After a long and courageous battle, in her 87th year, at Thorntonview Nursing Home, Isobel was called home by the Lord on February 21, 2004. Loving mother of David. Predeceased by her sons Carl, Jimmy, and Allan. A wonderful grandmother of seven grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. A family service was held at THE ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King St. E., Oshawa on February 24, 2004 followed by interment at Oshawa Union Cemetery. He will be sadly missed by extended family and many friends. Born in Los Angeles, CA, Roy lived in Ann Arbor, MI prior to residing in Whitby, ON for 37 years.
