Margaret McClendon

Margaret McClendon, 100, of Fayetteville, Arkansas died Monday, March 4, 2013 at her home. She was born August 17, 1912 in Whitton, Arkansas.

She was employed at the University of Arkansas for many years.

Margaret is survived by many loving relatives.

Margo Bouvier

Margo Lynn Bouvier, 51, of Rogers, Arkansas died Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers. She was born May 25, 1961 in Illinois.

She is survived by two daughters, Celina and Sierra, three brothers, and two grandchildren.

Parke Gibson

Parke Henry Gibson, 49 days old, of Cave Springs, Arkansas, died Thursday, February 28, 2013 at his home, from complex Congenital Heart Disease. He was born January 10, 2013 in Johnson, Arkansas.

Parke is survived by his parents, Micah and Lindsey Gibson; one sister, Landry Gibson; and one brother, Collier Gibson, all of Cave Springs; his maternal grandparents, Debbie and Marc VanPelt and Jim and Cindy Weir, all of Springdale; his paternal grandparents, Dean and Monica Gibson, of Lavaca, Arkansas; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; and several great-grandparents.

A celebration of his life will be Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Rogers with Pastor Wes George officiating. A reception will follow the service and all are welcome to attend.

Memorials may be sent to The Pediatric Palliative Care Unit of Arkansas Children’s Hospital, 1 Children’s Way, Little Rock, Arkansas 72202.

Richard Wasson

Richard Guy Wasson, 64, of Springdale, Arkansas died Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at the VA Hospital in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born June 18, 1948 in California.

He served in the U.S. Navy.

Richard is survived by many loving relatives.

Johnny Caudill

Johnny Ray Caudill, 66, of Farmington, Arkansas died Monday, February 25, 2013 at Willard Walker Hospice House in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born April 14, 1946 in Locust Grove, Oklahoma the son of Janie Polly Stanley and Ezekiel Caudill.

He enjoyed spending quality time with his family, camping, and Razorback Sports especially football. He retired from Campbell’s Soup after 30 years of service, and presently he worked for Washington Regional Medical Center and the Fayetteville Public Schools.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and three sisters.

Johnny is survived by his wife, Trelbie I. Caudill, of the home, whom he married July 16, 1988; four sons, Timothy Caudill and his wife, Margaret, of Fayetteville, Ray Dean Caudill of Elm Springs, Randy Earl Caudill and his wife, Christa, of Fayetteville, and Justin Alan Caudill of Farmington; one daughter, Tiffany Ann Caudill, of Farmington; one brother, Odell Caudill of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; two sisters, Hattie Hutchins of Springdale and Nora Lee Harrison of Siloam Springs; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and two grandchildren, Randy Ray Caudill and Elijah Daniel Caudill.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 28, 2013 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Western Hills Baptist Church located at 2161 South Shiloh in Fayetteville.

Graveside service will be Friday, March 1, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at New Home Cemetery in Peggs, Oklahoma with Rev. Billy Hutchins officiating.

Mary Mondl

Mary Louise Mondl, 53, of Bella Vista, Arkansas died Saturday, February 23, 2013 at Washington Regional Medical Center of Fayetteville, Arkansas. She was born November 29, 1959 in Malta, Illinois the daughter of Domicella Rockley and William Hayes.

She was a Master Gardener, an avid reader, and volunteered many hours at the Bella Vista Library. She had lived in the Northwest Arkansas area for 21 years after moving from Chicago. She was a member and teacher at Unity Church in Bentonville.

Mary worked for Wal-Mart as a People Greeter most recently at the store in Pineville, Missouri for over 6 years and prior to that, she was with the Wal-Mart Computer Help Desk for over 15 years. She sang at many local nursing homes. She was also a member of Toastmasters.

She was preceded in death by her mother.

Mary is survived by her husband, Michael Mondl, of Bella Vista, whom she married May 4, 1985; her father, William Hayes, of Hawaii; her mother-in-law, Kathleen Mondl, of Wisconsin; one brother, Mike Hayes, and his wife, Lynn, of Florida; and one sister, Jan Sands, and her husband, Gordie, of New Mexico.

Memorial service will be Sunday, March 3, 2013 at 4:30 p.m. at the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel in Bella Vista.

Memorials may be sent to the charity of donor’s choice.

Chad Wolff

Chad Erik Wolff, 38, of Cave Springs, Arkansas died Friday, April 26, 2013 at Northwest Medical Center of Bentonville. He was born August 2, 1974 in Grand Haven, Michigan the son of Soren Wolff and Susan Gardner Wolff.

He played college baseball, as a pitcher, at the University of Arkansas, Westark Community College, and the University of Indianapolis, where he finished his senior year with a record of 13 – 0. Chad was a special education teacher at Kirksey Middle School and was a high school and college pitching coach. He also gave pitching lessons to numerous children in Northwest Arkansas.

Chad moved to Northwest Arkansas with his wife, Sarah, in January 2007 from Las Cruces, New Mexico. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Rogers.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Chad is survived by: his father and mother; Soren Wolff and Susan Wolff of Holland, Michigan; his wife; Sarah Wolff, of the home, whom he married July 25, 1998; his two sons; Mason Wolff and Hudson Wolff; his two daughters Ryanne Wolff and Teghan Wolff; his brother Derek Wolff and his wife Rhiannon, of Holland, Michigan; his sister Erika Kortman and her husband Jon, of Ogden, Utah; his three nephews and one niece, also he is survived by numerous family and friends.

Visitation will be on Tuesday April 30, 2013 from 5 to 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Rogers.

A Celebration of Life service will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday May 1, 2013 at First Baptist Church of Rogers with Pastor Wes George and Pastor Mark Maier officiating.

Pallbearers will be J.T. Baker, Matt Melson, Keith Kilgore, Mark McEntire, Phillip Jackson, Shannon Sidney, John Couch, and Derek Wolff.

Memorials may be sent to the Chad Wolff Memorial Fund at First Security Bank in Northwest Arkansas.

Leo Gieselman

Leo J. Gieselman was born August 10, 1931 in Dundee, Minnesota to Anton and Emma (Schad) Gieselman. He grew up in Dundee, Minnesota and then moved to Iona, Minnesota and received his education there.

He was drafted into the Army and served in the Korean War for two years from 1952 until 1954. After the service, he moved to Slayton, Minnesota with his mother Emma. He lived there and cared for her for 25 years. Leo worked at the Toggery Cleaners in Slayton for 30 years.

He moved to Rogers, Arkansas in 1989 to be by his nephews, Roger, Dale, and Ray. He worked for Harp’s in Rogers until his retirement. Leo was an avid bowler for many years, enjoyed fishing, watching the Minnesota Twins Baseball and the Minnesota Vikings Football.

Leo was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers, Arkansas. He was a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus, and he was a 4th Degree Knight. After a short battle with cancer, Leo passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013.

He is survived by one brother, Louis Gieselman and his wife, Clarice, of Avoca, Minnesota and many other nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, one sister, and two nephews.

There will be a private family service. Inurnment will be at Rogers Cemetery. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be sent to: Washington Regional Hospice in Fayetteville.
