Mrs. Cochran has been a resident of Tucson for the last 50 years moving here from Cincinnati, OH.

NITE, Elberta M., 77, of Tucson, died Wednesday, March 1, 1995.
Survived by husband, James R. Nite; daughter, Linda L. Kundert; grandchildren, Iris M. Bass, April L. Kundert and Megan Nite; and two great grandchildren.
Mrs. Nite worked as a pharmacist at Tucson Medical Center and enjoyed fashion designing and sewing.

O’BRIEN, Gordon Richard, 65, died March 3, 1995.
Native of Wellsville, NY.
Son of the late Helen M. O’Brien of Wellsville, NY and Tucson, AZ.
Graduated from Wellsville Central School and Alfred A.G. Tech, a degree in applied science.
Served in the United States Air Force as a Staff Sergeant.
Co-owner of Harkness Clothing Store in Wellsville, NY from 1964 to 1980.
Moved to Tucson in 1980 and was employed by Wohlfeiler’s Clothing until his illness at Information and Referral Service.
He was a member of Southern Arizona Hiking Club, an avid volunteer with over 1400 hours of service at the El Dorado Hospital.
Survived by an aunt, Aroline Lawler of Tucson and several cousins.
Burial to take place in Wellsville, NY.

Survived by wife, Rafaela S. Rivera; daughter, Ignacia Rivera Bellinger; sons, Francisco Soto Rivera, Manuel Soto Rivera, Ramon Soto Rivera and Manuel Olguin (Rivera); sisters, Adelina Martinez, Socorro Armenta and Nellie Noriega.
Also survived by 12 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

STARKINS, John Alson, 77, passed away March 5, 1995.
A resident of Tucson for over 30 years.
Born April 25, 1917 in Brooklyn, NY.
He served as a New York City Police officer from 1942 to 1954.
Bringing his family out west, he was employed as a computer analyst for Davis Monthan AFB for 23 years.
In 1982, he retired.
During his later year he donated his time and hands to the Casas de los Ninos association.
He was also a charter member of the B.P.O.E. Elks Association from 1973 to 1995.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Ann of 55 years.
Pre-deceased by his daughter, Joanna.
Also survived by his son, Dennis Starkins of Phoenix and daughter Arlene (Dennis) Cleary of Tucson.
Daughter-in-law, Sandy Starkins of Phoenix.
He had nine grandchildren, Joanna, Kassandra, Kerry, Cindy, Danny, Donny, Dennis Jr., Kimree, and Christine, which they all loved him dearly.
He also had three great grandchildren, Annie, Eric Jr., and Ciara.

ZIMMERMAN, Diane Zimmerman, 57, of Tucson, died March 5, 1995.
Mrs. Zimmerman had worked as a legal secretary for Slutes-Sakrisen Law Firm.
She was a strong woman with a terrific sense of humor, well loved by her family and her friends.
Survived by her husband, Lawrence J.; mother, Doris E. Ferguson of Tucson; daughter, Jana Lynette (Michael E.) Gutierrez of Phoenix; sons, Brian K.
