WATERS, Opal “Ritzy’, 76, of Tucson, formerly of Oklahoma City, OK, died February 15, 1995. She was a retired registered nurse at the McBride Clinic, a graduate of the University of Oklahoma School of Nursing, and a Captain in the Army Nurse Corps, WWII. She is survived by husband, Howard F. Waters; daughter, Pamela (Mike) Humphrey; son, John (Fran) Waters, grandson, Sean Humphrey and Danny (Mary) Waters; granddaughter, Tammie Shaw; great grandchildren, Shalisa, Heather, Hannah, Abby, Julie, Joey, and Anthony. A Memorial Mass will be said Saturday, February 25th at 1:00 p.m. at Immaculate Heart Chapel, 410 E. Magee with Father Mike Martinez officiating. Private burial will be at Holy Hope Cemetery. WESTMORELAND, Lola Bell, born October 16, 1915, died February 21, 1995. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. WONG, Willie, 80, of Tucson, died February 21, 1995. Survived by wife, Pearl Wong of Tucson; sons, Myron Wong of San Pedro, CA; Roland Wong of Buffalo, NY; daughter, Eileen Lawicki of Phoenix; grandchildren, Elizabeth Wong, Richard Wong, both of Los Angeles, CA and Patricia Hansen of San Diego, CA. ALLEY, Arthur J. Retired Major U.S.A.F., 71, of Oro Valley, AZ died February 19, 1995. Preceded in death by wife, Madeline Panesis Alley. Survived by daughters, Dianne Christian of Glendale, AZ, Charmaine Kenyon of Tucson; son, Leon A. Alley, II of Tucson; sister, Christine Berry of Middleboro, MA; five grandchildren. A graduate of Boston University and resident of Tucson for 32 years. He was a Titan II Missle Group Crew Commander from 1963-1967 DMAFB. A veteran of WWII and the Vietnam Conflict receiving the Bronze Star for Meritorious Service in Vietnam. After retiring from the Air Force in 1970, he worked for the city of Tucson for 12 years as a Personnel Analyst. He was a member of the Retired Officers Association and a Charter member and past commander of the Oro Valley Military Order of the World Wars, and up until his death he served as a member of the Arizona Youth League Committee. WALKER-FORREST, Jonas Alexander Carlton, went to be with the Lord on February 14, 1995 but was delivered unto earthly hands on February 16, 1995. He was eight pounds, three ounces and twenty inches long. He had red hair like his mommy. In his innocence God took him from earthly hands and now he is lying in Jesus’ arms.
