Angeline Margaret Euseppi, 75, of 1401 Belmont, Pine Bluff died Wednesday, at Jefferson Regional Medical Center.
She was born April 5, 1926 in Pine Bluff to Edward E. and Della Hardin Rabeneck.
A lifetime resident of Pine Bluff, she worked for the Cotton Belt Railroad, retiring after 25 years of service as supervisor over trucking.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors are a son, Eric Lee Zarko of Birmingham, Alabama and a brother, Garnett L. Rabeneck of Atlanta, Georgia.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday at the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son, with Reverend Jimmy Watson officiating.
Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Robinson's, Thursday, 5-7 P.M.
Jewel Lou Herring

Jewel Lou Herring, 89, of Mountain Home died Tuesday, April 2, 2002 at Care Manor Nursing Home in Mountain Home.
She was born April 3, 1912 in Grant County, to Charley Harrison and Rada Lou Bain Elkins. She was reared and educated in Grant and Jefferson County, graduating from White Hall High School.
She married J.B. Herring, October 4, 1936 in Pine Bluff and resided in the Pine Bluff area, until moving to Hot Springs in 1979.
Mrs. Herring was a homemaker and a charter member of the Pine Bluff and Hot Springs Audubon Societies.
She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Pine Bluff.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband and a sister, Pearl Robertson.
Survivors are a son, Julian Herring of Hot Springs, a daughter, Sandra Ermey of Mountain Home, two brothers, Walter Elkins of Memphis, Tennessee and Elmer Elkins of Pine Bluff, five grandsons and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son, with Reverend Jimmy Watson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Robinson's, Friday morning, 10:00 A.M. until service time.
Bessie Merle Shannon
June 10, 1909 - April 03, 2002
Bessie Merle Shannon, 92 of Pine Bluff, died at her daughter's home in Menlo Park, California, Wednesday. She was born June 10, 1909, in Pine Bluff, the daughter of the late W. B. and Hattie Segars Ridgway.
Mrs. Shannon was reared and received her education in the Union Community, graduating from Union High School. She then attended Business School for two years in Pine Bluff. She worked as a Bookkeeper for many years.
Mrs Shannon was lifelong resident of the Pine Bluff area and a member of Hawley Memorial United Methodist Church.
She was predeceased by her husband, William Franklin Shannon, whom she married in 1932, and a son, Benjamin Franklin Shannon.
Mrs. Shannon is survived by two daughters, Judy Davis of Menlo Park, California, Merle Gibbs of Alpharetta, Georgia; one brother, Basil Ridgway of Pine Bluff; four grandchildren, Anita Gibbs, Shannon James Davis, Rebecca Shannon and Sharon Shannon.
Graveside services will Monday, 4/8/02, at 10:00 AM, at Memorial Park Cemetery
with the Reverend Mark Ashcraft officiating. The family will receive friends at Robinson's from 2 to 4 PM Sunday. Memorials may take the form of contributions to Hawley Memorial United Methodist Church, 1575 Ridgway Road, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, 71603.

Lottie Mae Riggs Culbertson

Lottie Mae Riggs Culbertson, 97 of Pine Bluff died Wednesday. She was born May 27, 1904 in Springfield, Missouri to the late Peter Lampkin Riggs and Jessie Ellen Berge Whitaker. She was married to W. Frank Culbertson on December 11, 1923 and was preceded in death by him in 1968.
Mrs. Culbertson was reared and received her early education in Springfield, Missouri area. She attended Pine Bluff High School.
She was employed by the Arkansas Power and Light Company ( now Entergy ) for 31 years as a cashier until her retirement. She was also employed by Matthews Hardware Store and the Arkansas Worm Ranch.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church and a charter member of the Pilot Club International for 50 years. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Eloise Elizabeth Daniels and a brother, Melvin Michael Riggs.
She is survived by two great-nieces whom she reared, Jehri Riggs Trulock of Brimingham, Alabama and Amy Riggs Newell of Tallahassee, Florida.
She is also survived by nieces, Mae Elizabeth Barnes of Mer Rouge, La., Charlotte Ann Cooper Roberts of Little Rock, Ellen "Cissy" Riggs Sullivant of Miami, Fl.; nephews, Davy Roy Daniels of Mer Rouge, La., and Michael Davy Riggs of Dallas, Tx; several great nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday, 3:00PM in the Chapel of Robinsons with burial in Graceland Cemetery.
The family will be at 3301 Cherry Street, Pine Bluff.
Samantha Inez Steger

