STOPPLER -- On Monday, February 3, 2003, Rose Stoppler passed away at the age of 81 years. Predeceased by her father Joseph in 1938; her mother Barbara in 1981; sister Annie Wolbaum; brothers, Larry, Joseph and Ted Stoppler. Rose will be sadly missed and forever in the hearts of her niece Josie (Frank) Gaspar, great-nephew Frank (Deb) Gaspar; great-great nephew and niece Jacob and Jhanne (her twins); sister Margaret (Gabe) Seitz; brothers August (Margaret) Stoppler, Wendal Stoppler; and many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and nieces. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue with Rev. L. Folk presiding. Interment in Regina Memorial Gardens. UNSETH (CAMPBELL) -- Alida Olga (nee Lakness) of Nokomis passed away peacefully on February 1, 2003 after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 73. Survived by her loving husband Palmer, children Dale (Jane) Campbell of Duval and Janice (Jim) Korte of Muenster. Also, survived by grandchildren Lawrence Campbell of Lloydminster, Paula (Dallas) Erhardt of Duval, Garret (Janine) Korte of Muenster, Jesse Korte of Medesto, Cal, Amy Korte of Saskatoon and 5 great grandchildren, sisters Borgny Eldson, Mildren (Eldon) Norum, Gladys Erhardt, Kathy (John) Fenton and Laverne Pidhourny; brothers Bernard (Theresa) Lakness and Carl Lakness; sisters-in-law, Ida Campbell, Mavis Campbell, Rita Campbell, Ruth Campbell, Sandra Campbell, Ina Kastning, Gerta Zimmerman and brother-in-law Arnie Unseth, several nieces and nephews and many friends whose life Alida touched. Also, survived by Palmer's step children, Sandra Anderson, Linda (Dave) Comba, Robert (Barb) Comba, Pat (Valrie) Comba, 5 step grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents George and Bertina Lakness, first husband Kenneth Campbell, son Lawrence Campbell and granddaughters Tammy Lynn Campbell and Renae Michelle Korte. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday February 5, 2003 at 2:30 pm at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Govan, SK. Interment in St. Olaf's Cemetery. WEBER -- Lee died January 27, 2003 at the Palliative Care Unit, Pasqua Hospital, Regina. Predeceased by her husband, Jack Weber in 1992 and her parents Elia and Theodosia Berbenchuk and her brother William. She is survived by her sister Anne Wilson, brother George (Arlene) Berbenchuk, five nieces and their families. Private interment was held at Regina Memorial Gardens.

KLYM, MICHAL -- Passed away peacefully at the Regina Pioneer Village on Saturday, February 1, 2003 at the age of 88 years. Michal is predeceased by his brother John Knehinicki and sister Dora Todoruk. He is survived by his wife, Nellie; two sons: Vernon (Elizabeth) and Roy (Lois); five grandchildren: Jason, Andrea, Tyler, Dustin and Nolan; and many nieces and nephews. Michal first moved from Manitoba to the Maryfield, SK district where he worked on a farm then went into trucking north of Craven, SK. In 1945 he married Nellie Grandel, later in 1948 they purchased the family farm north of Regina, SK. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at Regina Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 5, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, 2360 - 2nd Ave., Regina, SK, S4R 1A6. PILBEAM -- DONALD, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at the age of 83 years. Don is predeceased by his parents; two sisters Betty Renforth and May Richards; two brothers John and William Pilbeam. Left to cherish Don's memory is his wife of 55 years Sophie; two sons Richard (Dorothy) and Donald (Jenny); three daughters, Gail (Pat) Schurman, Mary (Allan) Gervais, Sandy (Marty) Lanigan; thirteen grandchildren: Cheryl, Bryan, LeeAnne, Chad, Kim, Ryan, Sarah, Emily, Gillian, Joel,Trisha, Connor and Adam; three great-grandchildren Brayden, Mason and Larissa; two sisters Margaret (Joe) Neudeck and Anne Gilchrist. Don was born and raised in Regina. He served during WWII with the Canadian Navy and was retired from the Provincial Dept. of Corrections. Don was an avid fan of the Saskatchewan Roughriders and was a season ticket holder for over 30 years. He also enjoyed bowling and curling and was always the biggest fan for all of his grandchildren's special events. MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at the ReginaFuneral Home, Hwy #1 East, on Saturday, April 5, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Don Wells officiating. A private family interment will follow at Regina Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
