DUPEE, Stephanie M., 25, of Benson, AZ, passed away August 8, 1995 in Tucson, AZ. Survived by parents Bill and Suzanne of Benson and Arlene Braman of New Bern, NC; maternal grandmother, Rhea Wolford of Ocala, FL; two brothers, several aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceded by cousin, Shelly Dupee. Funeral Service was Monday, August 14, 1995 at the Community Presbyterian Church in Benson. Burial Cochise Gardens of Rest.
EISENBERG, Abe, 89, of Tucson, died August 14, 1995. Abe Eisenberg will be greatly missed by his son, Mel; his daughter-in-law, Shelley; his grandchildren, Cindy and Eric; and his great-grandchildren, Corey and Shannon. He is also survived by two brothers, Harry and Sam. Abe led a very fruitful life. Not only did he establish a successful business, but volunteered a great deal of his time to charities, and to New York City politics. This charitable work continued as recently as 1993, when he organized aid for the flood victims through the Red Cross and through the generosity of the people at The Fountains and collected many thousands of dollars. He always had a smile on his face and a good joke in his heart. He loved to hear people laugh. Abe Eisenberg will live on in the memories of all who knew and loved him.

KADOW, Orville A., 79 years young, entered peacefully into eternal life on August 11, 1995 to be re-united with his late wife, Gertrude, and his late daughter and son-in-law, Judith and David Haltom. Orville was a 23 year resident of Tucson, after having retired from his position as Battalion Chief for the Chicago Fire Department. He had more recently retired from the University of Arizona. He will be greatly missed by his loving family: son, Bill and Jane Kadow; and daughter, Kathy and Dean Flanagan; grandchildren, Joel Haltom, Valerie Kadow Wirth and Mark Kadow and Ryan Kira and Matthew Flanagan. KRIESKI, Margaret J., 42, died August 11, 1995. MEADE, Virginia Mae Daniels, 88, passed away in Tucson, AZ on August 11, 1995. She is survived by her son, Robert A. Meade III; daughter, Linda Meade-Tollin; two grandchildren (all of Tucson, AZ); and one niece, three nephews; cousins; great-nieces and nephews across the country. She was married for 50 years to Dr. Robert A. Meade. Born Hinton, WV, she was in the first graduating class of Lincoln School, and taught there after her graduation from WV State College in 1927, magna cum laude. She taught in the Summers and Kanawha County school systems until her retirement. During this time, she completed additional postgraduate studies at the University of Chicago and West Virginia University, and earned a MA in counseling and guidance from Columbia University Teacher's College in 1952. She was an active member of the Second Baptist Church in Hinton, the First Baptist Church of London, WV, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, the NAACP, and many other civic organizations in WV for many years. She was an independent, generous, and loving person with strong moral values and a great sense of humor, yet had the ability to love and respect people from all walks of life. She touched the lives of her students and friends in countless inspiring, memorable ways, always encouraging excellence. Her transition to the loving peace of God will be honored by a visitation to be held at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N. Northern Ave. at Magee, on Thursday, August 17, 1995 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and by services at the same place Friday, August 18, 1995, at 4:00 p.m. We love you dearly, miss you deeply, cherish our memories, and wish you peace. PEARTREE, Julie Gobel, of Somers, a former Tucson resident, died Friday in Bedford, NY. She was 34. She died in an automobile accident. Mrs. Peartree was born August 3, 1962, in Stamford, CT, to John and Madelayne Gobel. She graduated from St. Mary's Elementary School in Katonah, John F. Kennedy High School in Somers and Manhattan College. She married Patrick Peartree in Tucson in 1987. Mrs. Peartree was employed by Rothschild, Himmelfarb, Sher, Pearl and Giacomo law offices in White Plains for about two years. She is survived by three daughters, Nicole Diane Flood, Krystle Michele Flood and Michaella Jane Peartree; her husband of Carlsbad, CA; her parents of Katonah; four sisters, Hilda Sydorick of Del Mar, CA, Susan Prior-Crofoot of Stamford, CT, Ema Kammeyer of Tucson, AZ and Ingrid Schaaphok of Petersburg, NY; two brothers, John Gobel of Bucksport, ME and Steven Gobel of Wilbraham, MA; five nieces; eight nephews and a great-nephew; and a maternal grandmother, Maria Tury of Katonah. AUSTIN, Delbert, 68, entered into rest on August 12, 1995. He was born in Crookston, MN, spent much of his life in Superior, WI, and moved to Tucson in 1952. He retired from Hughes Aircraft in 1982 and also had his own business as a commercial engraver. Surviving are his wife, Alice Mae; one son, Delbert Jr., Coon Rapids, MN; six grandchildren: Jeremy Collins, Tucson, Danny and Tony Austin, Coon Rapids, MN, Beth Austin and Amie Garner, Duluth, MN, Joe Austin, Milwaukee, WI; and one great-grandson, Cody Garner, Duluth; two sisters, Donna Nelson and Alice Fairbanks, Superior; two brothers, Carl, Superior and Robert, Walnut Grove, MN. Mr. Austin was preceded in death by his daughter, Marilyn Joyce Collins. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 17, 1995 at 11:00 a.m. at The Lutheran Church of the King, 2450 S. GRANT, J. Donald 'Don', passed away August 14, 1995. Don was born in Greenville, SC, September 30, 1938. Don is preceded in death by parents, George W. Grant and Gladys Hall Grant; brothers, F.C., Bill, Harry, Olin and Frank; sisters, Ethel Lindsey, Ruby Albright, and Virginia Howard. Survived by Larry Devera, long time-companion; brother, George Grant of Taylors, SC; sisters, Mary Dill of Spartanburg, SC, Mildred Greene of Seattle, WA; and many nephews, nieces and cousins. He was a teacher, coach, counselor, and school administrator for over 20 years in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, CA. Don was an unusual summer visitor to Tucson for over 20 years. He moved to Tucson, AZ after becoming ill. For the last 10 years he has been traveling with a gentleman with a stroke, Jerry C. Simpson. In lieu of flowers, it was requested that you donate to Tucson Aids Project. He will be missed by his family and many, many friends.
