MORROW, Barry, 27, of San Manuel and Tucson, went to be with the Lord on August 13, 1994. He died peacefully at home from complications resulting from a motorcycle accident in 1987. Barry was a high school graduate and had attended several T.U.S.D. Schools. He was a Christian and had enjoyed Bible Studies and music was his hobby, he enjoyed singing and playing guitar. His achievements include appreciation awards from the Arizona Boys Ranch Conservation Program. Survivors are parents, Mary and Frank Robles; daughter, Crystal M. Morrow, all of San Manuel, AZ; sisters, Teresa Oresman and Margaret Chismar, both of Tucson; grandparents, Mary and Edward Banholzer of Tucson, Martha Morrow of Glenco, AL. Services were held Tuesday, 7:00 p.m., at EVERGREEN MORTUARY and CEMETERY, N. Oracle and W. Miracle Mile.
RAMIREZ, Nobuko T., 72, formerly of Okayama, Japan, a resident of Tucson for 28 years, died Thursday, August 11, 1994. Survived by her beloved husband, Francisco M. REEVE, Kathryn, 84, of Tucson, died Monday, August 15, 1994. Kathryn was born June 7, 1910, in Hopkinton, Iowa, daughter of William and Maude (Collins) Reeve. In 1947, Kathryn came to Tucson from Wilmington, Delaware, where she was an accountant with the DuPont Company during World War II. After caring for her elderly parents in Tucson, she was employed as an accountant in Tucson and the surrounding vicinity. Kathryn is survived by her sister, Dorothy E. Reeve of Tempe, Arizona. WALTNER, James D., M.D., 46, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, died at peace recently after a long and painful battle with AIDS. Dr. Waltner was a pioneer in the planning and delivery of services to those receiving in-home care and received a citation from the US Dept. of Health and Human Services in 1991 acknowledging his contributions in this area. Sharing the podium with him at the award ceremony was Mother Theresa. In addition, Dr. Waltner was instrumental in establishing the first community based AIDS service organizations in this country and was frequently consulted by the World Health Organization concerning health care in rural areas of the world. He is survived by his partner, James M. Bryant, and by the many people whose lives he touched so deeply. Cremation has taken place and traditional Buddhist prayers for the dead have been offered. At the request of the deceased, no other services are planned. In honor of the two great loves of his life, medicine and music, memorials may be made to the New Mexico Symphony Orchestra Foundation, P. O. Box 769, ABQ, NM 87103, or to the American Foundation for AIDS Research (AmFAR), P. O. Box 2105, New York, NY 10116. Special thanks is extended to The Hemlock Society.

PERRY, William J. Jr., Lt. Col. Retired, 9428th Air Reserve Association, 69, peacefully passed away August 13, 1994. STEUART, Mary F., Major, USAF, Ret., passed away on August 9, 1994 at Wilford Hall Medical Center, San Antonio, TX after a short illness. She was born in Kentucky on May 14, 1914, commissioned in the Army Nurse Corps in 1942, and later transferred to the Air Force Nurse Corps. She served in many assignments before retiring in Tucson in 1963. Among her enjoyments in retirement were gourmet cooking and visiting with friends at the 303rd Bomb Wing, the 48th Fighter Bomb Wing, and Army and Air Force retired nurses reunions. She was a member of the Tucson Chapter of the Retired Officers Assoc. Interment was in the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. A Memorial Service will be at the D-M Chapel I on August 29 at 2:00 p.m. Donations to the Casa De Los Ninos are suggested.

EK, Eros Ek, 79, of Tucson, passed away August 13 with her husband and son at her side. A native of Arizona and graduate of Arizona State University at Tempe, she was a dedicated second grade teacher at Jefferson Park Elementary School for 25 years. Eros will forever be remembered for her kindness, genuine concern for others, and positive outlook. She touched many lives and warmed the hearts of all those who knew her.
