SCULLEY, John J., 75, of Marana, passed away Friday, December 16, 1994. Survived by his wife of 27 years, Rhoda Wright Sculley; and family, Nancy West Ramsay and Sarah Robinson of Tucson and Daniel Robinson of Palmyra, Virginia. Mr. Sculley was a long time resident of Philadelphia and Bucks County, PA. He and his wife moved to Marana in 1990. While in Bucks County, Mr. Sculley tended bar for 40 years and was known for always being available to lend a hand or an ear to his friends and neighbors. Mr. Sculley’s philosophy throughout his life was “just be nice to people.’ He will always be remembered for the kind acts and deeds he did for people he barely knew as well as for his family. He was a friend to many, in the true sense of the word. He will be sadly missed by everyone whose life he touched. Arrangements were made by DESERT ROSE CREMATION & BURIAL.

NEILL, Wallace I., passed away at home December 13, 1994. Born October 4, 1916 in Mound City, Missouri to Rollo Watt and Blanche (Bickham) Neill. Mr. Neill studied at the Universities of Chicago and Colorado at Boulder, where he later held a professorship. His musical career spanned from the thirties with the big bands. He served in the Navy during World War II, entertaining the troops abroad the U.S.S. West Virginia. He went on to play with such celebrities as Welk and Rowan and Martin. After moving to Tucson, Mr. Neill worked with Tucson Newspapers, Tucson National Golf Club, local bands and the Odd Fellow Lodge. His musical genius and loving guidance will be sorely missed. Mr. Neill is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Margaret L.; son, Roger W. (Joan); daughter, Janys L.,; beloved grandchildren, Jerusha L., Jessica W. and Jason T.; brothers, Forest L. and John K.; and many supportive neighbors and friends. Predeceased by his daughter, Joyce L. and brother, Robert B. A Memorial Service will be held at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY, 5801 E. Grant Rd., at 2:30 p.m. December 23, 1994.
QUINTERO, Manuel C. “Manny’, 71, of Tucson, passed away December 18, 1994. Survived by wife, Elvira Soto Quintero; daughter, Carmen Q. (Mack Capistran) Belloso; sons, Manuel A. and Tommy J. Quintero; sister, Ruth Q. Nanez; brothers, Carlos C. and Phil (Eva) Quintero; also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Mr. Quintero was the originator of the Manny Quintero Balboa Brass Band. He was the son of Filiberto Quintero. Originator of the Quintero Orchestra. WWII Veteran. He received the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 1994 from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. at TUCSON MORTUARY, (South Chapel), 240 S. WALDEN, Glen Albert “Al’, 70, entered into rest December 19, 1994. Born in Canada, raised in Chicago and a resident of Tucson since 1941. He was part of Tucson High’s graduating class of 1942. He retired from the Southern Pacific Railroad after 43 years of service. Survived by wife, Earline; daughters, Diane (Jud) Jones, Gale (Rex) Drudge; grandchildren, Alan (Kellie), Adam, Chris, Suzanne; sister, Grace Kjenstad; and many loving friends. Anna A. Cosentino 59, of Tucson, passed away peacefully into the arms of Our Lord on December 20, 1994 at home surrounded by the love of her family. Beloved and devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She had great love, faith and trust in Our Lord. She was born on August 2, 1935 in Italy. She emigrated to the United States after marrying her husband, Bruno, in 1955. She lived in Canton, Ohio until 1975, when the family moved to Tucson. She was known by many as Mrs. Bruno, working side by side with her husband at Bruno Custom Tailors and Men’s Wear for 17 years. She was preceded in death by her father, Luigi Armogida, and brother, Armando Armogida, both of Italy. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Bruno; daughter, Catherine; son, Andrew; son and daughter-in-law, Louis and Donna; five granddaughters, Mari, Anna-Marie, Suzanne, Brianna and Catherine, all of Tucson. In addition, she is survived by her mother, Maria Antonietta Armogida of Italy; mother-in-law, Caterina Cosentino of Tucson; brother Enrico Armogida of Italy; brother, Salvatore Armogida of Ohio; sister, Catherine Cosentino of New York; sister, Cecilia Limardo of Italy; and brother, Giovanni Armogida of Italy. FRANK, Harvey, 82, died December 21, 1994 of Mesothelioma. Husband of Florence; father of Jaye Stefani, Leslie Paculba and Barry Frank; father-in-law of Susan Frank and Glenn Paculba; proud grandfather of Mark, Mara, David, Nicole, Jon, Anthony, Nathan, Katherine, Nicholas, Hadley, and Lisa. The Franks would have celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary on January 1. Harvey loved art, to play cards, travel, garden, tell jokes and eat. He had a great joy of living and will be missed by many. Mr. Frank’s body has been donated to the University of Arizona Medical School. At his request there will be no services.
GAINEY, Colin James, age 33, died December 22, 1994. His is survived by his wife Danita; mother, Ida Gainey; brothers, Jeff, Shawn, Jock and Robin; sister Michelle Wilson; numerous nieces and nephews. He was employed as an instructor at Pima Community College for 13 years. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 24 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Pauls United Methodist Church, 8051 E. Broadway.
HIGGINBOTHAM, Claude “E’ Skinny’, 65, died December 22, 1994. Survived by his wife, June Higginbotham of Tucson; sisters, Faye and Dorothy Higginbotham, both of Georgia. Mr. Higginbotham was a Sunday School Director and a Trustee at Blvd. Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps. ISENHOUR, Warren Ray, 84 years old, died Friday, December 13, 1994. Mr Isenhour resided in Tucson for 38 years. Survivors are wife, Hulda; three sisters; four brothers; stepson Byron (Dorothy) Burns of Tucson. He was a WWII Veteran. To many he was known as Rev. Isenhour.
