CALLISON, Harold J. “Cal’, 73, of Tucson, died July 10, 1994. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Doris. He is survived by his three daughters, Linda (David) Mariano, Pamela (Charles R.) McConnaughey, and Victoria Callison; two grandchildren, Steven McConnaughey and Christian (Robert) Wykoff; and one great-grandson, Mathew Wykoff; five sisters, Anna, Frances, Juanita, Clara Fay, and Jamie; and special family friend, John Salmon. Mr. Callison was in the USAF from 1941 to 1945. He married Doris in 1946 and they moved to Arizona in 1950. Mr. Callison retired from Hughes Aircraft on May 27, 1986, after 31 years of service. He was a lifetime member of the Tucson Trap and Skeet Club and a member of the Epes Randolph Lodge #32 FandAM and is a 32nd Degree Mason in the Tucson Scottish Rite. Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY, 5801 E. Grant Rd., where services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday. Burial will be in East Lawn Palms Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Carondelet Hospice or the American Cancer Society.

DUCKHAM, Cathleen J., 77, died July 12, 1994. Survived by her sister, Margaret Duckham of Tucson; niece, Patty Maher of Chicago. Preceded in death by sister, Ann Maher. Mass will be offered at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 14 at St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church, 1375 S. Camino Seco. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Desert Cemetery. Arrangements by BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway.

GRAHAM, Muriel Maxine, 70, of Tucson, died July 12, 1994. Mrs. Graham was preceded in death by her loving husband, Oral; and daughter, Oraleen. She is survived by daughter, Gloria Adams (Wayne) of Tucson; son, Gary Graham (Cathie) of Scottsdale; grandchildren, Shawn Adams, Kimberly Adams, Tawnya Graham and Tami Longo; great-grandchildren, Christopher and Jeanna Longo; brothers, Earl Meador (Shirlee) and Lowell Meador; aunts, Ada Peters and Lucille Harrison of Buffalo, MO; many nieces, nephews and loving friends. Funeral Service 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 15, 1994 at SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY CHAPEL, 5401 S. Park Avenue with Revered W.V. “Doc’ Wilson officiating. Interment South Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit at the mortuary from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials to Carondelet Hospice %Foundation Office, P.O. Box 13170, Tucson, 85732-3170.

RAWLS, Charles “Chip’ W. Jr., 25, of Tucson, died July 10, 1994 in College Station, TX. Mr. Rawls was a Helicopter Pilot in the U.S. Army. Survived by children, Charles W. Rawls III, and Caitlin Rawls; mother, Kathryn Rawls-Jorgensen (Donald G. Jorgensen); sister, Jana Ryan Jorgensen. Graveside Services Friday, 9:00 a.m., EVERGREEN CEMETERY, with Rev. George R. Connelly officiating and Military Honors by Ft. Huachuca Honor Guard. Arrangements by EVERGREEN MORTUARY and CEMETERY, N. Oracle and W. Miracle Mile.

SMITH, Ada M., age 85, died July 12 at El Dorado Hospital after a short illness. She is survived by her husband, David T. Smith; a daughter, Dorothy S. Weaver, Tucson; a son, David K. Smith of Corning, NY; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 16 at the main clubhouse of Far Horizons East mobile home park with the Reverend Richard Ohden conducting the service. Donations may be made to the Immanuel Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund, 9252 East 22nd Street, Tucson, AZ 85710 in her memory in lieu of flowers. Mr. and Mrs Smith have resided in Tucson since 1972. A native of Manistique, MI, she attended the University of Chicago and Alma College, Alma Michigan before taking nurses training at St. Luke’s Hospital, Chicago, where she graduated in 1932. She lived for thirty years (1944-1974) in Carney’s Point, NJ, a suburb of Wilmington, DE, where she was active in community work, including being chairman of the county Red Cross blood donor program. Local arrangements by ADAIR FUNERAL HOME, Dodge Chapel.

SPEIR, Esther L., 93, born August 15, 1900 in Kent, OH, passed away July 10, 1994 at La Colina Health Center, Tucson. Preceded in death by sister, Mary Krapp. She is survived by her brother, Francis Wilson of Holland, OH; a niece, Virginia Mills of Diamond Bar, CA. For many years she was an employee of the Arizona Inn. Private Burial. Arrangements by ARIZONA MORTUARY.

