ENMARK - Wilbur (Bill) April 15, 1928 November 4, 2006 On November 4, 2006, Wilbur (Bill) Enmark, late of Saskatoon, passed away at the age of 85 years. Predeceased by his wife Anna in 2005; parents Wilbur and Daisy; sister Florence. Bill is survived by two sons Greg of Spruce Grove, Alberta his wife Sonya and his two daughters Cora and Amanda; Gary of Regina, Sask. his wife Florence and his daughter Christine and son Craig. Bill served with the South Saskatchewan Regiment during World War II. Bill was stationed in England and was a survivor of the raid on Dieppe. Bill was employed with the Federal Government as an Immigration Officer for thirty five years. After retirement, Bill and Anna enjoyed winters in Arizona where they met many new friends. Together, they made three trips to Norway where they met many relatives and learned a great deal about Anna's family. Dad requested a private memorial service be held at the Woodlawn Cemetery., Saskatoon with Pastor Randy Heide officiating. Flowers gratefully declined. Friends so wishing may make donations, in memoriam, to the charity of their choice. The family thank the staff at City Hospital for their care and consideration of Dad. KUCHINKA - Mary Ethel Kuchinka, passed away at Weyburn Sask. on Thursday, November 2, 2006 at the age of 95 years. Survived by her children, Kim (Myrtle) Thorson, Weyburn; Barney (Doreen) Kuchinka, Macoun; Ann Marie (David) Baillie, Vancouver, B.C.; daughter-in-law, Norma Kuchinka, Regina; sister, Betty Ducharme, Pentiction, B.C. Nine grandchildren, Derek (Helen) Kuchinka, Macoun; Clayton (Joyce) Kuchinka, Macoun; Karen (Bill) Daoust, Macoun; Alan (Cara) Kuchinka, Estevan; Eric (Suzanne) Thorson, England; Janet (Frank Abramovic) Thorson, Regina; Vanessa (Jeff Looysen) Thorson, Regina; Brian (Brenda Lomax) Kuchinka, Vancouver, B.C.; Sheila Kuchinka, Regina; Susan Kuchinka, Macoun. 16 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great grandson. Predeceased by her parents, Alex & Marie Sinclair; 1st husband, Miles Thorson; 2nd husband, Barnard Kuchinka; son Daryl Kuchinka; brothers, William, Robert, Colin; sisters, Jean Spurrier, Glenora Ostlund; Lillian Linton. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 7, from St. Paul's United Church, Estevan with Rev. M. Barnabas officiating. Interment will be at Macoun Cemetery. BELOF - Lucy Lottie, born in the county of McDonald Hills, SK passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, November 3, 2006 at the age of 83 years. She was predeceased by her parents Jack and Katie Wilcox; her husband Simeon (Sam); her brothers John, Donald and Eldeah Wilcox and her sisters Mary (Bozo) and Jenny (Breti). Lucy will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her son Ted (Donna); daughters Betty (Ron) and Tessie; grandchildren Wanda Miller, Debbie (Andy) Belof, Sheila Harmatiuk, Terry (Linda) Belof and Christopher Belof; great grandchildren Chad and Vanessa Ottenbreit, Dustin and Tyler Stensrud and Jordan and Noah Belof. She is also survived by her brother Martin (Elma) Wilcox and sisters Elnora Wilcox, Liz Miller and Annie Ingleby as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Grandma loved unconditionally and will be sadly missed by many whose hearts and lives she touched. The family would like to thank the staff at the Pasqua Hospital for their care and compassion. BAKUN - Mertice (Keeler) passed away peacefully on December 27, 2006 at Pioneer Village, Regina. Born December 9, 1918, Mertice was predeceased by her husband, Peter; her parents, Preston and Isabella Keeler, son-in-law, Lloyd Waynert; granddaughter, Valerie Waynert; brothers, Neil, Bob, Tom and John and a sister, Clara Johnson. She is survived by her daughter, Eunice (Pat) Barthelette; son, Albert Bakun (Grace Urbanczyk); grandchildren, Darlene Waynert (Don Bartok), Karen (Rob) Noga, Doug Bakun (Connie Katchuck), Dennis Bakun (Melissa Euston); great-grandchildren, Trendon, Shyla, Kalium and Kody Noga, Jessie, Shelby and Taylor Bakun; daughter-in-law, Hazel Bakun; her sister, Elsie McCaw and sisters-in-law, Doris Keeler and Pat Keeler and numerous nieces and nephews. BOWLER - On Dec. 26, 2006, Gladys Bowler, longtime homemaker of the Palmer/Gravelbourg district passed away, surrounded by her loving family, at the Foyer d'Youville, Gravelbourg, Sask. at the age of 79 years. She is survived by her beloved husband of 60 years, Fred of Gravelbourg, Sask., five children: Wes (Kathie) of Calgary, Alta., Robert (Jocelyne) of Gravelbourg, Sask., Donald of Gravelbourg, Sask., Debbie (George) Bowditch of Swift Current, Sask. and Pauline Bowler of Calgary, Alta., 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, three brothers: Winston (Mary) Cragg, Melvin (Marg) Cragg and Harold (Joan) Cragg, all in Ontario, numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gravelbourg Co-Cathedral with Wendell Bailey officiating. GORDON, GERALD

