davis. She was married June 25, 1976, to Melvin Wagoner.
She is survived by her husband of Shawnee; two daughters, Heather Fix of Colorado Springs and Nicole Wagoner of Shawnee; her parents of Burlington; a brother, Donnie Davis, of Burlington; a sister, Janie Eves, of Littleton; and a grandchild.
