Survived by wife, Debbie; daughters, Kelley and Megan; parents, Charlie and Anne of Tucson; brothers, Joe (Sue), Brad and Dave (Kathryn), all of Tucson; sister, Chris (Terry) Oberg, Santa Monica, CA; 11 nieces and nephews also survive. Memorial Service 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 24, at Casa Adobes Baptist Church, 2131 W. Ina Rd. The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until service time. Mr. Wilkinson owned a swimming pool construction company for the past 12 years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Wilkinson Fund, c/o any First Interstate Bank. ALLEN, Verla Millett 'Sandy', born June 28, 1923 Gilbert, AZ., died June 16, 1995, Tucson. Survived by her husband, Robert F. Allen Sr., Lt. USAF Ret.; four children, Larry F. Allen of Seattle, WA., Garry R. Allen of Los Alamos, NM., Perilla K. Withkowski of Bernalillo, NM., and Robert F. Allen Jr., of Tucson; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive. Funeral Service 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 21 at the L.D.S. Palo Verde Park Ward, 6901 E. Kenyon Dr. Interment will be at the Mesa Cemetery, Mesa, AZ at 9:30 a.m. June 22, 1995. BERTSCHY, Robert Lee, 17, beloved son of Kenneth and Carolyn Bertschy, died June 16, 1995. Beloved brother of Ronald Bertschy; devoted grandson of Claire Weeks of Tucson, and Reuben and Johnnie Bertschy of TX. Robert was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Joseph Weeks. He gave his family the happiest 17 years of their lives. He was dearly loved and will be dearly remembered. BRADLEY, Henry B., 95, died June 18, 1995. Father of, Ada (Arthur) Hurd, Robert (Carole) Bradley, all of Tucson; seven grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren also survive. CALLAN, John L., 61, died Sunday, June 18, 1995. Preceded in death by son, Danny. Survived by wife, Betty; daughters, Peggy Callan and Patty (John) Best; brothers, Chuck Callan of TN, Rick Callan of IN, Art Basso of NE, Don Basso of FL and Ray Basso of IN. Mr. Callan was a member of the Knights of Columbus #5133. Mass will be offered at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 21 at Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church, 1800 S. Kolb Rd. DUDO, Joseph D., 74, of Tucson, died June 18, 1995. Survived by wife, Dorothy L. ELLIS, Rubie M., 76, of Tucson, died June 18, 1995. Survived by husband, Charles E.; children, Raymond Ellis, Joseph Ellis, Deborah Kuchel, Charlane Munsey and Vickie Davey; sisters, Irene Garner, Dorothy King and Pearle McConnell; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. GRIFFITH, William F.R., 87, left from his home to sing and dance with Jesus and the angels, June 17, 1995. Bill was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Driggs Griffith. Survivors include his present loving wife, Estelle (Bee) Spaid Griffith; sons, William (Mary Ann) F.R. Griffith III of Morris Plains, NJ, Charles (Bobbi) Bradley Griffith of Woodbridge, CT and Harold (Michele) William Vinson of Phoenix; daughters, Gretchen Fogel of Santa Monica, CA, Vickie (Ken) Stagi of Kingman, AZ, Dorothy (Mark) Allen of Mason, OH, Deborah (John) Fitzgerald of Tucson; 17 grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive. A Celebration of Bill's Life will be held Thursday, June 22, 1995 at 4:30 p.m. at the Church of the Resurrection, 7110 S. 12th Ave., Tucson. Interment to follow in the Memorial Garden, Fr. Al Lott officiating. In lieu of floral arrangements, the family suggests memorial donations to the Church of the Resurrection, P.O. HARPER, Hazel Juel, 79, of Tucson, died June 17, 1995. Survived by son, Larry Gene Harper, Sr.; grandchildren, Larry G. Harper, Jr., David Harper, Richard Harper, Linda Lochner; nine great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. Cremation with private service. Arrangements by EVERGREEN MORTUARY and CEMETERY.

