She will rest at Ft. Snelling, Minnesota with her eldest son Charles.

TANTILLO, Samuel T., 80 years old, died Wednesday, November 15, 1995. He was an area resident for 40 years. BROWN, Lloyd H., 86, a native Tucsonian, passed away November 12, 1995. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters and a brother. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Marguerite; son, Lenard (Mary Anne) Brown of Stone Mountain, GA; daughter, Natalie (Patrick) Ferguson of Yuma, AZ; grandchildren, Debbie and Stephen Brown of Stone Mountain, Karen Ferguson of Yuma, Teresa (Duane) Bosley of Port Arthur, TX, Patrick (Anne) Ferguson, Jr. of Lawrence, KS; great-granddaughter, Jessica of Lawrence, KS; nephews, Willis (Patricia) Tolley, James S. (Patricia) Tolley; and niece, Wanda Gae Henry and their families. Lloyd was a member of a pioneer Arizona ranching family. His father, Seward Brown, established a ranch at Sahuarita in 1884. Lloyd attended public school in Tucson and graduated from Grace Lutheran Parochial School. Lloyd retired from the Tucson Post Office after 30 years of service and was an active member of NARFE Chapter 1874. Lloyd was a member of Grace Lutheran Church from 1929 until his death. Donations to his memory may be made to the ARIZONA LUTHERAN ACADEMY in care of Grace Lutheran Church, 830 N. First Avenue, Tucson, Arizona or to the Southern Arizona Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation, 6464 East Grant Road, Tucson, Arizona. DAVIS, Wilford E., 56, of Tucson, passed away November 13, 1995. Mr. Davis, a civil engineer, was president of Southwest Engineers and Planners Inc. since 1978. He served many years as a scout master, scout committee chairman, or committee member in the Boy Scouts of America Program. In 1984 he received an award of merit from the Old Pueblo District and in 1989 he was awarded a silver beaver for distinguished service to youth. He is survived by wife, Vicki; daughter, Tori; sons, Warren, Trent and Jay T.; grandson, Conner Davis, all of Tucson; sisters, Katherine Shiflet of Boise, ID, Lynne Whipple of Taylor, AZ and Jacqueline Montierth of Mesa, AZ; and brothers, Burt of Sierra Vista and Richard of Phoenix. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, November 16 at the Ft. Lowell Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 3700 E. Ft. Lowell Rd. FROHLING, Belinda Payne, an active hospice volunteer in Tucson and Southampton, NY, passed away in Tucson, AZ on November 13, 1995. She was 58 years old. Mrs. Frohling was born in Pine Orchard, CT, attended Prospect Hill School on The Yale Campus and graduated from Vassar College. She received a Masters Degree from the University of Arizona in Management Information Systems in addition to graduating from the Karl Eller Entrepreneurial School. She was an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. In her first years out of Vassar she was employed by Goodson and Toddman as a trial contestant for prospective new quiz shows. Professionally she worked for both Honeywell and NCR starting in the infancy of the computer industry in a number of capacities until she retired. She was devoted, loving and spiritual leader to her mother, daughter, step-children and husband. She is the first life-time member of the Tucson Business Woman’s Association, a past member of the Vestry of St. Philips in the Hills and past president of the Vassar Club of Tucson. She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Pope and brother, Tobias. She is survived by her mother, Rebecca Mason; her daughter, Rebecca Downes Payne, both of Tucson; her step-children, Laura Frohling of Naples, FL, Matthew Frohling of New York City, Edward S. Frohling, Jr., of Tucson; and her husband, Edward S. Frohling. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Philips in the Hills in Tucson at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 18, 1995.
