Jay Munnerlyn Jr.
Jay Bryan Munnerlyn Jr., age 76, died Dec. 9, 2004.
He was a salesman for Wilson Meat Company, a sergeant in the United States Army at Fort Jackson, S.C., in the early 1950s before returning to work with his father in the Nuway Grocery in Lonoke. He retired from the store in 1976. He was a long time member of the Lonoke Baptist Church, was a 50 plus year member of Masonic Lodge #51 and a 32 Degree Scottish Rite Mason.
Survivors include his daughters, Jayne Spears of Beebe and Chloe Ann Wilson of Lonoke; one sister, Leara Deanne Lilly of Lonoke; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
Funeral Services were Saturday at Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke with interment in Lonoke Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Lonoke Alumni Association Scholarship Fund.
Dalton E. Walters
Dalton Edward Walters, age 7, of Bee Branch, died Dec. 11, 2004.
He attended the Mt. Zion General Baptist Church of Morganton and South Side Elementary School.
He is survived by his parents; his brother, Zach Walters; his grandparents, Bud and Agnes Walters, and Jerry and Martha Glendenning, all of Bee Branch; and by his great-grandmother, Ella Walters of Cabot.
Funeral services were Dec. 14, at the Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway, with burial at Crestlawn Memorial Park. Roller McNutt Conway, was in charge.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children’s Hospital, 800 Marshall.
Mary A. Parchman
Mary Anice Helen Parchman, 90, died Thursday, Dec. 9, 2004.
Survivors daughter, Dr. Linda Parchman; son, Dr. L. Gerald Parchman; sister, Audrey Woodward of Cabot; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one great-great-
granddaughter.
Funeral service was Saturday, Fowler Funeral Home Chapel. Burial, Oakland Cemetery, Brinkley.
Lewis Dale Hannah
Lewis Dale Hannah, 57, of Hopewell died Dec. 7, 2004.
He was a retired truck driver and sawmill operator. He was a member of the Worship Center Cabot Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Lewis Don Hannah of Cabot; a daughter, Tracie Lovell of Lamar; a brother, Eddie Hannah of Rose Bud; sisters, Donna Klepich and Juanita Wheeler of Little Rock; and five grandchildren.
Funeral was Dec. 10 at South Cross Roads Church, with arrangements by Olmstead Funeral Home in Heber Springs.
Frank Adam Guyot
Frank Adam Guyot, age 90, of Conway died Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2004. He was born in the community of Sylvania. He received a teaching certificate from Arkansas State Teacher’s College and then served in the Merchant Marines during World War II. Guyot was a supervisor at Little Rock Tent and Awning Company for several years before moving to Cabot, where he owned a real estate and insurance business until he retired and moved to Conway in 1981. He was active throughout his life in the community through his church and by serving as a member of the Lonoke County Quorum Court in the 1970s.
Guyot is survived by one daughter, Sandra Guyot DeVore of Conway. He is also survived by a grandson; a granddaughter; two great-granddaughters; and his brother, Sid Guyot of Beebe.
Funeral services wer held Thursday, Dec. 23, 2004 at 16th Section United Methodist Church, with burial in 16th Section Cemetery
by Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.
Berlin Derl Gray
Berlin Derl Gray, age 72, of Cabot died Dec. 20, 2004. Mr. Gray was a member of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church where he served as Deacon. He served in the Vietnam War and was a retired Master Sergeant of the US Air Force.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Fern Sims Gray of Cabot; two daughters, Mary Passmore, Peggy Lott Michael, both of Pryor, Okla.; two sons, Tim Gray of Peoria, Ariz., James Gray of Cabot; five sisters, Evie Bramel, Shirley Linder, Peggy Paulsen, Barbara Mason, Frankie Griffin; two brothers, Johnny Gray and Kenneth Gray; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services were Thursday, Dec. 23 at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Harvey McCreary officiating. Burial with full military honors followed in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Richard Tanner, Jim Paulsen, Ronnie Sims, Donnie Sims, Greg Gray and Tony Bramel. Honorary pallbearers will be grandsons, Bart Lott, Glen Passmore III and Jared Gray.
Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home was in charge.
Arrangements are by Moore’s Cabot Funeral Home, 700 N. Second Street.
Joseph W. Helton
Joseph William Helton, 76, of Conway, died Sunday, Dec. 26, 2004.
Survivors include his son, Danny Helton of Farmington; two daughters, Brenda Graham of Cabot and Vicky Abbott of Sherwood; one brother, Johnny Helton of Wichita, Kan.; three sisters, Fern Osburn of Commerce, Okla., Eva Wood of Oppelo, and Letha Langston of Morrilton; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were Tuesday, Dec. 28, at the Harris Chapel with Rev. James Mullins officiating. Burial was at Wolf Cemetery
by Harris Funeral Home.
Carl Pauschert Sr.
Carl Lee Pauschert Sr. died December 28, 2004.
Mr. Pauschert was born in Carlisle June 22, 1919 and married Vivienne Schafer Pauschert on August 30, 1946.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years; sons Carl Lee Jr. (Sandra) and Tommy Joe (Gwen); and two grandsons, Joey and Jason Pauschert.
He served 3 years in the Navy in WW1I as a Chief Machinist Mate during which he experienced the Okinawa typhoon. Mr. Pauschert was Instrumental in organizing the Carlisle Auxiliary Police force, was Past President of the CB Club, was a 32nd Degree Mason and a Shriner. Mr. Pauschert farmed the family land for 62 years. He loved the outdoors, to hunt drive his dump truck to haul gravel, NASCAR races, sports and the Razorbacks,
There will be no visitation, the family will receive friends at the home.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Dec. 29, at 2 p.m., at Carlisle Methodist Church.
Gladys L. Griffin
Gladys L. Griffin (Anderson), 76, of Lonoke, passed away Sunday, Dec. 19, 2004.
She is survived by her siblings, Walter, Chester, Bill, and his wife, Libby, Vivian, Joann and Sandy; two children, her daughter, Judy, and son, James, and his wife, Jeri.
Gladys will be deeply missed by her four grandchildren, Jaime, Jonathon, Joy and Joseph; and great-grandson, Joey (Little Pistol).

Lillie Thomas Coffey
Lillie Thomas Coffey, 88, of Lonoke died Dec. 24, 2005.
Survivors are a daughter, Joyce Waller; a son, Robert Coffey; a sister, Pernella McKinney; and 24 grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m., Dec. 30, at Palm Street Church of Christ in Lonoke, with arrangements by Boyd Funeral Home of Lonoke.
Odell Cordell Kee
Odell Cordell Kee, age 90, of Beebe, died Dec. 25, 2004.
She was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church.
Survivors are one son, Jim Cordell of Little Rock; one daughter, Mavis Black of Beebe; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral was Dec. 29, at Bethlehem United Methodist Church with burial in Butlerville Cemetery.

Patty Lou Coleman, 58, Cabot died Dec. 25, 2004.

Barbara King, age 61, of Cabot, formerly of Camden, died Dec. 23, 2004.
