NEFF, Evelyn H., 76, a 43 year resident of Tucson, died March 8, 1995. Survived by husband, Richmond C. of Tucson; children, Mary of NY, Michael (Beverly), Daniel (Carolyn), Martha (Paul) Stum, all of Tucson, Sarah Neff of CA; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; brothers, Donald, Edwin and Harold Hansen, all of IL. Memorial Service 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 18 at Streams in the Desert Lutheran Church, 1655 N. Woodland Ave at Pima St. Private interment South Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Assoc., 738 N. 5th Ave., Tucson. Arrangements by SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY.

PASOS, Tomasa Marin, 82, went to be with the Lord on March 8, 1995. Preceded in death by her husband, Miguel H. Pasos, sons, Antonio and Ramon Pasos, sister, Dolores Lopez and brother, Telesforo Marin. Survived by sister, Mercedes Miranda; sister-in-law, Juana Marin; sons, Jose (Terry), Frank (Sylvia), John (Linda) and Tomas (Margie); daughters, Mary (Hipolito) Molina, Helen (Pablo) Rios, Rosemary (Diego) Canez and Carmen P. Urrutia; 39 grandchildren; 63 great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren. Also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. Mrs. Pasos was the daughter of Tomasa and Teodoro Marin. Her father was the First Stage Driver from Tucson to Benson. She was a Native Tucsonian who attended Safford and Amphi Schools. As a young lady her family and herself played at Local Tucson and Marana dances where she met and then married her husband of 62 years. Mrs. Pasos also lived a short time in Sasabe, Sonora, Mexico. She will be greatly missed by all. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 13, 1995 from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. at TUCSON MORTUARY, (South Chapel), 240 S. Stone Ave., with Rosary recited at 7:30 p.m. Mass will be offered on Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. at St. Margaret’s Church. Interment will follow at Holy Hope Cemetery. Arrangements by TUCSON MORTUARY, INC.

TORGERSON, Louceille, 85, of Tucson, died March 6, 1995. Louceille taught school for 20 years in Michigan and 24 years at Amphitheater Junior High. Preceded in death by husband, Vernon. Survived by brothers, Floyd, Paul and Robert Burkey; three step-children; and host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Friends may call Sunday 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY, 5801 E. Grant Rd. where Funeral Service will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday March 13, Rev. Ravin Gaston officiating, burial will follow in East Lawn Palms Cemetery. WITT, Robert R., 33, died Tuesday, March 7, 1995. Survived by parents, Ronald and Judith; grandmother, Edith; sister, Barbara; brothers, James and David; sister-in-laws, Kathleen and Melissa; niece, Amanda; nephews, Michael and Austin; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Robb was a great friend and loved his family. He will be missed by family and special friends, Jeff H., Mark, Bert, Edith, and Jeff P. Born August 17, 1961 in Milwaukee, WI, graduated Crystal Lake Cental High School in 1980. Robb spent several years studying fine art at a Junior College, toured Europe for several weeks before continuing his studies at SIU Carbondale. Robb left behind many paintings, drawings, and sculptures that will serve as a lasting memory. Memorial Service 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 11, at BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. HALL, Gordon Frank, 63, of Tucson, died March 8, 1995. Survived by wife, Anita; daughter, Diana (Louis) Barbazon, New Orleans, LA; step-daughter, Jonie (Martin) Frasquillo; step-son, Michael (Trisha) Gomez, CA; cousin, Annette Von Wagner, CA; four grandchildren. HARRIS, Mary (Betty), 73, born April 9, 1922, passed away March 8, 1995. Survived by sons, Arne (Sandy) Harris of Tucson, Aaron (Judy) Harris of Culver, OR; brother, Charles (Donna) Dotson; sisters, Alice Miles, Lois McAndrews, all of Spokane, WA; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service Saturday, March 11, 2:30 p.m. St. Marks United Methodist Church, 1430 W. Magee.

