JONESBORO -- Walter Davis, 79, of Jonesboro died Sunday, Feb. 19, at Southwind Heights, where he had lived for the past few months.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
Sandra Larae Helms
PARAGOULD -- Sandra Larae Helms, 62, of Paragould died Sunday, Feb. 19, 2006, at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 26, 1943, in Monette, the daughter of Claud and Nina Milligan Barlow. She was a member of Seventh and Mueller Church of Christ and retired from Monroe Auto Equipment.
Survivors include her husband, Mike of the home; daughters and sons-in-law, Ginger and Steve Hyde and Mandy and Tim Wilcox; mother and stepfather, Nina and Troy Barlow; grandchildren, Allyson Wilcox, Brittany Hyde and Andrew Hyde, all of Paragould.
She was preceded in death by her father, Claud Barlow; daughter, Michelle James; and sisters, Louise Holland and Claudette Barlow.
The family will receive friends from 6:30-9 p.m. today at Heath Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Heath Colonial Chapel, with Larry McFadden officiating. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery.
Memorials may be sent to the Children's Home of Paragould or the Wee Care Ministry at Seventh and Mueller Church of Christ.
Mitchell Stephen Kellim Sr.
PARAGOULD -- Mitchell Stephen Kellim Sr., 54, of Paragould died Saturday at St. Bernard's Medical Center.
Survivors include his mother, Ruth Kellim of Jonesboro, sons, Mitch (Crystal) Kellim and Sean (Kristie) Kellim, all of Paragould; daughters, Tammy Kellim of Paragould and Kristina (Scott) Berry of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Jazmine, Preston, Kirsten, Landen, Jordan, Madison and Stephen; brothers, Mike (Linda) Kellim of Jonesboro and Gene Kellim of Paragould.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Heath Funeral Home. Services will be private for the family. Memorials may be made to the Mitchell Kellim Funeral Fund.
Janet McNeely Kriner
JONESBORO -- Janet McNeely Kriner, 56, of Jonesboro died Thursday, Feb. 16.
Born Feb. 11, 1950, in Piggott, Janet was a registered nurse for more than 30 years.
Survivors include her husband David Kriner; daughter, Jeri Rhein Seabaugh; son, Jason Rhein; daughters, Christie Ollis and Kimberly Kriner; granddaughter Skylar; mother, Faye McNeely; sister, Carol Rhein; and brother, Don McNeely.
She was preceded in death by her father, James D. McNeely.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Cathedral Baptist Church in Jonesboro.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Edna Mason
NEWPORT -- Edna Mason, 97, of Newport died Sunday, Feb. 19, in Newport.
She was a member of Holden Avenue Church of Christ. She liked quilting; was a typical farm wife, helping with the farm; and loved her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, J.W. Bagwell and Lula Lamb Bagwell; her husband, Lee Thomas Mason; one son, Bill Mason; five brothers; and two sisters.
She is survived by her son, Jerry Lee Mason; her daughter, Carol Mason Ward of Bradford; five grandchildren, Jerry Lynn Mason of St. Louis, Laura Beth Mason Burr of Holtville, Calif., Denise Mason Haigwood of Newport, Michael Lee Mason of Sherwood and Susan Cutshall of Houston; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Dillinger Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in Walnut Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. today. Arrangements by Dillinger Funeral Home.
Joshua Lynn Robison
TRUMANN -- Joshua Lynn Robison, 19, of Trumann died Saturday, Feb. 18, from injuries received in a 1-vehicle accident near Trumann.
Mr. Robison was born in Jonesboro and was a lifetime resident of Trumann. He was a 2005 graduate of Trumann High School, was an employee of Roach Mfg. in Trumann and a member of First Christian Church.
He is survived by his fiancé, Breah McCarty of Trumann; his parents, Lynn and Karen Robison of the home; one brother, Aaron Robison of the home; grandparents, James and Linda Robison of Trumann; James and Ethel Moore of Wynne and W.C. "Pa" Toddy of Trumann; and two great-grandmothers, Marie Hendrix of Trumann and Almetta Bennett of Fair Oaks.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Trumann, with the Rev. Jonathan Skaggs and the Rev. Allan Payne officiating. Burial will follow in Bolivar Cemetery
near Harrisburg under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann.
Pallbearers will be Eddie Penna, Daniel Wilson, Clay McClung, Meritt Davis, Derrick Fletcher, Joseph Timbs, Darren Hellums and Dillion Burks.
Honorary pallbearers will be Kenny Thompson, Blake Wright, Brent Maurzi, Tannar Miles, Lucus Miller, Preston Timbs and Gabe Wilson.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at First Baptist Church, U.S. 69 West, Trumann.
Herbert Swindle
TRUMANN -- Herbert Swindle, 89, of Trumann, died Saturday, Feb. 18, at St. Bernard's Medical Center.
Born in Monette, he lived in Chicago for 35 years before returning to Trumann in 1974. He was a retired sheet metal worker and a member of Elm Grove Missionary Baptist Church of Lake City.
Survivors include two sons, Larry Swindle and Ronald Swindle, both of Trumann; a daughter, Barbara Williams of Murrells Inlet, S.C.; seven grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Cockrum Swindle, who passed away in October 2005; one brother; and nine sisters.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Roller-Farmers Union Chapel, with Myles Evans and Leonard Knight officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers include Ronald Swindle, Robert Swindle, C. J. Swindle, Jim Fain, Charley Huenecke and Wayne Waters.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home.

Arvil Wood
BATESVILLE -- Arvil Wood, 82, of Batesville died Saturday, Feb. 18, at White River Medical Center in Batesville.
He was born April 6, 1923, at Roosevelt to William Henry and Susie Roberson Wood. He was a member of Ruddell Hill Baptist Church, where he served as deacon and church trustee.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ruddell Hill Baptist Church, with burial in Oaklawn cemetery at Batesville. Qualls Batesville Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. today.
James Rufus Conger
PARAGOULD -- James Rufus Conger, 91, of Paragould, died Saturday, Feb. 18 at Arkansas Methodist Medical Center.
He was a farmer and a member of Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred; son, Donnie Conger of Paragould; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Lowell Eaton of Paragould; sisters, Luvine Hass of Marmaduke and Alta Wheatley and Della Brewer, both of California; two grandsons; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 1-1:45 p.m. today. Services will begin at 1:45 p.m. at Heath Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hartsoe Cemetery.
Georgia Inez Creecy
TRUMANN -- Mrs. Georgia Inez Creecy, 67, of Trumann died Friday, Feb. 17, at NEA Medical Center in Jonesboro.
She was born in Paris, had lived in Trumann for the past 46 years and was formerly of Marked Tree. She was a retired employee of Singer Co. and worked at C & C Auto Sales after her retirement. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
Mrs. Creecy was preceded in death by two brothers and was the daughter of the late Earl and Ruby McDade Nichols.
Survivors include her husband, James Creecy of the home; one son, Jimmy Creecy of Trumann; seven sisters, Annabelle Campbell of Mulberry; Jeanett Walker of Boaz, Ala., Loretta Campbell of Jonesboro, Shirley Allison of Tyronza, Betty Austin of Mountain Home, Sharon Collins of Trumann and Patricia Raper of Blytheville; and four brothers, Earnest Nichols of Trumann, Leon Robinson of Osceola, Charles Nichols of Lake City and David Nichols of Okolona, Miss.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Thompson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Larry Tribble and the Rev. Huey Meherg officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery, with Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Johnny Moss, Larry Harrison, Donnie Taylor, Jerry Vinson, Joe Austin, Larry Davis, Troy Wilson and Robert Stearns.
