KOVACH, Arlene K., 67, died December 17, 1994 at her home in Tucson, Arizona. Born in Brooten, Minnesota. Survived by her husband, Robert; sons, Kurt of Ridgewood, NJ, Stephen of Palatine, IL; and daughter, Sandra of Brighton, MI; grandsons, Neal and Paul Kovach; sister, Francis Stegink; and brothers, Gerard Kalsbeek, John Kalsbeek and Arthur Kalsbeek, all of Orange City, IA. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 21 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL. Interment will be in Desert Vista Cemetery on Thursday, December 22 at 10:00 a.m. Rev. John Fife of Southside Presbyterian Church will conduct the Graveside Service. A Memorial Service will be held at Southside Presbyterian Church at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 23. BOBJAK, Wasyl, 60, died December 17, 1994. Husband of Melinda Bobjak of Tucson; father of Michael S. Bobjak of TX and Steven W. Bobjak of Tucson; brother of Bohdan Bobjak of Tucson; brother-in-law of Joseph Gacsi of Sierra Vista; two grandchildren also survive. Mass will be offered 9:30 a.m. Friday, December 23 at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 1946 E. Lee. Burial in Holy Hope Cemetery with full military honors. Mr. Bobjak was born in the Ukrain, spent 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, served in the Korean Conflict, Vietnam and the Suez Canal Crisis, worked as a real estate broker for various agencies for the last 18 years, also an employee of the VA Hospital in Tucson. He was an active member of the American Ukranian Society of Tucson. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Elizabeth of Hungary Clinic Memorial Fund, 140 W. Speedway, Tucson 85705. COREY, Joseph, 75, of Tucson, died December 14, 1994. Survived by Ann, his wife of 46 years; his son, Barry; daughter, Gael; former daughter-in-law, Kathy; grandchildren, David, Pamela, Christopher and Jonathan; as well as many friends. Mr. Corey was a longtime lawyer who practiced in Colorado, and subsequently prosecuted in the organized crime division of the U.S. Department of Justice. He loved the law. An informal Memorial gathering will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 23, 1994 at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd. (at Speedway). DE LA CRUZ, Ramon, 92, of Tucson, died December 18, 1994. Survived by children, Adeline Marquez, CA, David De La Cruz, and Gloria (Walter) Olivas of Tucson; 19 grandchildren; and many many great grandchildren; and great great grandchildren, and great great great grandchildren. Preceded in death by sons, Ramon Jr., Michael and Gilbert De La Cruz; and wife, Domitila. Mr. De La Cruz was an active member of Amory Park Senior Citizens where he was known for his pool playing and dancing. He was born in Bisbee and worked in the Lavender Pits in Bisbee. BUDINGER, Gene, 69, resident of Tucson for 39 years, died November 30, 1994. Preceded in death by his son, Karl Donn. He is survived by his wife, Margaret of Tucson; sons, Lear of Hawaii, and Kermit of Alaska; daughter, Linda of VA; seven grandchildren; five brothers; one sister. Gene taught for the Sunnyside School District and retired after 30 years. He was a member of the Cactus Chapter of U. S. Submarine Veterans of WWII and served aboard the USS Tambor (198). PRIEB, Elmer. W. J., 70, a 20 year Tucson resident, died November 28, 1994. Mr. Prieb is survived by wife of 58 years, June of Tucson; nephew, Ted Desch of Illinois. Mr. Prieb served in the navy as a WWII Veteran. His life’s work was that of an electrician. The couple enjoyed membership in Holiday Ramblers. She moved to Tucson in 1953 with her family and was employed by the Kirby Office Supply for nine years. She was a member of Our Saviours Lutheran Church and was active in Women’s organizations. Mrs. Foley was a member of First Congregational United Church of Christ in Tucson. She taught at Kellond and Cavett Elementary Schools from 1956 until her retirement in 1982.
