She is survived by her husband, Faustino; five sons, Humberto, David, Faustino, Andres and Cristobal; five daughters, Martha Elva Lopez, Norma Alicia Lamadrid, Diana Patricia Ochoa, Elizabeth Perez and Zulema Valencia; 18 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.

Services were held Dec. 28 for Manuel Arapiz, 81, who died on Dec. 26, 2002.
He is survived by two sons, Ruben and Gilbert Hidalgo; a daughter, Maria Del Carmen Arapiz Mabante; three sisters, Electra Arapiz Thompson, Sofia Arapiz and Mercedes Arapiz; three grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Victoria V. Hernandez
Victoria V. Hernandez, 97, died on Oct. 4, 2002. A family spokesman said Victoria will be better remembered as "grandma" to all those who knew her, including those that shared her life as a foster parent for 31 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Esther Bermudez and Teresa Real; three sons, Ernesto, Fred and Febrosio; 22 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren; brother Jorge Valdez; and many nieces and nephews.

Anita S. Teyechea
Anita S. Teyechea, 80, died on Oct. 7, 2002 and a funeral Mass was held Oct. 9.
She was predeceased by her son, Jimmy Teyechea.
She is survived by her husband, Jaime C. Teyechea; son, David Teyechea; daughter, Bebe Teyechea; sister, Clara Serino Miller; brother, Robert Serino; nine grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Four brothers preceded her in death; Joe Serino, Harry (Shorty) Serino, Tony Serino and Dick Serino.

Miguel Gerardo Jimenez
Miguel Gerardo Jimenez, Jr., 19, died on Oct. 6, 2002 and a funeral Mass was held Oct. 10.
He is survived by his mother, Monica Damiano; his father, Miguel Gerardo Jimenez; five sisters, Jennifer, Daniela, Lizbeth, Grace and Marie; and three brothers, Daniel Gerardo, Dominique and Andrew.

Private services were held for Jessie G. Valencia, 74, of Tubac, who died on April 30, 2003.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edward B. Valencia.
She is survived by two sons, Edward R. Jr. and Ernest G.; two daughters, Mary Frances Ybarra and Elizabeth Rebecca Valencia; a sister, Adele Gardner; 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was held at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Tubac on May 8, for Henry Joe Kane, 76, who died on May 3, 2003.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Villegas; three sons, Henry Joe, John Williams, and Martin M. Kane; seven daughters; Maria Carmen Kane, Diane I. Figueroa, Janet R. Gomez, Barbara Valencia, Lilly Nina Emigh, Rose Ann Bencomo and Frances; seven sisters; Carmen Yrigolla, Linda Soto, Connie Romero, Dolly Garcia, Maria Gallardo, Velma Hernandez and Delia Heran; five brothers, James, Tom, Robert, Pete and Leroy Kane; 17 grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.

Hector Jesus Estrella Uribe, 48, passed away on April 27, 2003. A funeral Mass was held May 1 at Sacred Heart Church.
He is survived by his father, Hector Jesus Estrella Parra; his mother, Delfina Uribe Estrella; the mother of his children, Fernanda Garavito de Estrella; son Hector Jesus Estrella Garavito; two daughters, Annette Estrella Garavito and Fernanda Renne Estrella Garavito; four sisters, Francisca Navarro Mulero, Dora Luz Estrella Velez, Renne Lorena Estrella Teran and Nuria Montserat Estrella Vargas; and two brothers, Luis Estrella Rivera and Jaciel Estrella Rivera.

Services were held Dec. 9, 2002 for Maria De Los Angles Cervantes, 54, who died on Dec. 4, 2002.
A resident of Catalina, Ariz., she was born in Nogales.
She is survived by three sons, Angel, Cesar and Elias Cervantes Jr.; a daughter, Soccorro Cervantes de Arreola; two brothers, Rudolfo and Carlos Baldenegro; five sisters, Soccorro, Margarita, Rosa Marie, Alejandrina and Maria Baldenegro; and nine grandchildren.