Inez Cope Steger, 90, of 2003 West 33rd Avenue, Pine Bluff, Arkansas, died Monday, April 8, 2002, at Davis Life Care Center.
Mrs. Steger was born July 18, 1911 in Calmer, Arkansas, to the late John Henry and Martha Leona Greenlees Cope. She was reared in Calmer, Arkansas (Cleveland County) and graduated from high school at Rison. She moved to Pine Bluff in 1932.
She married Carl T. Steger on February 27, 1932 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Pine Bluff. She was also a member of the A.A.R.P.
She has no immediate survivors. She has 15 surviving nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Steger was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Carl T. Steger, who passed away February 6, 2000, and two sisters.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6-8 P.M., at Robinson's.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Thursday, April 11, 2002, 10:00 A.M., Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son with Dr. John McClanahan and Reverend Gordon Topping officiating. Burial will follow at Graceland Cemetery.
Jess E. ( Bud ) Partridge
October 19, 1914 - April 08, 2002
Jess E. "Bud" Partridge, age 87, of Pine Bluff, passed away at his home on Monday morning, April 8th.
Bud was born on October 19, 1914, in Dover, Arkansas, a son of Jess Hack and Lula White Partridge. He ws reared in Dover and graduated from the Carden Bottoms-Dardnelle High School. Mr. Partridge served in the U.S. Army during World War II, in the European Theatre and was also stationed in Alaska. Bud married Jeanette Pitts on July 5, 1941, in Atkins. She preceded him in death on March 10, 2002. Mr. Partridge retired from Hutt Building Materials in 1988, after 35 years in their sales department. Bud was a life member of the John and Roy Horn VFW Post # 4455,, where he served as Quartermaster for many years.
Mr. Partridge is survived by his son, Larry "Eddie" Partridge of Pine Bluff; two sisters, Mary Nell Gassaway and Bonnie Vinson both of Russellville, Arkansas; three (3) grandchildren and four (4) great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, four (4) brothers and tw (2) sisters.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2002, at 2:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son, 807 Cherry Street, Pine Bluff. Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 10, 2002, from 6-8:00 pm at the funeral home. military Rites will be given by the Thaddeus H. Caraway VFW Post # 2278 of Hot Springs, and the US Army Funeral Detachment from Fort Sill.
Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Pine Bluff.
The family ask that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
Geraldine Jean Clegg

Geraldine Jean Clegg, 69, of Pine Bluff died Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. She was born September 3, 1932 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas to Sam and Minnie Malcomb Johnson.
Mrs. Clegg was reared and attended school in Arkadelphia. She lived in Rison for 24 years before moving to Pine Bluff in 1993. She married Niven Clegg in Pine Bluff in 1996. Mrs. Clegg was a homemaker.
She attended First Assembly of God Church in Pine Bluff.
Mrs. Clegg was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers and five sisters. Survivors include a son Ricky Terry of Pine Bluff; three grandchildren, Jason, Jamie and Julie Terry all of Pine Bluff.
Visitation, Wednesday 6 to 8 PM at Ralph Robinson's.
Services are Noon, Thursday, April 11, 2002 at Ralph Robinson and Son Chapel with Reverend Mike Cottrell officiating.
Interment will be in Prosperity Cemetery.
Judy Gail Anderson

Judy Gail Blocker Anderson, 52 of #5 Archers Green Pine Bluff died Tuesday, April 9, 2002.
Mrs. Anderson was born October 16, 1949 at Pine Bluff, AR a daughter of
Margaret Brooks Blocker Sanderford of Fairfield Bay, AR and the late William Ralph
Blocker.
Mrs. Anderson was a lifelong resident of Pine Bluff, graduating from Pine Bluff
High School in 1967. She worked for Dr. Donna Massey as a registered Dental Assistant.
She was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church.
Other survivors include her husband, David L. Anderson of Pine Bluff, a daughter
Candace "Candy" Knight of Pine Bluff and a sister Carolyn Grimes of Apex, NC.
The family will receive friends Thursday 6 to 8PM at Ralph Robinson and Son.
The funeral will be 10:00 A.M, Friday, April 12, 2002, Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son,
with Reverend Jackie Richardson officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
