(Oliver Kleister) Milberger of Germany; sister, Gertrude Hertz of Tucson. Mrs. Milberger was predeceased by her husband, Morris Milberger on October 6, 1994. PEDROZA, Rudolfo “Rudy’, 50, died December 8, 1994. Father of Aurelia Guerrero and Roman (Ana) Guerrero; son of Aurelia Guerrero; brother of Tina Rico, Maria (Jesus) Cordova, Sarah (Joe) Rodriquez, Eveline (Frank) Gracia, Frank (Dee) Pedroza, Felix (Rosa) Pedroza, Roy Pedroza, Oscar (Maryruth) Pedroza and Eddie Guerrero, all of Tucson; special friend, Rosa Lopez; nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Funeral Mass will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 14, 1994 at Santa Cruz Catholic Church, 1220 S. 6th Ave. Interment to follow at Mt. Calvario Cemetery. SOLLERS, Ella Mae, 84, died December 9, 1994. Survived by daughters, Peggy (Glen) Wellman, Janet (Jack) Davis, both of Tucson; one sister, Donna Ream of MI; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Ella Mae was one of the first teachers at Whitmore Elementary School. The weather vane at Whitmore was a result of a science project from her 2nd grade class. Mrs. Sollers taught for over 38 years, 17 of those years here in Tucson. Friends may call 4:00 p.m. til 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 1994 at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY, 5801 E. Grant Rd. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 a.m. December 14 at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY CHAPEL. Further services and burial will be in Newman, IL. STIMAC, Anton T., Jr., 67, Ret. SSGT U.S.A.F., died Sunday, December 11, 1994. Survived by wife, Corinne; daughter, Kim (John) Wojtusik; grandson, Shane Lewis Burns; survived by brothers, Frank, Maxie and James Stimac; sisters, Elizabeth Cook and Anne Vyuail. Preceded in death by his parents, Anton Sr. and Antonia Stimac. Brother, John; two sisters, Mary Hancock and Helen Collier. Ground Radio Operator, Kessler AFB, Bixoli, MS; Mars Membership – Offutt AFB, Nebraska; Auto Mechanics – ABC Trade School, Accounting – Durham Business College and General Electronic Technician, Career Institute, all of Tucson; Leadership OSI – Barksdale AFB, Bossier City, LA; Schneer’s College, Beaumont, Texas. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

TREJO, Isabel Armenta, a lifetime resident of Tucson, passed away December 9, 1994 at the age of 81. Pre-deceased by her husband of 48 years, Gabino and a daughter, Lydia Belen. Survived by her children, Gabino (Cathy) Trejo, Gilbert (Barbara) Trejo, Julie Torres, Carolina (Lester) Jones, Lambert (Eva) Trejo, Richard (Margarita) Trejo, Oscar Trejo, Benny (Silvia) Trejo, Pete (Clementina) Trejo, Mary (Bill) Henley, Sylvia Trejo, David (Susan) Trejo and Blanca (Jesus) Celaya; 44 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; brother, Albert (Andrea) Armenta; sisters, Rosa Ramos, Herminia (Jose) Felix and Alicia Flores. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13 at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY, 5401 S. Park Ave. Evening Service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY CHAPEL, Pastor Mike H. Sams of First Baptist Church of Los Lunas, New Mexico officiating. LONGENBAUGH, Ruth Alice (Miller), 87, of Tucson, died December 6, 1994. Survived by sons, Richard and his wife Carol of Davis, CA, R. Keith and his wife Judy of Tucson, Andrew and his wife Cheryl of Modesto, CA; daughters, Laura Landikusic of Salt Lake City and Margaret and her husband Richard Rowland of Hoopa, CA; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. A member of National Association of Retired Federal Employees and Presbyterian Womens’ Organization of Pinetop and Lakeside. Services will be held at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church, 1431 W. Magee, Monday, December 12 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Jerry Haas officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. PEEL, Kenneth Richardson, a 27 year resident of Tucson, passed away December 5, 1994 in Tucson at the age of 68. Born August 17, 1926 in Denver, CO. Survived by his children, Sandra Ramage-Peel of Rochester, MN and Tom Peel of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren, Jessica of New York, Christopher, Kenneth, Alexander and Kathryn, all of MN; brothers, Donald of Denver and Edward of Tucson; nephews, Steve and John Peel of CO and Douglas Peel of CA; niece, Jennifer Drybread and Amy Young of Denver, CO. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 13, 1994, at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY CHAPEL, 5401 S. Park Ave., with Rev. Dr. Martin Abraham of Trinity Presbyterian officiating. ROMINES, Jean, 66, of Tucson, died December 7, 1994. Survived by husband, John; children, Billie Jean, Lee, Sheryl Ann, Marlene and John. Jean was a native of Monroe, Louisiana and a housewife with many grandchildren. She will be severely missed by all who knew her. Arrangements by DESERT ROSE CREMATION & BURIAL. Bernal and Martin Trevino; also survived by 24 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. UHLIR, Helen Rudel, June 13, 1901 – December 9, 1994. Preceded in death by husband, Bernard J. Uhlir. Survived by niece, Doris (Vincent) Ruiz; and nephews, Paul and Stanley Whittington of Ventura, CA, nephew, J. Gordon (Sheroll) Rudel of Colorado Springs, Gene (Rita) Uhlir of Sterling, CO; nieces, Joyce (Larry) Schaefer of Fleming, CO, Marlene (Joe) Campbell of Seattle, OR, Ardeanne (Robert) Gatrell of Orlando, FL, Ardith Smith of Las Vegas, NV; cousins and many friends. Mrs. Uhlir was a long time business woman of Tucson having arrived here in 1947 when she and her husband owned and managed Beeman’s Tater Flake Company. Mrs. Uhlir was past president of the Business and Professional Womens Club of Denver and in 1965 she was chosen Women of the year in business and profession by the Business and Professional Womens Club of Tucson. She served as city and county manager of Studio Girl Cosmetics Hollywood, for many years. Past President of the Altan Kolettes, Charter Member of Olana Temple #131 Daughters of the Nile, retiring as princess banker Emeritus in 1985. Service at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY CHAPEL, 5401 S. Park Ave., Monday, December 12, 1994 at 1:00 p.m. with Olana Temple #131 Daughters of the Nile. Memorials may be made to the Shrine Burn and Crippled Children’s Hospital, Sabbar Temple at 450 S. Tucson Blvd, Tucson, AZ.

