Passed away peacefully, on December 7, 2005, at Sunnybrook Hospital, surrounded by his family. Loving husband of Pauline for over 50 years. Beloved father of Susan (Mark), Brian (Teressa) and Tim. Brother of Irene, brother-in-law of Grace Snyder, Helen Snell, and The Rev. Harold Kettyle. David will be sadly missed by many other family and friends.
