Robert Stephen Moore
Robert Stephen Moore (Bob), 50,
of Apache Junction, unexpectedly
died this August, 2006.
He was a warm and loving man, a
loyal and faithful friend, a compassionate
person, a dedicated and
hardworking father. Most of all, he
was fun-loving with an adventurous
spirit always about him, enjoying
the Arizona mountains with
camping, hunting and fishing.
He was very passionate about his
political views, eagerly participating
in lively conversations of current
events as they impacted all of
our lives. Bob was a proud Democrat,
and philosophically, he was
an engaging freethinker. Having
received his degree at Cochise College,
and given that he had a voracious
appetite for music, movies
and a good book to read, he was
seldom found without a viable and
effective solution to consider for
many of this earth's problems. He
was straightforward with perceptive
opinion and spoke what was
in his heart because he really cared
about Arizona and America.
Robert is survived by his wife of
11 years, Riza, their 8 year old
daughter Danielle, his daughter
Chani (Isaac); his three grand
daughters, Destiny, Makaya and
Maya; and his two step-children,
Rebecca and Jeremiah.
He is also survived by his father
Robert (Cheryl); sisters Pandora
Miller (Terry), Carla Houston (husband
Scott); brothers Richard
(Donna) and Christopher (Stacey)
and Patrick; brother-in-law Rick
and many nieces and nephews and
then greatly missed by his good
friend in Apache Junction, Darrell
Barker.
Like all of our short lives, he will be
thought of and missed by more people
than he could've ever realized.