GORDON - Gerald (Gerry) passed away after a brief illness, at the Pasqua Hospital, on December 21, 2006. Gerry was born in Regina on September 7, 1928. He was predeceased by his mother Phyllis Gordon (Reeve); his father Clifford and his brother Elwood. Gerry leaves to cherish his memory his sister Doris Day and her son Rick of British Columbia and his sister Marjorie Muir and her family in the United States. He will be sadly missed and always remembered by his cousin Joan Dixon and her family in Saskatoon and his devoted friends Lorraine and Robert McInnis, who were invaluable to him during his recent illness. Gerry was employed by Ramsay Construction as a bookkeeper until his retirement. It was during these working years that Gerry met Jack McInnis and they became the best of friends. When Jack's health began to decline and he became a resident of Wascana Hospital, Gerry visited him weekly and continued their friendship until Jack's passing in November of 2005. Gerry was a quiet man who loved home and hearth. Gerry was a generous man who regularly contributed to several charitable organizations. He would purchase ice cream in the summer months and mandarin oranges at Christmas. He would take his buddy Jack on these outings so they could both enjoy the smiles on the faces of the children residing there. Gerry's health became compromised with a severe heart attack in September 2006. He was hospitalized at that time at the Regina General Hospital and recently was transferred to the Pasqua Hospital until his passing. A special note of sincere appreciation is extended to all staff of the General and Pasqua Hospitals that cared for Gerry during his lengthy hospital stay. Your compassion and caring was sincerely appreciated. Heartfelt thanks to Dr. J. Michel for his visits with Gerry; he truly appreciated the years of excellent care given to him as your patient. Many thanks are extended to Dr. A. Aboguddah for the specialized care given to Gerry during his illness. Also a sincere thank you is extended to Dr. S. Mann and the staff at MEDEC at the Regina General Hospital for their kindness and care. In accordance with his wishes there will be no funeral service. Cremation has taken place. HILLIS, LAWRENCE

HILLIS - Lawrence James Hillis. It was with overwhelming sadness that we said Good-Bye to our loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. He passed peacefully at 2:10 a.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 at the Royal University Hospital at the age of 78. He is survived by his loving wife Janice of 52 years; his son William; daughters Dianne (Ray), Sandra (Don), Frances; grandchildren Tammy (Greg), Shanna (Jose), Samatha, Brook, Courtney, Victor and Great Granddaughter Morgan; sister Helena (Banks), sisters-in-law Ivy (Hillis), Elma (Hillis) and many nephews and nieces. Dad's happiest times were being surrounded by family and friends on the farm. Dad also enjoyed golf, pool playing and backyard BBQ's.Lawrence was born in Govan in 1928. He and his family moved to Semans in 1933 where Dad grew up and farmed with his father and upon his father's retirement Dad carried on with the family farm until his retirement in 2003 when Dad and Mom moved to Saskatoon. A Family Memorial Service will be held at Saskatoon Funeral Home, 338-4th Avenue North on Saturday, December 30, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations in Lawrence's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Saskatchewan Inc, 1405 Faulkner Cres., Saskatoon, SK S7L 3R5. JONES - William "Murray " passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at the Regina General Hospital at the age of 63. Murray was predeceased by his parents, Lillian and Bill Jones and brother Ted Jones. Murray is survived by his wife Sylvia of 40 years, daughters Tanya (Tracy), Allison (David), Robynn (Michael), two grandchildren, Kiah Jones and Lewis Rogers. Murray earned his civil engineering degree at the University of Waterloo and moved out west in 1979. The focus of Murray's life was his family. He was heavily involved with the Regina Lions Band and Rowing Club. He was an avid Genealogist. In lieu of flowers, please send flowers to the Regina Humane Society or try to find time to fill his place as a volunteer every other Wednesday at bingo.
