Jacques (Jim Boucher
1914-2009
REXTON, NB - Jacques (Jim) Boucher of Rexton passed away peacefully at Foyer Yvonnise, Ste. Anne de Kent on Tuesday, March 17th, 2009. Born in St. Norbert he was the son of the late Robert and Marie (Maillet) Boucher. Jim worked as a carpenter until his retirement.
Jim will be sadly missed by his four daughters; Marina Richards of Revere, MA, Paulette Keraghan (Karl) of Derry, NH, Bernadette Jaillet of Calgary, AB, Yvette Gaisie of Calgary, AB, son; Guy Boucher (Marianne) of Waltham, MA, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, sister; Elvina Arsenault of Saint John, special niece Jeanne-Mance Robichaud, several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his wife Lorraine (Richard) Boucher, five sisters; Yvonne, Suzanne, Irène, Aurore & Almanda, six brothers; Victor, Aurèle, Didace, Valeri, Ernest & Hubert.
A funeral mass will be held at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Rexton on Friday, March 27th, 2009 at 11:00 am. Arrangements in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252)
Nazaire Doucet
1927-2009
ALDOUANE, NB – Nazaire Doucet, 81, of Aldouane passed away suddenly at the Dr. George-L. Dumont Hospital, Moncton on Monday, March 23rd, 2009. Born in Cap St. Louis, he was the son of the late Oscar and Lina (Chevarie) Doucet. Nazaire began working at the age of 13 as a fisherman. He had also been employed with the Dept. of Fisheries, and worked with DOT dredging. He also worked for the Steamship Lines in Ontario. He enjoyed planting Christmas trees, woodworking and walking.
Nazaire will be sadly missed by his wife Marie Anne (Hachey) Doucet, two daughters; Lorette (Ola Robichaud) of St. Charles, Linda (John Tanner) of Aldouane, five sons; Roger (Bernise Vautour) of Jardineville, Ronald (Rita Richard) of Blanchard Trail, Robert (Holly Wilson) of Saint John, Raymond (Denise Daigle) of St. Charles, Rodney (Danielle Downing) of Saint John, 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, five sisters; Aline (Arthur), Marie (Joe), Anais (Carl), Lilianne (Lionel), Robéa (Wilbert), and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by one daughter; Patricia, four sisters; Victoire, Freda, Robéa, Marie, three brothers; Larry, Pat and Jack.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9, Friday at noon until departure for funeral. A funeral Mass will be held at the St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic, Richibucto on Friday, March 27th, 2009 at 2:00 pm. Interment will be in the spring. If so desired donations to the Dr. George-L. Dumont Hospital Cardiac Unit or donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. ELSIPOGTOG, NB - Margaret Ann Peters 59, of Elsipogtog passed away at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent on Wednesday, March 25th, 2009. Born in Rexton she was the daughter of the late Janet Dedam.
Margaret will be sadly missed by her daughter; Belinda (Peter), three sons; Stewart (Patricia), Dean, Fabien John (Susan), 9 grandchildren, six sisters; July Paul (Joe Irving), Brenda Dedam (Clayton), Shirley Levi (Daniel), Wanda Augustine, Elaine Sock, Margaret Babineau (Mike), Rita Thompson (Alphonse), five brothers; Eldon Dedam (Leta), Wilbert Dedam (Linda), Dominique Dedam, Ronnie Sock (Joyce), Raymond Sock (Mary Eleanor), several nieces & nephews.
Predeceased by her husband; Lawrence Martin Peters, mother; Janet Dedam, son; Joseph Rodney Peters, grandson; Lawrence Gabriel, brother; Alfred Dedam Jr., and her grand parents; Michael & Eunice Sock.

Marie Verna Donaher (Arseneault/Upshaw)
1955-2009
Targettville, NB - Marie Verna (Arseneault) Donaher, wife of Carl David Donaher of 17 years died en route to hospital on March 27th 2009. She was born on November 28th, 1955 in Tracadie, New Brunswick. She was the daughter of the late Aurele and Ida (Comeau) Arseneault.
Besides her husband, she will be sadly missed by her son; Joseph Upshaw (Crystal) of Alberta, stepson; Paul Donaher of Ontario; and nephew; Brandon Arseneault, at home. She will also be missed by six sisters; Rosemonde (Fred) Burns of Cape Breton, Brenda (Euclide) Brideau of Durham Bridge, Denise (Rev. Ian) Shapter of Targettville, Lynda (Douglas) Upshaw of Windsor, NS, Angella (Carl) Estey-Nash of Fredericton, Jacynthe (Wayne) Murray of Lower Sackville, NS, and two brothers; Gérard (Georgine Mallais) Arsenault and Jacques (Kim) Arseneault, both of Fredericton. She will be missed by several sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, many friends, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Besides her family, she will be missed by her caregiver; Hilda Symes of South Branch. Verna’s family would like to express a special thank you to her special friends, Judy Roberts and Arlene Ross who wiped away many tears and helped her so dearly cope with her disease.
Verna was employed by the Province of New Brunswick, Government of Canada, New Brunswick Youth Council, Electoral Boundaries Commission, Commission on Land Use and Rural Environment, and Official Languages Commission. She was a member of the Anglican Church Women’s (ACW), Brown’s Yard, as well as the Women’s Liberal Association. Verna was a caregiver for Charles Donaher (Uncle) for 6 years until her sickness. Verna enjoyed doing her yearly Christmas Calendar for her family. She enjoyed computers, sewing, crafts, and quilting.
Resting at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Monday from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 31st, 2009 at 2:00 pm at the Saint Paul’s Anglican Church, Brown’s Yard. Interment will be in the parish cemetery in the spring. If so desired donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Saint Paul’s Anglican Church Building Fund would be appreciated by the family (family flowers only please).
There will be a reception to follow in the church hall.

