ASHDOWN, Ark. - Josephine Hill Wade, 79, of Ashdown died Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2004, in an Ashdown nursing home.
Mrs. Wade was born Aug. 1, 1925, in Wilton, Ark. She was a Baptist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Wade; and one daughter, June Ann Wade.
Survivors include two sons and daughters - in - law, Billy K. and Catherine Wade of Ogden, Ark., and Alex and Terri Wade of Cabot, Ark.; one sister, June Johnson of Ashdown; three grandchildren, Shannon Smith, Bill Wade and Matthew Wade; and two great - grandchildren, Sam Smith and Sarabeth Smith.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Madden Funeral Home with James Brinkley officiating. Burial will be in Wilton Cemetery, Wilton, Ark.
AARON ADAMS
MURFREESBORO, Ark. - Aaron Allen Adams, 17, of Delight, Ark., died Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2004, from injuries received in an automobile accident.
Aaron was born June 21, 1987, in Hope, Ark. He was a student at Delight High School and a member of the Delight baseball team.
Survivors include his parents, Jerry Adams of Prescott, Ark., and Sandra and Tracy McWha of Delight; one sister, Kayla McWha of Amity, Ark.; his grandmother, Joy Adams of Prescott; one aunt, Kathy Thompson; and four uncles, Charles Adams, Stacy Adams and Bobby Adams of Prescott and Charles Adams.
Services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Delight High School gym with the Rev. Freeman Henderson and Steve Campbell officiating. Burial will be in Delight Cemetery
under direction of Latimer Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
CARNELL WILKINS
Carnell Wilkins, 84, of Texarkana, Ark., died Monday, Aug. 9, 2004, in a local nursing home.
Mrs. Wilkins was born Dec. 18, 1919, in Falcon, Ark. She was a member of Union Baptist Church where she was a deaconess and a member of the missionary society.
Survivors include her husband, Leon Wilkins Sr. of Texarkana; seven sons, Robert Wilkins and Ray Gene Wilkins of Riverside, Calif., Leon Wilkins Jr. and Michael Wilkins of Tamms Ill., Andrew Wilkins of Phoenix, Ariz., Steve Wilkins of Lafayette, Ark., and George Wilkins of Carrier Mills Ill.; six daughters, Rose Curren of Lakewood, Calif., Leola Wilkins of Los Angeles, Audrey Dugans of Coroia, Calif., Vina Pitre of Long Beach, Calif., Gwen Baker of Cerritos, Calif., and Janice Plair of Fontana, Calif.; one brother, Abe Dockery of Texarkana; 55 grandchildren; 69 great - grandchildren; one great - great - grandchild; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Union Baptist Church, Fulton, Ark., with the Rev. Leon Wilkins Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Clevet Spring Cemetery
under direction of Haynes Mortuary.
DIXIE LONG
HOPE, Ark. - Dixie Long, 66, of McCaskill, Ark., died Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2004, in Nashville, Ark.
Mrs. Long was born Jan. 19, 1938, in Kansas City, Mo. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Jimmy Long of McCaskill; two sons and one daughter - in - law, John and Julie Long of Antoine, Ark., and David Long of Hope; one daughter and son - in - law, Julie and Glen Hardy of Prescott, Ark.; and three grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Friendship Church. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery
under direction of Herndon Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
JEFFERY MASTERS
STAMPS, Ark. - Jeffery Bryant Masters, 26, of Fulton, Ark., died Saturday, Aug. 7, 2004, in a Texarkana hospital.
Mr. Masters was born Feb. 19, 1978, in Nashville, Ark. He was a 1996 graduate of Saratoga High School and employed with Tyson Foods.
Survivors include his parents, Lawrence and Ruby Lee Masters of Columbus, Ark.; two sisters, Earicker Smith of Center Point, Ark., and Mona Masters of Saratoga, Ark.; and two brothers, Ricky Masters of Saratoga and James Masters of Hope, Ark.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Smith Funeral Home with Elder Robert Young officiating. Burial will be in Camp Spring Cemetery, Columbus.
Visitation will be 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.
KISHOR PATEL
Kishor Patel, 43, of Texarkana, Ark., died Thursday, Aug. 12, 2004, at his home.
Mr. Patel was born Feb. 1, 1961, in India.
Survivors include his wife, Manju K. Patel; two daughters, Neha Patel and Komal Patel; his mother, Shantiben Patel; one brother, Dahyabhai Patel; and two sisters, Shatda Patel and Dhanu Patel.
Crematory service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Boone Funeral Home, Bossier City, La. Cremation arrangements under direction of East Funeral Home, Downtown.
Prayer services will be 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. today and 9:30 a.m. to noon at East Funeral Home.

Candace Breckweg, 19, of Texarkana, Ark., died Thursday, Aug. 12, 2004, in a local hospital.

Ollie Banks, 85, of Little Rock died Friday, Aug. 12, 2005, in Little Rock.
Ms. Banks was born April 10, 1920, in Fulton, Ark. She was a cafeteria restaurant worker and a Baptist.
Survivors include three special nieces, Ruthie Ann Sims of Little Rock, Ivory Lee Metlock of Texarkana and Felicia Lisa Heard of Nashville, Ark.; one nephew, Piercy Heard Jr. of Benton, Ark.; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Charity Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. O.V. Birmingham officiating. Burial will be in Westmoreland Cemetery, Fulton, under direction of Jones Funeral Home.
Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

DIERKS, Ark. - Julian Bruce "J.B." Crow, 82, of McHorse community, Ark., died Wednesday, Aug. 17, at his home.
Mr. Crow was born Sept. 29, 1922, in Ada, Okla. He was retired from Sevier County Road Department, a member and Elder of Provo Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Provo, Ark., Belleville Masonic Lodge and The American Legion and a World War II Army veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Ruth Crow of McHorse community; three sons, William Bruce Crow and Wesley "Dillon" Crow of Ashdown, Ark., and Clayton Crow of McHorse community; one daughter, Bonita Ward of Dierks, Ark.; two brothers, Kenneth Crow of Provo and Gale Crow of McHorse community; two sisters, Millie McKeller of Falls Chapel, Ark., and Peggy Whatley of Bloomburg, Texas: 12 grandchildren; 10 great - grandchildren; and a number of other relatives.

Mrs. Burns was born Nov. 2, 1939, in Bald Knob, Ark. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Merle Burns of Ben Lomond; one son, Michael Burns of Joplin, Ark.; one daughter, Deborah Layrock of Mount Ida, Ark.; two sisters, Josephine Osborn of Bald Knob and Eloise Timberlake of Bradford, Ark.; one grandson, Jason Lynch; one granddaughter, Meryl Lynch.; and one great - grandson, Michael "Bud" Sweet.
