SUBECK, Esther Reisler, 81, #42 Wilmar Drive, Quincy, IL., died Saturday morning, June 3, 1995 at 6:22 a.m. in Blessing Hospital at 11th, Quincy. She was born January 5, 1914, in Milwaukee, WI., a daughter of Joseph and Freda Lowenthal Reisler. She married Milton Subeck, February 16, 1947, in Chicago, IL. He preceded her in death April 18, 1978. Mrs. Subeck was for many years co-owner of Green's Auto Party in Quincy. She was a member of B'nai Sholom Temple and had been an officer. She had worked as a volunteer at Blessing Hospital and worked for the Reach to Recovery program of the American Cancer Society. She had also been an active volunteer with the American Red Cross Blood Drives in Quincy. Survivors include, two sons, Stanton Subeck, Olympia Fields, IL., Bruce Subeck, Tucson, AZ., Branch Manager of Inacom Information Systems, 2900 E. Broadway, Tucson, AZ.; three grandchildren, Benjamin Michael Subeck, Tucson, Scott David Subeck, Evanson, IL., Lisa Beth Subeck, Madison, WI.; one brother, Gerson Reisler, Skokie, IL; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Ruth Reisler, Quincy; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Al and Irwin Reisler; and a sister, Doris. Graveside Services will be held Monday morning at 11:00 a.m. in the Valley of Peach Cemetery, Quincy, IL., in charge of Rabbi Audrey Subeck. Visitation will be at the Hansen-Spear Funeral Home, Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Quincy, IL. Memorials may be given to the American Red Cross or the Adams County Chapter of the American Cancer Society of B'nai Sholom Temple., all of Quincy, IL.
VALENZUELA, Maria T., 75, of Tucson, passed away June 3, 1995. Preceded in death by parents Jose Alejandro and Ma. Guadalupe Torres. Survived by daughter, Frances Rodriguez; sons, Narciso Valenzuela and Jose Manuel T. Valenzuela. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. McCUTCHIN, M. Marilyn, 71, of Tucson, died June 2, 1995. Survivors include her children, Anne (Robert) Fry, John J. McCutchin (Judy), Susan McCutchin Stinger (Mike) all of Tucson, Nancy Huckaby (Richard) of Piedmont, SC. Six grandchildren also survive. Mrs. McCutchin was preceded in death by her husband John in 1989. She came to Tucson in 1929 and taught elementary school until 1993. She will be greatly missed by her family. STRICKLAND, Tamara L., 34, died suddenly May 31, 1995. She is survived by her mother, Winifred R. Rogers; father, Warren L. Strickland; stepmother, Ann Carrel Strickland; brother, Tad (Sally) Strickland, all of Tucson and brother, Tim Strickland of Kailua, HI; also stepbrothers, Kim (Holly) Berg and Bob Berg; and stepsister, Carrel (Justin) Loveless. Tamara attended the Cerebral Palsy Foundation (now Blake Foundation) and St. Marks Presbyterian preschools, Tucson Public Schools, Ann Carlsen School, Jamestown, ND and graduated from Howenstine High School. The family extends its appreciation to a host of loving, extraordinary teachers and care givers. A celebration of Tamara's life will be at St. Marks Presbyterian Church, 3809 E. Everet retired from the U.S. Air Force after 30 years of military service. BOGAN, Doris (Geddes), 79, died May 30, 1995. Wife of the late Weldon T. Bogan, she had been a resident of Tucson for over 50 years. Born in Cumberland, RI, the daughter of Martin J. and Mary Hagan Geddes, she came to this city in 1943 and worked as a receptionist and secretary for several doctors until her marriage. Survived by brothers, Henry J. and Thomas J. Geddes, both of Tucson; several nieces and nephews; step-daughter, Jeanne Rhody; many step-children; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren. RENEER, Leamon Albert, 89, died May 31, 1995 in Provo, UT. Survived by son, Douglas, Springville, UT; daughters, Sharon Shields, Phoenix, AZ; Phyllis Cardon, Mesa, AZ., and Ruth Reneer, Provo, UT; sisters, Lillian Barton, Mesa, AZ., and Martha Tingey, Centerville UT; 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren also survive. Mr. Reneer was a graduate of Gila Academy in Thatcher and the U of A Law School. He was employed by Tucson Title Insurance Company as a Title Attorney working his way up to Senior Vice President and Chief Title Officer of the company. Mr. Reneer was President of the Land Title Association of AZ; active in the Arizona Historical Society. He served in leadership positions in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
