Tyrone Hunter, age 28, of Lonoke died Aug. 19, 2004.
Survived by mother, Dorothy Hunter; father, Freddie Hunter; six children; sisters, Paula Hutchinson, Freddie Mae Holmes, Yvette Whitehead; brothers, Fredrick, Timothy, Nathan Hunter and Craig Whitehead.
Funeral services were Aug. 21, at Hubble Funeral Home Chapel.
Farrell Cook
Farrell Cook, of Searcy, died Friday, Aug. 20, 2004.
He was employed as manager of the Planning Department at Dassault Falcon Jet in Little Rock. His career there spanned 28 years. He also worked as an auxiliary deputy for the White County sheriff’s department and was a charter member of the White County Pilot’s Association.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Pat “Thacker” Cook; one son, James Cook of Judsonia; two daughters, Karen Light of Judsonia and Molly Oetken of Benton; six grandchildren; one brother, Harold Cook of Garland, Texas; and four sisters, Elva Jean Davis and Janice Haer of Searcy, Emma Taylor of Carlisle and Joy Doss of Silvis, Ill.
Funeral services were Aug. 23, with burial at Evergreen Cemetery
in Judsonia by Powell Funeral Home.
Yvonne Carol Lovell
Yvonne Carol Reaves Lovell, age 48 of Carlisle, died Aug. 19, 2004.
She was a member of Hamilton Methodist Church.
Survivors include one son, James Aaron Lovell; a daughter, Alysia Nicole Lovell; her mother, Carolyn Reaves; one brother, Delbert Reaves and a sister, Vera Reaves Cook, all of Carlisle.
Funeral service was Monday at Hamilton Methodist Church with interment in Hamilton Cemetery, arrangements by Boyd Funeral Home, Lonoke.
Donations may be made to a trust fund at Bancorp South, Carlisle.
Mark Randall Godfrey
Mark Randall Godfrey, 47, died Aug. 20, 2004.
Survivors include his wife, Janet Godfrey; children, Ben, Cynthia and Cassandra Godfrey of Conway, Charity Madron of Enola; five grandchildren; eight sisters; and three brothers.
A private memorial service will be held in West Virginia. Arrangements by Boyd Funeral Home of Lonoke.
Clyde R. Patty
Clyde R. Patty, age 83, of Sylvania, Arkansas, died Friday, August 27, 2004. He was a retired carpenter and nurseryman and an Air Force veteran of World War II. Mr. Patty was a member of the Sylvania Presbyterian Church where he served as Deacon. He served on the Sylvania Cemetery
Board for thirty years.
He is survived by his wife of fifty-six years, Charlene; one niece, Mary (Dallas) Bunker of Cabot; one nephew, Sonny (Sue) Patty of Jacksonville; one special great-great nephew, Ethan, who called him Uncle Clyde; special friends, Gene and Bonnie Allison and his faithful dog “Susie”.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie A. and Rosa E. “Jones” Patty; three sisters, Imogene Leffingwell and two infant sisters; and one brother, Neil Patty.
Visitation was from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe, with family receiving friends from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Funeral was at 10 a.m. Monday, August 30, 2004, at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Sylvania Cemetery.

Jennifer R. Hancock
Jennifer Renee Hancock, age 19, of Cabot, passed away August 27, 2004 in Macon, Georgia. She was born May 7, 1985 in Kansas City, Kansas to Gary Hancock & Bonnie Pay.
Jennifer was very active in the Drama Club, an avid soccer player and was often referred to as a social butterfly due to her active social life.
Preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Henry Hancock.
Survivors include: mother Bonnie Pay of Fayetteville; father & step-mother Gary & Jo Hancock; two half brothers, Gray & Henry Hancock all of McDonough, Georgia; Grandparents: Joe & Dorothy Pay of Cabot & Mary Hancock of Mt. Washington, Kentucky; Step-grandparents Betty Jo & Ray Thorton of McDonough, Georgia; Numerous aunts, uncles & cousins; two very special friends, Randy Bolinger & Nick Simmons along with a host of schoolmates & co-workers who loved her dearly.
Visitation was Tuesday, August 31, 2004 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 1, 2004 at Mt. Tabor United Methodist Church with Rev. Steve Poarch officiating. Interment services are private. Family requests any memorials be made to the American Heart Association. Jerome Louis Jones
Jerome Louis Jones, 83, of Little Rock passed away Aug. 24, 2004.
He is survived by his mother, Louella Jones of Little Rock; wife of 45 years, Janetta Gibbins Jones; sons, Ronald Jones of Bryant and Stephen M. Jones, 51, of Cabot; daughter, Susan Myers of Birmingham, Ala.; 3 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral was Aug. 27, with burial at Forest Hills Cemetery.
Billy Joe Staton
Billy Joe Staton, 50, of Lonoke died Aug. 30, 2004.
He was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
He is survived by three brothers, M.D., Johnny and Lee Staton, all of Lonoke; three sisters, Emma and Martha Staton, both of Little Rock, and Betty Emerson of DeWitt; seven nieces and nephews; one great-nephew; 1 great-niece; and many friends and relatives.
Services officiated by Bros. Andy Schalchlin and David Webb were Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2004, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, with interment at Legate Cemetery
by Boyd Funeral Home of Lonoke.
Memorials may be made to Legate Cemetery.
Barbara C. Parker
Barbara Carol Parker, age 35, of Jacksonville died Aug. 29, 2004.
Survivors include her parents, Ben and Betty Parker of Jacksonville, and a sister, Benita Jones.
Funeral services were Sept. 1, at the First Church of the Nazarene, Jacksonville, with burial in the Vilonia Cemetery. Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home was in charge.
Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
Leroy F. Moore
Leroy F. Moore, age 81, died Aug. 29, 2004.
He served in the Air Force and was a retired cook at the White Castle Cafe in Carlisle.

Glenda Craft Guerra
Glenda Craft Guerra, 67, of Benton died Monday, Aug. 23, 2004.
She was an educator and a member of First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jaime Guerra of Benton; daughter, Cissy Reid of Cabot; son, Rusty Guerra of Little Rock; sons, Tony Guerra of Benton and John Guerra of Mt. Ida; sister, Kay Rushing of Woodlawn; and 13 grandchildren.
Funeral service was Aug. 26, at First Baptist Church with burial in Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. Roller-Ballard Funeral Home was in charge.
Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Building Fund or Our Lady of Fatima Hispanic Ministry.
Burthel L. Bratcher
Burthel Lee Bratcher, 82, of Flippin, died Aug. 28, 2004.
She was of the Pentecostal faith.
She is survived by one son, Randy Bratcher of Pine Bluff; five daughters, Shirley Epperson and Juanita Parker both of Mabelvale, Mary Havens of North Little Rock, Barbara Doolin of Gravel Ridge, Christine Marcum of Cabot; one sister, Nellie Garland of Austin; nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services were Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in Arkansas Memorial Gardens, Jacksonville. North Little Rock Funeral Home was in charge.