Carvell Felix Lambert
After a lengthy illness, at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen, NB on May 24, 2002, Mr. Carvell Felix Lambert, husband of Marjorie (Lambert) Lambert of Back Bay, NB and formerly of Deer Island. Born on Deer Island on December 25, 1915, he was a son of the late Archer V. and Sarah Blanche (Felix) Lambert.
A loving husband, father and grandfather he is survived by his wife, Marjorie; son, Chester (Dianne) of Back Bay, NB; daughter, Marilyn (Austin) of Deer Island; six grandchildren: Dale Chaffey, Bonnie Haddon, David Chaffey, Jeremy Wilson, Jennifer Cooke and Kristi Cooke; one sister, Blanche (Dolly) Evelegh of Aurora, On., several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by one brother, Marshall and two sisters, Pearl Crowley and Arlene Pullen.
Carvell was a well-known businessman on Deer Island. Before retiring, he had owned and operated a general store and was Postmaster at Lambertville. He had also been a fisherman for most of his life. He was a Life member of the New Brunswick Progressive Conservative Party and a member of Sea View Full Gospel Church. He was a founding member of John the Baptist Fellowship as well as the Reform Baptist Church on Deer Island.
Resting at the Sea View Full Gospel Church in Back Bay from where the service will be held on Monday at 2:00 PM. Interment to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, Lords Cove, NB. Visiting at the church on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Remembrances to

Earl Taylor McAdam
1927-2012
Peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John NB on May 30, 2012, Mr. Earl Taylor McAdam, husband of Mrs. Eileen Louise (McCleary) McAdam of Seeley’s Cove NB. Born at Charlotte County NB on September 26, 1927, he was the son of the late David and Alice Belle Muriel(Carter) McAdam. A loving husband, father, grandfather and brother, in addition to his loving wife, Eileen, he is survived by two sons; James (Mary) McAdam and Wilfred (Dorothy) McAdam both of Seeley’s Cove NB, four grandchildren; Andrew (Jenn) McAdam of Saint John NB, Jonathon McAdam of Toronto ON, Amanda McAdam and Patrick McAdam both of Trenton ON, two sisters; Bernice Whittier of St. Andrews NB and Orla Borthwick of St. George NB and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Earl was predeceased by one daughter, Anita Louise McAdam.
Prior to his retirement, Earl owned his own boat where he worked as a Lobster fisherman. He was also employed as a carpenter and finally as a Utility Foreman at New River Beach Campground up until his retirement. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish and camp. He enjoyed having get-togethers and most of all watching the Toronto Maple Leafs try to win a game.
Resting at the Heaven’s Gate Gospel Church, Seeley’s Cove NB from where the service will be held on Friday, June 1, 2012, at 2pm with Rev. Wayne Matheson officiating followed by the interment at the Christ Church (Anglican) Cemetery, Pennfield, NB. Visiting at the church will take place on Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Dorilda Lanteigne
1931-2009
ST. LOUIS DE KENT, NB – Dorilda Lanteigne passed away at home on Wednesday, April 1st, 2009. Born in Lower Caraquet she was the daughter of the late Charles G. and Marie (Frigault) Lanteigne. Dorilda was the owner/operator of a convenience store. She was a member of the St. Louis Golden Age Club and remained active by swimming, biking and walking.
Dorilda will be sadly missed by her spouse; Ludger Lanteigne, five daughters; Lise Landry (Daniel Sirois) of Grandby, QC, Sylvie Landry (Jim McKinnon) of Vancouver, BC, Marie Landry (Marc Losier) of St. Bruno, QC, Danielle Landry (Jacques Lagacé) of Atholoville, Isabelle Landry (Mounir Izallalen) of South Hadley, MA, one son; Mario Landry (Patricia Jimenez) of St. Hubert, QC, eight grand children; Pierre-Michel, Yves, Shawn, Benoît, Andrée, Éric, Samia, Meidhi, two sisters; Sr. Albertine Lanteigne of Joliette, QC, Armandine Lanteigne (late George Beaudry) of St-Ustache, QC, five brothers; Aldoria Lanteigne (Gertrude) of Bas-Caraquet, Angelbert Lanteigne (Gaetane) of Laval, QC, Venant Lanteigne (Aline) of Caraquet, Adonia Lanteigne (Desneiges) of Caraquet, Daniel Lanteigne (Thérèse) of Bas-Caraquet, two sisters-in-law; Jeannette Lanteigne, Bas-Caraquet, Dora Lanteigne, Caraquet, and several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by two sisters; Anita Gionet, Léonida Chiasson, two brothers; Adelmard and Égide, and one brother-in-law; François Chiasson.

A funeral Mass will be held at the St. Louis des Francais Roman Catholic Church, St. Louis de Kent on Monday, April 6th, 2009 at 11:00 am. Interment will be in the parish cemetery at a later date.
