CONDON, Mary Ellen, housewife, 72, of Tucson, passed away April 3, 1995. Survived by husband of 51 years, Dr. Walter Condon; sons, John Charles of Tucson and Richard Franklin of San Francisco; grandchildren, John Clayton and Amanda Kathleen of Tucson. Mary Ellen was proud of her Texas heritage, born in Waco and then making Tucson her home in 1950. She became active in American Veterinary Medical Societies and the Arizona Cattle Growers Association by being president of the auxiliary to several associated medical societies and the Tucson Cowbells while co-authoring the National All Beef Cookbook. She was also an Opera Dame, a Covell Casuals Model, an Aviatrix and an avid bowler. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 1995 at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Avalon Chapel, 8090 N. LESSEL, William A., 88, of Tucson, died April 1, 1995. Survived by sister-in-law, Myrtle Craig of Chicago, IL. Mr. Lessel moved to the United States at the age of 14 from France. He was an employee of Moody Bible Institute for over 44 years, retiring in 1971 and then moving to Arizona. Preceded in death by his wife, Vivian in 1968.
