BURD, Dorothy S., 86, of Tucson, passed away May 13, 1995. Survived by brothers, Russell Smith of Rutherford Hts, PA, Richard Smith of Clearwater, FL; sisters, Helen Shearer of Hershey, PA, Hope Ott of Hershey, PA. Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews, and was the beloved friend of many. She was the Assistant Court Administrator for the Pima County Superior Court for almost 20 years. CONCHA, Andrade Gradillas, 76, after a long illness entered into the Kingdom of God on May 11, 1995. Preceded in death by her loving parents Enrique and Victoria Andrade; brothers, Enrique, Jesus Manuel, and Ramon Andrade, and sisters, Socorro Reeder, Elma Victoria and Alicia Andrade. Her surviving family members are her husband, Edward S. Gradillas; and her children are Edward (Anna) Gradillas Jr., Tucson, AZ., Geraldine (Ralph) Cruz, La Habra, CA, Margaret (Peggy) Rodriguez and (Andrea), Tina (Ron) Romero, Tucson, AZ., Albert Gradillas, Anaheim, CA, Delia (Alberto) Urias, Tucson, AZ., Roy Andrade, El Monte, CA; also survived by Yolanda Gastelum and Steve Reeder, Tucson, AZ. She is also survived by her sisters, Elenor Contreras and Rosa Maria Villegas, Lancaster, CA; and brother, Salvador (Anna Maria) Andrade. Other survivors include 24 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces, friends and neighbors. Concha was a graduate of Tucson High School (Class of 1938). She was employed for 38 years as a pharmacist technician by Martin, Ryan-Evans, and Revco Drug Stores. In later years she was also employed as a teacher assistant at Cholla High School. She was an active member of the following organizations: Catholic Daughters of America #1227, St. Elizabeth of Hungry Clinic, Badger Foundation, a Cursillista and a Guadalupana de la Capilla de Guadalupe. Pall-bearers are Martin Gradillas, Thom and Nicolas Cruz, Alexandro Urias, Ronnie (Rocky) Romero, and Salvador Anthony Andrade. Honorary Pall-bearers are Christopher Romero, Armando Juarez, Raymond Blurton, Leonardo Urias and James Gonzales, Tanner Gradillas. Services are at Santa Cruz Catholic Church, 1220 S. 6th Ave., on Monday, May 15, 1995. MOLK, Melvin Frederick, Sr., 69, of Vail, AZ, passed away on the morning of Saturday, May 13, 1995. Mr. Molk worked at X-9 Ranch as a gate house attendant for eight years. He also served in the U.S. Army and is a veteran of WWII Battle of the Bulge. He is survived by his wife, Margaret; daughters, Linda McFarland of Tucson, Nancy Missig of IN; sons, Calvin, Melvin, Jr. and Greg Molk, all of Tucson; grandchildren, Mike McFarland, Laurie Anderson, Cheryl Molk and Dillon Molk, all of Tucson, Michelle Cosellin of NC, Andre Missig of IN and Brandon Molk of MI. WILLIAMS, Bill, 'Elbert', of Tucson, died May 13 after a brief illness, he was 65. Bill was the son of Samuel James Williams and Florence Irene Williams, born in Tucson, August 3, 1929. After serving in the Army, Bill worked for ATandT as a technician both in AZ and Denver, CO. After retiring from ATandT, Bill moved back to Tucson and worked at the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum in guest services. Bill is survived by his wife, Sandy Williams; 2 sisters, Betty Hannum of Whitier, CA and Barbara Stenton of Chino, CA; a son, Brian Williams of Colorado Springs, CO. There will be a private family memorial service Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. and burial will be private. The family will hold an open house Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., where they will welcome friends to stop in. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Sonora Desert Museum or Hospice Family Care.