BOERUM, Charles D., a 38 year resident of Tucson, passed away September 8, 1994 in Tucson at the age of 71. Born July 19, 1923 in Glennwood, New York. Mr. Boerum was a member of Carpenters Union Local #857. Survived by his wife, Jesusa; daughter, Martha Boerum; son, David (Sherry) Boerum; daughter, Lorraine (Tim) Riordan; grandchildren, Teresa and Rebecca Brackin, Timothy Riordan. Mass will be celebrated today at 11:00 a.m., at St. Monica Catholic Church. Burial will follow at South Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements by SOUTH LAWN MORTUARY.

FRANK, Marilyn L., 54, of Tucson, joined the kingdom of the Lord on Wednesday, September 7, 1994. She is survived by her loving husband, Darrel E. Frank of Tucson; son, William G. Frank, his wife, Tammy, and their two daughters, Katherine and Emily of Pennsylvania; and daughter, Pamela D. Bennett, and her husband, Michael of Chandler, AZ. She and her family moved to Tucson in 1981 from Monroe, CT, where she was a preschool director. She enjoyed arts and crafts, and was a leader in Tucson’s Bible Study Fellowship. Her family would like to thank the staff at El Dorado Hospital for its wonderful care. Special thanks to her many dear friends in Tucson and throughout the country for their love and support. Memorial Services will be Monday, September 12, 10:00 a.m., at the Saguaro Evangelical Free Church, 10111 E. Old Spanish Trail. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Bible Study Fellowship Foundation or the American Cancer Society. Arrangements by HEATHER MORTUARY.

HAMS, Hylbert C., 77, died Thursday, September 8, 1994. Tucson resident for the past 17 years; and for 35 years, a member of CMAA. He is survived by his loving wife and son, Florence D. and Robert W. Hams of Tucson; granddaughter, Katherine M. Hams of Santa Barbara, CA; by a brother-in-law, William F. Bulow (Virginia) of Tucson; and many loving nieces and nephews. Memorial Services 1:00 p.m., Monday, September 12, at ARIZONA MORTUARY, 7 E University Blvd. Interment at a later date in Niles, Illinois. Remembrances may be made to any favorite charity.