HEIDT, Jennie W., 91, passed on to join her husband, Leonard on June 15, 1995. She was born Jennie W. Riddle in Curwensville, Pennsylvania, on April 18, 1904. She will be missed by her large family, son, Bruce in Calif., sons, Richard and Jonas; and daughter, Emma Lou Grimes of Tucson; and son, David of Texas; 21 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren. She also has numerous friends and relatives in Penn. She will be buried next to Leonard at South Lawn.

KNAPMAN, George Edward, born September 6, 1916 in Detroit, MI., died June 17, 1995 at Tucson, AZ. George's 53 year marriage to Ione Rosenbrock began on February 19, 1938 in IN. He is survived by his son, Larry (Ruth) of Fairbanks, AK; and daughter, Lee (Elmo) Fairchild of Parker, AZ; and eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. George is also survived by his brothers, Jack (Patty) and Bill (Sharon) Knapman; and a sister, Greta (Alvin) Schultz, all of MI, and sister, Gladys Kight of AL, also sisters-in-law, Ilene (Hap) Kabler and Alice Rosenbrock, plus numerous nieces and nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, and his sisters, Dorothy Knapman and Kathryn Renner. George and Ione left Michigan for Tucson in 1940, where he began working as a dynamiter for the Bureau of Public Roads during road construction on Mt. Lemon. Most of his life was spent as owner fo his plastering/lathing business, a craft he learned from his father. George was a 10 year member of B.P.O.E. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Dodge Blvd. (at Speedway), Tuesday, June 20 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. with funeral services at the Dodge Chapel on Wednesday, June 21 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at East Lawn Cemetery. MARTINEZ, Mike A., 'Pelon', 55, of Tucson, passed away June 16, 1995. Preceded in death by grandson, Leonard Gonzales and daughter, Diana Martinez. Survived by mother, Mary Justice; daughters, Donna Gonzales, Yvette, Minerva and Erica Martinez; sons, Michael (Sue) Martinez Jr. and Stephen (Rosemary) Martinez; sisters, Helen Nichols and Hope (Paul) Hamilton; brother, Jerry Justice; 11 grandchildren; and one great grandchild. McCARTHY, Margaret Patton, 71, died June 17, 1995. Beloved wife of 51 years to, Walter McCarthy of Tucson; devoted mother to, Michael Patrick (Jane) McCarthy of IL, Deborah (Barry) Berkson of Tucson, Gray (Lisa) McCarthy of CO and Peggy (Miguel) Padilla of Tucson; grandchildren, Matthew and Daniel McCarthy, both of IL, Kelly and Mark McCarthy, both of CO. Mrs. McCarthy was avid bridge player and swimmer. She was the most wonderful wife, mother, friend in the world and she will be terribly missed by all. Husband of, Dee McVey; father of, Gail (Ed) Kerr of HI; grandfather of, Jana Coronado, Sean and Heidi Burroughs; uncle of, Chere Ring of MT and Dennis McVey of Phoenix; three great grandchildren also survive. Smith of Brockton, MA; nephew, Carl William Landerholm of Brockton, MA. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 22 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Phillips in the Hills Church. MUNDT, Edgar H., 83, died June 17, 1995. Born January 29, 1912 in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. Survived by wife, Gretchen; daughter, Kathleen Raduenz; step-children, Heidi (Russell) Schmidt, Dan (Karen) Schaller, Becky (Tim) Walker, Franz Schaller, Martin Schaller; grandchildren, Tyler and Joel Raduenz; step-grandchildren, Stephen, Peter, Wendy and Jeffrey Schmidt, Kristin, Sally, John and Abigail Schaller, James (Heather) Walker, Colin and Claire Schaller; also survived by sister, Erna Hirning; and nephew, Earl (Carol) Wondrash. Memorial Service will be held at Peace Lutheran Church, 2400 W. Drexel Road, Tucson, June 20 at 6:00 p.m. Interment at a later date in Wauwatosa, WI.
