MURFREESBORO, Ark. - Donald Lee Gatliff, 72, of Delight, Ark., died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, at his home.
Mr. Gatliff was born Feb. 8, 1932, in Verdon, Okla. He was a farmer, a member of Delight Church of Christ and a Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Faydean Gatliff of Delight; three sons, James Donald Gatliff and Lee Roy Gatliff of Delight and John David Gatliff of Texarkana; two daughters, Mona Edwards of Tulsa, Okla.., and Becky Baltz of Sherwood, Ark.; his mother, Nina King Gatliff of Delight; one brother, Grant Cleveland of Arkadelphia, Ark.; three sisters, Celesta Bean of Irving, Texas, Carolyn Lamkin of Stevens, Ark., and Sharon Culbertson of Blossom, Texas; 14 grandchildren; two great - grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Delight Church of Christ with Wallace Alexander and Randy Hughes officiating. Burial will be in Delight Cemetery
under direction of Latimer Funeral home.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
RUDY JOHNSTON
Rudy Johnston, 63, of Umpire, Ark., formerly of Texarkana, Texas, died Sunday, Feb. 22, 2004, in a Dallas hospital.
Mr. Johnston was born June 5, 1940, in Bastrop, La. He was the owner of Southtown True Value Hardware Store, Ashdown, Ark., former owner of General Supply, Texarkana, a cattle rancher, attended Mountain View Baptist Church, Umpire, and was an Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Johnston of Umpire; four daughters, Teresa Walston of Redwater, Texas, Kay Kay of Parrott, Ga., Christy Young of Nashville, Ark., and Jennifer Murphy of Centerton, Ark.; one son, Gary Johnston of New Boston, Texas; two brothers, Jerry Johnston of Ashdown and Jimmy Johnston of Oak Grove, La.; 13 grandchildren; one great - grandchild; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Chapelwood Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Joe Walden and Kenny Bizzell officiating. Burial will be in Chapelwood Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
The family will be at the Teresa Walston residence, 1811 FM 3098, Redwater, Texas.

ANNIE WICKER
PRESCOTT, Ark. - Annie Lou Carr Wicker, 61, of Emmet, Ark., died Monday, Feb. 23, 2004, in a Hope, Ark., hospital.
Mrs. Wicker was born Feb. 17, 1943, in Tenehah, Texas. She was a homemaker and a Pentecostal.
Survivors include her husband, Gilbert Thomas Wicker Sr. of Emmet; three sons, Thomas Wicker of Hope, Shelton Wicker of Robert, La., and Junior Hart of Emmet; two daughters, Anna Henley and Leslie King of Hope; four brothers, O.H. Brooks, Wilbert Brooks, Clyde Carr and Randy Carr of Houston; one sister, Jewell Robin Tidwell of Spring, Texas; and eight grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Morris Baptist Church, Caney, Ark., with the Rev. Richard Sorrells officiating. Burial will be in Caney Cemetery
under direction of Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

HOPE, Ark. - David Duburk, 49, of Hope died Monday, Feb. 23, 2004, in a local hospital.

JAMES POE
HOPE, Ark. - James Dale Poe, 61, of Sligman, Ark., died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, in Barry County, Mo.
Mr. Poe was born Nov. 9, 1942, in Washburn, Mo. He was a retired Marine and a veteran of the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his wife, Yvonne Poe.
Survivors include three sons, James Poe and Charles Gaines of Hope and Gene Casper of Shreveport, La.; two daughters, Trina Poe and Tamra Poe of Van Buren, Ark.; one brother, Doris Poe of Cassville, Mo.; and 10 grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Water Creek Cemetery, Guernsey, Ark., with Harley Sisson officiating. Burial will be under direction of Brazzel/Oakcrest Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
HORACE JORDAN
HOPE, Ark. - Horace L. Jordan, 92, of Prescott, Ark., died Sunday, Feb. 22, 2004, at his home.
Mr. Jordan was born Aug. 18, 1911, in Nevada County, Ark. He was a retired cattle farmer and retired from Ark. Highway and Transportation Dept. in Hope, Lonestar Army Amunition Plant and the Camden Army Depot, a Deacon and member of Salem Baptist Church and Veterans of Foreign War and an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Janell Allen.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Rhodes Jordan of Prescott; two grandsons, Steven Allen of Hope and Doug Allen of Conway, Ark.; and six great - grandchildren, Sarah Allen and Jordan Allen of Conway and Samantha Allen, Brittney Allen, Casey Allen and Caitlin Allen of Hope.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Louie Wesson and Ricky Burke officiating. Burial will be in New Salem Cemetery, Laneburg, Ark.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

De QUEEN, Ark. - Eula Elizabeth Bailey, 77, of De Queen died Friday, Feb. 20, 2004, in a local nursing home.
Mrs. Bailey was born Aug. 31, 1926, in White Cliffs, Ark. She was a retired accountant and cashier and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband.
Survivors include one son and daughter - in - law, Buck and Debra Bailey of Wickes, Ark.; one sister, Helen Beck; five grandchildren, Janell Howell of Cover, Ark., and Kim Bailey, Brittany Bailey, Brandon Bailey and Tanner Bailey of Wickes; and two great - grandchildren, Brandy Howell and Brooke Howell of Cover.

De QUEEN, Ark. - Alta Mae Chaffin Green, 90, of Horatio, Ark., died Thursday, Feb. 19, 2004, in Wills Point, Texas.
Mrs. Green was born Jan. 27, 1914, in Francis, Okla. She was a homemaker and a member of Horatio Assembly of God. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie H. Green, in 1995.
Survivors include three daughters, Charlene Garrett of Wills Point, Imogene Smith of Ashdown, Ark., and Carolyn Garcia of Garland, Texas; one brother, LeRoy Chaffin of Paris, Texas; one sister, Juanita Stewart of Horatio; seven grandchildren; 13 great - grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Chandler Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. J.L. Walker officiating. Burial will be in Clear Creek Cemetery.

De QUEEN, Ark. - Robert Lee Roberts, 70, of De Queen died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2004, in a Mena, Ark., hospital.
Mr. Roberts was born Oct. 25, 1933, in Clinton, Okla. He was a truck driver, a Presbyterian and a Navy veteran.
Survivors include one son, Norman Lee Roberts of Lockesburg, Ark.; three daughters, Debra Trusley of De Queen, Diane Sims of Lockesburg and Darla Lanicek of New Hope, Ark.; one brother, Boyd Roberts of Lockesburg; nine grandchildren; four great - grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in McHorse Cemetery, Provo, Ark., with the Rev. Wallace Wooten officiating. Burial will be under direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home.

De QUEEN, Ark. - Ollie Mae Runnels McClure, 68, of Wilton, Ark., died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2004, in an Ashdown, Ark., hospital.
Mrs. McClure was born July 2, 1935, in Sevier County, Ark. She was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was preceded in death by one grandson, Dewey Adam Tosh.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse J. McClure of Wilton; one son, Allen Tosh of Hot Springs, Ark.; four daughters, Carol Treece of Wilton, Brenda Ward of Murfreesboro, Ark., Sherril Seaton of Hot Springs and Kathy Stubbs of Ardmore, Okla.; one brother, John Delbert Runnels; 14 grandchildren; and 13 great - grandchildren.