KINNAMON, Frances J. (Nee) Lee, 64, a native of New Jersey was born March 6, 1930. Mrs. Kinnamon passed away September 8, 1994 in Tucson. She was a Registered Nurse for 40 years and worked for Indian Health Service the last 20 years. Before moving to San Carlos, Arizona she lived in Owasso, OK for 15 years with her family. After retiring she moved to Tucson. She is survived by her seven children, Jo Ellen Kinnamon, Colleen Avalos, Geraldine Turner, Patrick Kinnamon, Christopher Kinnamon, Timothy Kinnamon and Terrance Kinnamon. Also surviving are her eight brothers and sisters, Dennis Lee, Michael Lee, Robert Lee, Mrs. Josephine Rooney, Mrs. Dolores Dries, Mrs. Mary Ellen Rizzuto, Mrs. Elizabeth Raftery and Mrs. Diane Lynch. There are also six grandchildren, Sarah Kinnamon, Stacey Hinga, Margarita Avalos, Elizabeth Turner, Seth Kinnamon and Joshua Michael Kinnamon. Friends may call at ADAIR FUNERAL HOMES, Dodge Chapel, 1050 N. Dodge Blvd. (at Speedway), from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 10, 1994 and Sunday, September 11, 1994. OWENS, James D. “Don’, 69, died September 8, 1994. Husband of, Palmira L. Owens; father of, Charlene (James) Roush of Mesa, Art (Tanna) Owens of Tucson, Kevin (Kym) Owens of Scottsdale, and Kathleen (Norm) Huddleson of Las Vegas, NV; ten grandchildren also survive. Graveside Service 10:00 a.m. Monday, September 12, at TMP East Lawn with Msgr. Thomas Cahalane officiating. Mr. Owens worked on Government Contracts in the Aerospace Industry; his last employer being Lockheed Aircraft. He was also associated with Adams Automotive for many years. SWISHER, Roy Weigold, 82, was born July 13, 1912 in Augusta, W. VA, and finished his work on this earth on September 6, 1994. Survived by wife, Dorothy who was his companion for 55 years; daughters, Karen Trivett (Gerald “Doc’) of Carson City, NV, Margaret Larmour (Paul) of Tucson and Royce Ann Myrick (Bill) of Bonita, CA; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; brother, Brooke Swisher of Mar Vista, CA; and sister, Oma Swisher of Tucson. Services at Christ Presbyterian Church, 6565 E. Broadway, Saturday, September 17, 1994 at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to AZ Sight and Hearing Foundation, c/o Tucson Sunrise Lions Club, Box 12622, Tucson, AZ 85732 or Pinal County 4-H Clubs, Inc., 820 E. TILLERY, Vicki Marlene, 47, resident of Tucson, died September 7, 1994. Vicki was born and raised on the family farm in Harrisburg, Oregon. She graduated from Harrisburg High School and married her high school sweetheart, Danny, in February of 1967. Survived by husband, Danny A. Tillery of Tucson; sons, Darin K. Tillery of Tucson, Brian D. Tillery of El Paso, TX; father and step-mother, Victor and Luella Haffner of Harrisburg, OR; brothers, Numan Haffner of Harrisburg, OR, Darwin Haffner of Fallon, NV; sister, Wilma Sullivan of Vancouver, WA; five nephews; three nieces, four great-nephews; and six great-nieces. Preceded in death by mother, Willie in May of 1994. Services Monday, 10:00 a.m., at EVERGREEN MORTUARY, with Assoc. Pastor Gary Shrader of Casas Adobes Baptist Church officiating. WALSH, Marjory I., 70, died Thursday, September 8, 1994. Native of San Diego, California, and a Tucson resident for the past 35 years. Survived by a cousin, Msgr. Patrick G. Walsh of El Cajon, CA; and a multitude of friends who were privileged to know her. Funeral Services for Miss Walsh will be held at ARIZONA MORTUARY, 7 E University, 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 14, with Pastor Shealds R. Smith of Streams in the Desert Lutheran Church, officiating. Interment at Greenwood Memorial Park in San Diego, CA. Remembrances may be made to Streams in the Desert Lutheran Church at 5360 E Pima. BLAKER, Beatrice, 83, of Tucson, died Friday, September 9, 1994. Survived by daughter, Jean (Joseph) Hadd; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Betty (Jack) Flemer of AZ; many nieces and nephews also survive. BOLDUC, Al, 65, of Tucson, died Friday, September 9, 1994. Survived by wife, Faye; sons, Allen and Raymond; daughters, Shirley, Nancy, Kathy, all of Boston; daughter, Hedi of Scottsdale, and Susan of Maryland; brother, Guy; two sisters, Leisa and Claire, all of Canada. COLLINS, Jessie E., 95, of Tucson, passed away September 9, 1994. She was born May 22, 1899 in Canton, MN. She was a resident of Tucson for the past 54 years. Survived by daughter, Jessie C. Brumbaugh of Tucson; grandson, Robert W. (Martha) Brumbaugh of Alexandria, VA; granddaughter, Sherrill (John) Thomson of Lebanon, OR; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. JENKINS, Georgia Houston, 97, died September 10, 1994. Survived by daughters, Dorothy J. Hines of Henderson, TX, Janis M. Jenkins and Elsa L. McLean, both of Tucson; grandchildren, Rebecca, Harry, Lisa, and Douglas McLean, Stafford, David, John, Bill, and Georgia Hines; 14 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren also survive. Mrs. Jenkins was an Elementary School Teacher in the Amphitheater School District for many years. Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 14, 1994 at BRING’S BROADWAY CHAPEL, 6910 E. Broadway. Entombment will follow at TMP East Lawn Mausoleum. Friends may call at the Chapel on Tuesday, September 13, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

LEWIS-FOUST, Robert Dudley, born October 21, 1956 in Yuma, AZ. Robi went to be with the Lord September 9, 1994 Tucson, AZ. Robi attended Catalina High School. He worked as an Electrical Tech. and Heavy Equipment Operator. Robi had a loving sensitive soul and he wrote poetry that had been used by a Christian Church and set to music. Robi’s poetry blessed and delighted his family and friends. Robi adored his children, Linda and Steven. Other survivors are his loving mother, Coni Young; father, Tom Foust; step-father, Roy Wactor; brothers, Ed Cotgageorge and Joi Young; grandmother, Mrs. Edward F. Young; aunt, Joyce Ann Kraft; uncle Ed Young; and many other loving relatives. Robi has joined his sister, Tamala who died September 10, 1984, and they are at peace with their savior. Friends may call from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Monday, September 12, 1994 at EAST LAWN PALMS MORTUARY. Funeral Services will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 13, 1994 at EAST LAWN PALMS CHAPEL, 5801 E.
