Suddenly at home on Saturday, August 14th, 2004. Lorne in his 75th year. Dearly beloved husband of Charlene. Loving father of Paula and her husband Maurice Anderson, Robert and his companion Anne. Cherished grandfather of Colleen Anderson and her companion Tim and great grandfather of Kyle and Ryan. Survived by his sisters Mary Gullason, Margaret Kautz, Elizabeth Brown (Roy) and brother Paul Gullason. Predeceased by Parents Dmetro and Anna Gullason and brothers Mike, John, Bill, Peter, Ernie and Gordon. Lorne joined the R.C.A.F. in 1951 and served as an Aero Engine Technician. Following his retirement after 28 years of active peacetime service he became the Commanding Officer of Air Cadet Squadron 566 in Canora, Saskatchewan. After a short illness on Saturday August 14, 2004 in Calgary Alberta, formerly of Whitby, Ontario. Beloved son of Willa and the late Hugh Kerr. Loving father of Kim (John). Grandfather of Jacob and Noah Skinner. Fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters Janis (Dave), Marcia (Jerry), David (Deborah), Barney (Heather), Kelly (Maureen), Valerie (Gord), Elaine (Doug), and brothers in law Ross Wilcox, and the late Robert Broughton. Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. A memorial service will be held at OSHAWA COMMUNITY CHURCH, 71 Simcoe St. S. on Friday August 27, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. with a reception to follow.
PARTRIDGE, Mary Mitchell (nee McNaul) -
Longtime employee of General Motors, Oshawa. After a brief illness at the Kingston General Hospital on Saturday, August 14, 2004, in her 84th year. Mary was born in Port-Glasgow, Scotland on November 5, 1920. She is predeceased by her son Dennis Meisner and is survived by her son David Meisner and his wife Julia. Cherished nan of Lori (Gord), Robin (Danny), Scott (Terri), Sean (Paula), Erin, Shannon, Jory and Jaimie and five great grandchildren. Mary is predeceased by her brother William McNaul and will be missed by her niece Diane Olajos and nephew Robert McNaul and their families. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Society in Mary's memory.

Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Saturday, August 14, 2004, in his 71st year. Joseph was a 30-year employee of the City of Toronto. He is survived by his loving wife Hilda (Tilley) of Wilmot Creek. Dear step-father to Donna Cadeau, Linda Warner (the late Bob), Rick Heisler (Heather), all of Toronto, Bob Heisler (Penny) of Ajax, and Judi Burns (Rick) of Trenton. Cherished grandfather of Suzie Armstrong (Court), Brent Cadeau, Chris Warner, Rich Burns (Jennifer), Tracey Robson (Jeff), Corey, Brett, Beau Heisler, and Alex Heisler. Great-grandfather of Trysha Robson and Rachel Burns. Joe will be sadly missed by many other family members and friends. Friends may call at the NEWCASTLE FUNERAL HOME, 386 Mill St. S. After a courageous battle with breast cancer, Gail passed away on August 13, 2004 at Lakeridge Health Corporation, Oshawa, at the age of 52. Predeceased by her mother Earline. Survived by her father John, husband Gary, son Ryan, daughter Sabine, daughter-in-law Dana and grandson Markus. Sister of Gary, John, Lee, Melody, Sherry, Kathy, many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Whitby on Friday August 13, 2004 in his 82nd year. Andrew was in his 60th year of marriage and will be lovingly remembered by his wife Stella. MOSEK, Stanislaw (Stan) -
October 27, 1916 to August 13, 2004. Peacefully, at Northumberland Hospital-Cobourg, aged 87 years. Born in Sadkowice, Poland. Stan married Wanda Lubinska in 1946 in Germany. Stan emigrated to Canada in 1948. He was joined by his wife Wanda and son Zdzislaw (Stan) in 1949. Son Stefan was born in 1951, the family resided in Montreal until 1969 when they moved to Oshawa, Ontario. Pop was a veteran of the Second World War, as a Lance Corporal of the 39th Infantry Regiment. He was also a member of the General Sikorski Polish Veterans Association in Oshawa. Pop was predeceased by his first wife Wanda in 1984. In 1991 Pop married Kazimira Patrzek. At the time of his death they resided in Cobourg, Ontario. Left behind to mourn his passing are his sons Zdzislaw (Stan) and his wife Debbie, and Stefan and his wife Sharon. He will also be missed by his grandchildren Tammy, Vanessa, Jonathan, Adam, Jayson and his wife Anita. Survived by his wife Kazimira. A special thank you to Dr. Bayer and all of the staff at Northumberland Hospital for their wonderful care. Predeceased by her brother Frank and sisters Grace, Shirley, Maisy, Julie and Marina. She will long be remembered by her grandchildren Ronny, Christine, Allan, Blair, Julie, Kyle, Cindy and Stacey and 16 great-grandchildren.

Entered into a peaceful sleep at Lakeridge Health Corp., Oshawa, on Thursday August 12, 2004 at 51 years of age, after a long and courageous battle with Kidney Disease. Deborah, dearly beloved wife of Gerald and special loving mother of Barry. She was born in Amherst, Nova Scotia to the late Rebecca and Ceril Allen and beloved step-daughter of the late Edward Atkinson. Deborah will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her many sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and friends.
