Luvenie M. Rhodes
Luvenie McGraw Rhodes, 93, of Beaumont, Tex., passed away, Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2001.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Beaumont and the Eastern Star, South Park Chapter 1056.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Lester and Leola Fulmer of Vidor, Tex.; sister-in-law, Isabelle Speer of Lonoke; two granddaughters, Nancy Eberhardt of Beaumont, Tex., and Barbara Kelson of Nederland, Tex.; a grandson, Steve Fulmer of Vidor, Texas; nine great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Cabot Funeral Chapel, 700 N. Second St. Interment will be in Mt. Carmel cemetery.

William N. McCrumb
William Neil McCrumb, 83, of Austin, passed away Feb. 1, 2001. He was a member of Old Austin Baptist Church, the Masons and the Eastern Star. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margorie McCrumb.
He is survived by his son, Steven Sheffield of Bismarck; a daughter, Linda McCrumb of Austin; one sister, two brothers, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4 until 6 p.m. Saturday with a memorial service following at 7 p.m. at Old Austin Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Cabot Funeral Home, 843-5816.
Alice Ellerbee
Alice Irene Fallin Ellerbee, 84, of Austin, died Feb. 2, 2001. She was a homemaker and was the widow of Rev. John L. Ellerbee, Sr. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Ward and was a past member of Ward Eastern Star.
She was the beloved mother of three sons, John L. Ellerbee Jr. of Ward, Danny Ellerbee of Austin and Phillip A. Ellerbee of Jacksonville; three daughters, Patsy L. Farrer, Janet Sue Stagg and Vicky L. Tucker, all of Austin; two brothers, H.E. Fallin of Molena, Ga., and John A. Fallin of Griffin, Ga.; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Westbrook Funeral Home in Beebe.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Ward. Burial will be in Mt. Springs cemetery at Westbrook Funeral Home in Beebe, 882-5412.

Michael J. Farley
Michael J. Farley, 36, of Jacksonville, died Feb. 1, 2001.
He is survived by his father, James Farley of Iowa; mother and stepfather, Clara and Joseph Wade of Jacksonville; brothers, Thomas Farley and Joey Wade, both of Jacksonville; sisters, Donna McPenny of Iowa and Debra Farley of Conway.
Cremation services are by Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home.
David A. Peglow
David Albert Peglow, 57, of Sherwood, died Jan. 29, 2001. He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Jacksonville.
He was born Feb. 4, 1943 in Hammond, Ind., the son of the late William C. and Vera Alberta (Miller) Peglow. He was a graduate of Indiana University and a Vietnam Army veteran. He was a member of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accounts and retired from the Arkansas Department of Health.
He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Sue Ellen Peglow; daughter, Patricia Kathleen Peglow Airoldi and her husband, Robert; son, Phillip Scott; daughter, Penny Jean; sister, Gloria Jean and brother-in-law, Gilbert Schultz; sister-in-law Clare Peglow and many nieces and nephews.
He is also preceded in death by his brother, William V. Peglow. Services were held Feb. 2 at Hope Lutheran Church in Jacksonville.
The family wishes to thank their spiritual family at Hope Lutheran Church, especially the Schalk family, special friends Sherry and Joe Bratton, Dr. John Hayes, Dr. Byron Curtner and the staff at Rebsamen Wound Healing Center for their great care of David.

Myra Jean Myers
Myra Jean Myers, 69, of Ward, died April 14, 2001.
She was a retired school teacher.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James H. and Charlotte Riley. Survivors include her husband, Lorin Dean Myers of Ward; a sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Alton Ray of Ward. Arrangements are by Cabot Funeral Home.
Debra Lynn Brim
Debra Lynn Brim, 38, of Cabot, died Friday, April 13, 2001.
She was born July 21, 1962, in Jacksonville to Bobby and Syble Jeanette Jones Turner.
She was a registered nurse for St. Vincent's Rehab in Sherwood.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Syble Jeanette Jones Turner.
Survivors include her loving husband, Michael Brim of Cabot; one daughter, Kathryn Jeanette Brim of Cabot; her father, Bob Turner of Perryville; two brothers, David A. Turner of Little Rock and Bobby G. Turner of Cabot.
Funeral services were conducted Monday at Victory Baptist Church, with Bro. Cliff Hutchinson officiating.
Entombment was at Chapel Oaks Mausoleum.

J. Tommy Pruitt
J. Tommy Pruitt, 77, of Little Rock, died Saturday, April 14, 2001.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II, and a Baptist.
Survivors include his brother, C.W. Pruitt of Beebe; three sisters, Vernell Cady, Mary Jo Lanham, and Janie Owen, all of Little Rock.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine, and his son, Jimmy.
Graveside services were held Tuesday at Antioch cemetery.

Ellen B. Trickey
Ellen B. Trickey, 98, of Jacksonville, died May 15, 2001.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elzie Trickey.
She is survived by one sister, Clara Brooks of Little Rock, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, 1504 Loop Road.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Pleasant Hill cemetery.
Lois Middleton
Lois "Marie" Middleton, 65, of Jacksonville, died May 11, 2001. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Jacksonville.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Clarence and Lillian Everett. Survivors include her husband, Charles E. "Charlie" Middleton; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sheila and Marty Salsman, Karen and Spencer Britton; two grandchildren, Nathaniel and Lilly Britton; one sister, Jean Spence; two half-brothers, Marshall and Allen Everett; and stepmother, Zena Everett.
Funeral services were held May 15 in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Rest Hills, 7724 Landers Rd., 501-835-3515, with the Rev. Hazel Clark officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to ARORA or the Pulaski County Humane Society.
Nicholas Kieffer
Nicholas Shawn Kieffer, 24, of Jacksonville died recently.
He was born June 24, 1976, at Edwards Air Force Base, California. He graduated from North Pulaski High School in 1995, and Arkansas State University at Beebe with an associate's degree in computer aided design.
He completed the requirements for a bachelor's degree in land survey at the University of Arkansas Little Rock. An avid outdoorsman, Nicholas was an Eagle Scout and had been an assistant Scout Master with Troop 65.
He was employed with Robert Schelle Architectual Firm and taught swimming lessons at the Jacksonville Recreation Center. Nicholas was an usher at St. Jude's Catholic Church, an officer in the Knights of Columbus Council, and a fourth degree Sir Knight.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, John Kieffer.
Survivors include his mother and father, Louise and Michael Kieffer of Jacksonville; one sister, Kimberly; grandmother, Virginia Kieffer of Belleville, Kansas; grandparents, Charles and LeEnora Heina of Cuba, Kansas; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and loving friends.
Funeral mass was held May 15, at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Jacksonville with Father Thomas Arackal IMS and Father Steven Heina officiating. Rosary was held May 14 at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, North Little Rock.
Burial will be held in St. Isodore cemetery in Cuba, Kan., May 18, with a funeral mass preceding at 10:30 a.m. at St. Edwards Catholic Church in Belleville, Kan.
Arrangements in Kansas are under the direction of Tibbetts-Fischer Funeral Home.
Nicholas was a gentle and understanding young man whose kindness will always be remembered.