HUERTA, Gustavo M., 79, of Tucson, passed away March 8, 1995. Preceded in death by wife, Guadalupe. Survived by daughters, Yolanda Arochi, Edna and Blanca Huerta; sons, Francisco (Rosario), Hector (Josefina), Gilberto (Shirley) and Ramon Huerta; sister, Refugia Robles; brothers, Arturo and Alberto Huerta. Also survived by 25 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren. Visitation was held on Thursday, March 9, 1995, 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. at TUCSON MORTUARY (South Chapel), 240 S. JARVISE, Jerome (Jerry), 55 years old, died Thursday, March 9, 1995 in Tucson, AZ. Survived by his wife, Violet Jarvise of Tucson, AZ; daughter, Lynn Sventek of Lauderdale, MN; two step-sons, Richard Jenson of Tucson, AZ, Wally Jenson of Colfax, WI; two step-daughters, Karen Osterberg of Colfax, WI, Gayle Jenson of Tucson; sister, Sharon Barrett of Santa Anna, CA; mother, Ruby Jarvise of Holder, FL; ten grandchildren; four nieces and one nephew and many friends and co-workers in Arizona and Minnesota. Mr. and Mrs. Jarvise were married July 19, 1986. Mr. Jarvise was a friend of Bill W. for 24 years. Memorial Services for Mr. Jarvise will be held Monday, March 13, 1995 at 7:00 p.m. at Tucson First Free Methodist Church, 1350 N. Arcadia Ave. Tucson, AZ. KELLY, Dorothy, 73, of Tucson, died March 9, 1995. Wife of, Fred Kelly; mother of Barry (deceased), Michael (Diane) Kelly, and Colleen (James) Kelly Beaman; grandmother of, eight. VALENZUELA, Ramona C., 84, of Tucson, passed away March 8, 1995. Preceded in death by husband, Manuel C. Valenzuela and son, Jose Maria Valenzuela. Survived by sons, Victor (Maria), Armando (Emelina), Ernest (Margaret) and Norberto Valenzuela; daughters, Amelia (Augustine Valencia) Rodriguez, Maria J. (Bill Day) Valenzuela, Lupe (Isabel) Acuna and Sara Valenzuela. Also survived by 28 grandchildren and 32 great grandchildren. APPLEGATE, Theodore O. (Tedd), 91, of Tucson, went home to be with the Lord on March 3, 1995. Preceded in death by wife, Syble Goldie, son, Paul and grandson, Ronnie. Survived by son, George Douglas (Mary) Applegate of Tucson; daughters, Bonnie Driscoll of Green Valley, Beth (Paul) Spivey of Tucson, Jeannie Whu (Dale) of Tucson; grandchildren, Laurie, Johnny, Joyce, DeeAnna, Jorgina, Brenda, Richey, Rusty, Janine, Linda, George Jr.; great grandchildren, Jason, Kathy, Kevin, Johnny C., Amanda, Dillion, David, April, Daniel, Kurtis, Janna, Marcus and Summer. Tedd was born January 15, 1904 in Ottumwa, Iowa, began his career with the Courier, moved to California in 1926, worked for Dunn and Bradstreet, move to Tucson, AZ in 1947 and retired from Goodman’s Market. Graveside Services will be Thursday, March 9 at 11:00 a.m. East Lawn Palms Cemetery, 5801 E. Grant Road. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the charity of your choice. Tedd was greatly loved, will be missed and we will see him again someday. Arrangements by EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY.

BAGENSTOS, Dale R., 57, of Tucson, passed away March 5, 1995. Preceded in death by mother, Edith. COOPER, Jimmie Lee, 61, a resident of Tucson for 25 years, passed away March 5, 1995. Born August 15, 1934 in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Cooper retired from the United States Air Force as a Chief Master Sergeant after 26 years of distinguished service. Mr. Cooper continued to serve the community of Tucson in the Office of City Clerk until his untimely death. Survived by his wife of 36 years, Masako; sons, Mike and Jimmie Jr. Cooper; daughters, Marsha Dixon and Velma McDaniel; eight grandchildren, Rebekah, Nicole, Randy, Taniqua, Nolan, Austin, Cedric and Jared. Visitation will be held Saturday, March 11, 1995 at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd. (at Speedway), from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 p.m.
