He was a retired Minneapolis High School teacher of 38 years and a member of Sabbar Temple, Scottish Rite, Bloomington Lodge, and Alpha Sigma Phi. No local services are planned. HARRIS, Priscilla Jean Kildow; born May 16, 1943 in Highland, Ohio, a Tucson resident since 1956, went to be with the Lord October 17, 1995. Survived by her husband, Robert D. Harris; beloved daughters, Kathleen Gaynor-Lindholm, and Cynthia Gaynor-Speidel; grandsons, Logan Ryan Speidel, and Erik Dalton Lindholm; father, Raymond Norman Kildow, Sr.; sister, Sara Jane McMann; brothers, Joseph H. Kildow, William F. Kildow, Raymond N. Kildow, Jr.; and many other family members and friends. Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 21, 1995 at Dove of Peace Lutheran Church, 655 W. Roller Coaster Road, Tucson, Arizona. KENNEDY, Philip Dalton Jr., 76, of Tucson, entered into God's keeping October 18, 1995. He was born March 9, 1919 in Statesville, NC, son of the late Philip Dalton Kennedy Sr. and Elise Weedon Kennedy. He is survived by his wife, Gilda; daughters, Karen Butler of Barton, VT, and Elizabeth (David) Stewart of Hollywood, FL; grandsons, Christopher and Robert Butler; sister, Elise Lambert of Woodland Park, CO, as well as many other loving relatives and friends. An Eagle Scout at 15, he was especially fond of classical music, and an avid traveler after his retirement. He received his A.B. degree of Atlantic Christian College, Wilson, NC in August 1938; received J.D. degree from UNC (Chapel Hill) in June 1942, having been one of the associate editors of the UNC Law Review for two years. He was on active duty with the U.S. Navy (1942-1945) including service SW Pacific, Lieutenant (Senior Grade) at termination of active duty. Admitted to NC Bar in 1944; practiced in Charlotte, NC 1945-57. He was a resident of FL 1957-83; admitted to the FL Bar in 1958, practiced in Miramar, FL until retirement in 1973. While in FL served as City Attorney for the city of Miramar 1958-59; Miramar City Councilman 1959-65; Associate Municipal Judge, city of Miramar, 1962-63; and Municipal Judge 1963-74. He was also active in Miramar Presbyterian Church, serving as Decon, Elder, Chairman of the Building Committee and other capacities. A resident of Tucson since 1984, he was a member of a Immanuel Presbyterian Church. His final resting place will be at a place he dearly loved in Blowing Rock, NC. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that a memorial contribution may be made to TMC Hospice Foundation, 5301 E. Grant Rd, Tucson, 85712 or a charity of your choice.
