Robin was born November 27, 1955 on their 4th anniversary and Kurt followed 2.5 years later. Bud was an avid hunter, fisher, outdoorsman and an acclaimed marksman and woodsman. A well respected precision mechanic, welder and gas plant operator, his thirst for knowledge and acquiring skills never waned. Highly intelligent and well read, he is remembered for his abilities to build almost anything; including air boats, motor homes, fishing boats, woodworks and anything mechanical. For more than 50 years he fashioned the most wonderful Halloween costumes, Easter egg hunts and Christmases. All were welcome in their home and he enjoyed the company of many dear friends and co-creators over the years. He had a true sense of compassion for those less fortunate, and a special love for animals with a profound respect for nature. He was a lifelong member of the Elk's and proud to serve. He favored classical music and enjoyed dining to the utmost. He was extremely proud of his ancestry and heritage, his family and grandsons. His love and understanding of God was unparalleled, as was our love and respect for him. He leaves us with hearts aching and longing to be in his company again. He also had a great fondness for Breaking Horses, Ropin, Baseball, and of course playing with his 2 Grandsons.
One of the hardest working and most devoted Men you will ever find. He was so devoted to his farming and ranching, that you very rarely would find Dad sitting in the house, he was always outside finding something to do, except if an old friend would show up for a visit.
