Negel “Rick” Rex Hall
Negel “Rick” Rex Hall, 69, of Rogers died Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Circle of Life Hospice House located in Bentonville. He was born February 12, 1949 in Stella, Missouri the son of Peggy Stover and Negel Hall.
Rick was baptized at a young age and remained a Christian his whole life.
He loved coon hunting, flying remote controlled airplanes, and NASCAR.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Rick is survived by: his wife, Janie Hall, his daughter, Libby Rogers and husband Kris, two grand-children, Zane and Frankie Rogers, and many friends and loved ones.
Visitation will be 1-2pm Friday, March 16th at Epting Funeral Home located at 709 North Walton in Bentonville.
Graveside service to follow at approximately 2:30 at Roller Cemetery located between Pea Ridge and Washburn near Powell, Missouri.
Rick requested to be buried in his overalls and would want you to dress casually as well.

Francis James Lanning, 83, of Rogers died Monday, March 12, 2018 at a local skilled care center. He was born September 2, 1934.
He served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his loving family and a host of friends.

Sue was born January 10, 1948 in May, Texas to Arthur and Velma Beck Lancaster. Sue is preceded in death by her father, Arthur Lancaster, her husband, James Ryan, and her brother, Jerry Lancaster Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Velma Lancaster; her children, Dennis Ryan and his wife Jana, Glendon Ryan and his wife Christi, and Rebecca Looney and her husband Gary, all of West Fork, Arkansas; 7 grandchildren, Chelsie, Alex, Gary Jr., Michael, Jordan, Emilee, and Kamaran; and 3 great grandchildren, Leighanna, Aleigha, and Aubrey.

Mr. Latta was an US Navy veteran. Gerald is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Gloria Latta; and his brother, Phillip Latta. Gerald is survived by his two sons, David S. Latta and William L. Latta; two brothers, George Latta and Jay Latta; nephews and nieces, Gerald Latta, Rosemarie Hopper, Phyllis Huddleston, and Kirk Latta.

Betty Jo Graves, 77, of Springdale, passed from this life on September 25, 2014 at Willard Walker Hospice Home in Fayetteville. She was born on January 16, 1937 in Oark, Arkansas to Preston and Grace Thomas Smith. Betty was a gifted quilter. She mastered the art of the handwritten note--her cards and letters will be treasured by her friends and family. Betty adored her family and cherished their time together. Betty is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Marvin Graves; three sisters and two brothers. Betty is lovingly remembered by her son, Terry Stamps and his wife Trish; three granddaughters, Terra Goss and her husband Steven, Brandi Skelton and her husband Kenny, and Amber Upton and her husband Kevin; seven great grandchildren, Macy Goss, Madison Goss, Ethan Skelton, Evan Skelton, Hayden Brooks, Elliana Upton, and Kinsley Upton; a brother Dolin Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Betty A. Selman
December 30th, 1925 - October 21st, 2014
Ms. Betty Selman of Springdale, Ark., made her transition on Oct. 21, 2014, following a fall at home. Formerly of Paris, Ark., Ms. Selman is survived by three children, Steve Hull, Becky Thompson and Nancy Bostian; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Her teenaged years inspired a novel written by noted Arkansas author Francis Gwaltney. She graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1948 and belonged to Delta Delta Delta sorority. Betty was proud to be a military wife, and loved living and traveling all over the world. She was a member of the Arkansas Committee of 100, PEO, and co-founded the TTT Society in Paris. Ms. Selman was preceded in death by her parents, Alice and John Guion; and husbands, Jim Hull and Charles Selman. She was a deeply spiritual person whose compassion, love and guidance will be missed by everyone who knew her.

At the age of 10 months, Brad was lovingly adopted by Cecil and Ina Whittle of Springdale, Arkansas. Brad is survived by his parents, a brother, Rick Whittle and his wife, D’Ann of Rogers; and a sister, Susan Herwaldt and her husband Donald of Springdale.

Mary Ermadene Ward Cox, 95, of Springdale, passed from this life to her eternal rest on October 10, 2014. She was born January 11, 1919 in Barnett, MO to Henry and Mary Currence. Mary was an accomplished seamstress and also loved to crochet and quilt. Her home was filled with plants and she could always be found working in her garden. Mary was a devoted Christian and was a charter member of Elmdale Baptist Church in Springdale. Mary is preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Chester Ward; her second husband, Clifford Cox; her son, Roy F. Ward; son-in-law, Bert Rakes; and two brothers, Orville Currence and Melvin Currence. Mary is lovingly remembered by her children, Don K. Ward and his wife Teri of Charlotte, NC, Deanna Rakes of Springdale, and Dan R. Ward of Springdale; grandchildren, Grant Ward and Dawn Marie Graber; and great grandson, Jacob Tamayo.