WILLIAMS, Myrtle Elizabeth, 87, died October 23, 1994 at Flower Square Health Center, Tucson. She was born May 18, 1907 in Ft. Wayne, IN, the daughter of Allen Louis and Alice Maude (Keeling) Deuell. Preceded in death by parents; sisters, Helen Carter, and Corinne Martin; brothers, Allen, and Clarence; great-granddaughter, Sarah Brooke Burney. Survived by husband of 66 years, Charles A. Williams; only child, Richard A., Sr (Barbara) of Fairhope, AL; grandson, Richard A., Jr.; granddaughter, Marcia E. (William R.) Burney; great-granddaughter, Ashley Ann Williams, all of Tucson; several nieces and nephews. Memorial services were held following cremation with interment to be at a later date.

DAVERN, Eileen C., 52 years old, died Sunday, December 11, 1994 in Tucson. Survived by brother, Patrick Davern of CA; two sisters, Catherine Pryor of CA and Denise Mahoney of Tucson, AZ; mother, Dorothy Davern of Tucson; godparents, Mr. and Mrs. William Davern, Sr. of St. Paul, MN. HAURY, Fred Warren, 83, of Marana, died Monday, January 3, 1995. Survived by wife, Muriel; son, Delbert Warren (Gianfranca) Haury of Tucson; daughter, Sharyone J. Dombrow of Berwyn, IL; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Mr. Haury was a lifelong member of VFW Post 5990. HOPKINS, John P., 75, passed away December 31, 1994. Beloved husband of Anna May Hopkins (nee Kill); loving father of Thomas (Therese) Hopkins of NY, Dr. Kenneth (Mary) Hopkins of MA, Richard Hopkins of Tucson; fond brother of Veronica Jones of IL; adoring grandfather of Molly, Caitlin, Jake and Zachary. Mr. Hopkins was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church. A WWII veteran and his name will be inscribed on the Wall of Liberty. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 5, 1995 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 7651 E. Pima. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Desert Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 4, 1995 and friends may call from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 4 at BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.

KEERS, Tina Katherine, 34, died December 28, 1994. Survived by her loving children, Amanda, Katherine, Joshua and Jack; father, Frederick Thomas Keers II; sister, Vickie M. Saxman; niece, Starlene D. Saxman; brother, Frederick T. Keers III; nephew, Frederick T. Keers IV; grandmother, Thelma K. Fryman; aunts, Marjorie E. Reyes and Linda Rae Claypool; and uncle, Donald and Peggy Fryman, all of Arizona. Tina is now resting in everlasting love with her grandfather, Leonard Fryman and mother, Jeanie Hoagland. Memorial Services will be held at Ft. Lowell Park Ramada 6 January 14 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, send your donations to TMC Hospice in memory of Tina.
