Peacefully passed away at the VanDaele Nursing home (Sault Ste. Marie) on Sunday, August 3, 2003 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Cooper (Pickering). Mother of Bruce (Marilyn) Unionville, Gary (Anne) Edmonton, Murray Oshawa, Sharon Robbins (Ralph) Sault Ste. Marie. Loving grandmother of Sheryl Coffin, Dorilyn Cooper, Sarah Cooper, Hilary Cooper, Caroline Cooper, Michael Cooper, Tracy Cooper, Gregory Robbins, and Tammy Robbins. Great Grandmother of Nicholas, and Adam. Friends may call at the McEachnie Funeral Home 10-11am, on Wednesday August 6, 2003, until time of the service at 11am. Rev. Jones officiating. Beloved mother of Ewald Wihlidal (Eleanor), Agnes (Earle Merlin), John Wihlidal (Nancy) and Al Wihlidal (Ann) and the late Elizabeth (David) Burpee. Step-mother of Mrs. John Frey (Evelyn), Jeannette Kudles, Miss Gertrude Ell and Mrs. James Parker(Kathleen). Predeceased by her husbands George Wihlidal and Henry Ell and also her brothers George, Joe, Alois and her sister Agnes. Survived by her brothers John and Mike and by sisters Betty, Rosie and Mary. Anna will be missed by her 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Suddenly at home in Oshawa on Friday, August 1, 2003 at age 36. Laury-Anne Van Dyk, born July 3, 1967. Left to mourn her passing is father Peter (Catherine) and mother Marg. Brothers and sisters include Kelly, Troy, Chad, P.J., Kate, Cindy, Eric, Ian, Kyle, Sean, Lisa and Tim. Remembered also by her many aunts, uncles and extended family near and afar. Due to the welcoming atmosphere in the Oshawa area, the family has decided to inter Laury-Anne where she was most comfortable. Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th.
