Born in Mansfield, Ohio on August 5, 1929. Employed by Arizona Historical Society until her retirement in 1988. Survived by her husband, Martin Ray Hawley, Sr. of San Diego; and by four children, Marlene Mott of Riverside, CA, Martin Ray Hawley, Jr. (Barbara) of San Diego, Paul Hawley (Kay) of Kansas and Patricia Leyvas (Alonso) of San Diego; by a sister, Catalina S. “Kitty’ Randall (William Frank) of Tucson; by two brothers, Bernard Salgado (Irene) of Tucson and David Salgado (Delia) of Phoenix. There are 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Mass of the Christian Burial for Mrs. Hawley will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 18, 1994 at St. Augustine Cathedral followed by interment at Holy Hope Cemetery. DORRIS, William B., 71, died October 12, 1994 while traveling home from vacation in St. Joseph, Missouri. Survived by wife, Linda of the home; two sons, Howard and Bill of Mississippi; one granddaughter; two grandsons; one brother of Alpine, TX; three nieces and four nephews also survive. Preceded in death by mother and father and sister of Alpine, TX. Mr. Dorris was a veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflict, retired from IBEW Electricians Union and was a member of the Baptist Church. Cremation has taken place. No services are planned.
