SENSENBACH, Alfred David, 74, of Tucson, formerly of Boston, died May 23, 1995. Survived by friend of 30 years, David F. Lilley; step-mother, Julia Sensenbach of Allentown, PA; brother, Donald (Nancy) Sensenbach of Arcadia, CA; nephews, Bradford Sensenbach, Craig Sensenbach, Todd (Karin) Sensenbach and Mark (Amy) Sensenbach; and seven God children. Dr. Sensenbach received his bachelor's degree from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, his masters from University of Wisconsin at Madison, WI and a masters and doctorate in fine arts from Yale University at New Haven, CT. He was a professor of theater arts for over 35 years, the last 18 years at Emerson College in Boston. He retired as a full professor and was granted an honorary doctorate degree. He served as a Captain in the medical administrative corp of the Army of the United States from 1942 to 1945 during which time he was a prisoner of war for eight months. BARTUNEK, Eleanor B. (Ludwig), 86, passed away May 22, 1995. A retired civil servant with the Veterans Administration and a former Sweet Adeline, Mrs. Bartunek is survived by her sister, Anita Meine of St. Louis, MO; her sons, Walter E. Ludwig and his wife Ann, and Paul E. Ludwig and his wife Connie; and by her step-son, Richard Bartunek and his wife Jean; ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. CALLAHAN, Fern May, 94, of Tucson, died May 19, 1995. Mrs. Callahan was a resident of Tucson for 70 years. In the past years she had been employed by the U.S. Army in Ft. Huachuca and for many years was with the Tucson Merchants Association as a supervisor. She is survived by her daughter, Jacqueline Andrews; three grandchildren, Jonsi (Marc), Greg (Kathy), Travis (Pam); six great-grandchildren, Albert, Shawn, Karrie, Sally, Thomas, and Clayton; two great-great-grandchildren, Alan and Kevin. She was much loved by her family and friends and will be deeply missed. Funeral Services will be at Grace St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 2331 E. Employed by Walgreen Co. for 50 years, his career ranged from being a checker and district manager to Vice President for personnel and labor relations and a member of the board of directors. SNOW, Howard B., 84, passed away at his home May 17, 1995. Born December 20, 1910 to Frank E. and Annie P. Snow. He was raised and attended school in the town of Marblehead, MA where his family had lived for several generations. He graduated from Wenthworth Institute as a master electrician and worked for many years at Sylvania in Danvers, MA before moving with his family to Tucson in 1957. He was employed by the City of Tucson from 1962 as an Electrical Inspector until his retirement in 1973. He was proceeded in death by his parents and a brother, Frank B. Snow. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Isabelle; daughters, Carol (Frank) Cain, Phyllis Lim, Wendy (Mike) Lee; sons, Samuel (Margaret) Snow, and Howard B. (Diane) Snow, Jr.; sister, Louise Lynch; brother, Edwin Snow; sister-in-law, Corinne Snow; 13 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Philanthropic Lodge (Marblehead); Scottish Rite of Free Masonry, USA; Sabbar Temple, AAONMS of Tucson; and the Massachusetts Society of Mayflower Descendants. Forever a part of our lives is the love he shared with us and the strong family values and heritage we grew to appreciate through the years. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends. BURZAWA, Joseph, 84, of Tucson, Ret. Lt. Col. of The Free Polish Forces, passed away on May 20, 1995. He is survived by relatives in Poland and friends in Tucson. During WWII, Joseph served in the Polish Army in France, England and Germany. He participated in the Battle of Arnhem, Holland with the 1st Polish Parachute Brigade. He has numerous military decorations: Polish, English and others. FARIAS, James A., 51, late of Tucson. Born in Taunton, MA, died on May 21, 1995 after a brief illness. Jim, a graduate of Taunton High School, was active in Taunton High School Cadets, studied drama and theatre at the University of Arizona in Tucson, and was a graduate of Southampton University in NY. He was a member of Actors Equity, was a published author, and a member of the New York Poetry Society, as well as other civic organizations in NY and AZ. Jim authored a one-man play about Walt Whitman, 'Messiah of Mickle Street', which played in CT and Bridgehampton, NY; has written plays for varied groups' Mystery Nights, and wrote 'Red Flag of Freedom' for the Girl Scouts of America in MA. Jim produced 'Arizona Gay', a community program on Tucson Community Cable, was a founder of Shanti and worked with PACT and Early Intervention Center in Tucson. He was employed as grant and proposal writer for Portable Practical Educational Preparation, Inc. (PPEP) and travelled extensively in connection with his job. Jim leaves his mother, Evelyn M. Farias; two sisters, Lori A. Reid and Christine Botellio, all of Tucson; brothers, Lyn E. Farias, of Cochise, AZ, John A. Farias, of Raynham, MA; four nephews; two nieces and three grandchildren. Services and viewing will be held Tuesday, May 23, 1995 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at DESERT ROSE CREMATION AND BURIAL, 2750 S. 4th Avenue, Suite 106, Tucson, with memorial service at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your choice of AIDS programs.

LANGUS (Warrene), Evelyn, born March 13, 1957 passed away May 6, 1995 in Sandwich, Ill. She also was a longtime resident of Tucson, AZ. Evelyn is survived by parents, Robert F. Warrene and Helga Warrene; sons, Jessie and Chad Chandler and daughter, Amanda Chandler, all of Aurora, Ill.; brother, Robert D. Warrene of the United States Coast Guard, Seattle, WA; sister, Debbie Gerbig (Gary), nephew Shane Gerbig and niece Stacy Gerbig, all of Tucson. She was preceded in death by one brother Tony L. Warrene. Aunt Inge and Uncle John of El Paso, Texas; Aunt Gustel and Uncle Guenther of Germany and many more aunts, uncles and cousins. She will be loved and missed always.
