LITTLE ROCK - LeMay Chamberlain Ward, 90, of Little Rock, formerly of Malvern, died Sunday, March 30, 2003.
Born Sept. 22, 1912, at Lewisville to Albert Louis and Martha LeMay Chamberlain, she was predeceased by her husband, Clifford Aldridge; one son, Lonnie Aldridge; three brothers, Albert Chamberlain, Jim Chamberlain and Fred Chamberlain; and one sister, Lorraine Houk.
Survivors include one daughter, Roberta Turley of Little Rock; one daughter-in-law, Shirley Aldridge of Malvern; one brother, Charlie Chamberlain of Tecumseh, Mich.; one sister, Audrey Simmons of Browntown, Mich.; five grandchildren, Terry Aldridge, Thomas Aldridge, Robbie Turley, Jerry Turley and LaDonna Outlaw; and 14 great-grandchildren.
The service will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Atkinson Funeral Home, Malvern, with the Rev. Ted Grove officiating.
Pallbearers will be Terry Aldridge, Robbie Turley, Jerry Turley, Christopher Outlaw, Corey Turley and Nicholas Outlaw.
Burial will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Wilson cemetery, Lewisville.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. today.

The service for William E. Bailey, 73, of Hot Springs who died Wednesday, June 18, 2003, will be 10 a.m. today in Davis-Smith Funeral Home chapel, Hot Springs, with the Rev. Mike Sanders officiating.
Burial will be in Gaston cemetery.

Mike Briggeman, 50, of Malvern died Tuesday, June 17, 2003.
Born May 5, 1953, at Rantl, Ill., he was predeceased by his father, Charles Briggeman; two brothers, Paul Briggeman and Gary Briggeman; and his grandparents.
Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Leffler of Malvern; one daughter, Alex Briggeman of Malvern; his parents, Iva and Ardell Rodgers of South Roxana, Ill.; four brothers and three sisters-in-law, Chuck and Lisa Turner Briggeman of South Roxana, Randy and Nellie Briggeman of East Alton, Ill., Rusty Briggeman of Edmond, Okla., and Eric and Rhonda Briggeman of Gracemont, Okla.; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Pamela Hand of East Alton, Ill., and Patty and Clinton Hatcher of Sunrise Beach, Mo.; and one uncle, David Briggeman of Tell City, Ind.
The memorial service will be 4 p.m. today in Atkinson Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Roy Smith officiating.

Velma Van Buren Brown, 75, of Hot Springs died Thursday, June 19, 2003, at home.
She was born June 21, 1927, at Greenwd, Mo., to John Albert and Anna Pearl Keller Gammon.
Survivors include one son, David DeLaney Fte Jr.; two daughters and one son-in-law, Janet S. and Larry Griffin of Hot Springs and Shirley Silvey of Missouri; one sister, Joan Adler of Missouri; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
The body will be cremated.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hot Springs Hospice.

BONNERDALE - Laura Haley Garrett, 46, of Bonnerdale died Thursday, June 19, 2003.
Born Oct. 14, 1956, at Poplar Bluff, Mo., she was a self-employed painter and decorator. She was predeceased by one son, Gary A. Trentelman; one brother, George M. Saracini; and her stepmother, Pat Saracini.
Survivors include her husband, Ed Garrett of Bonnerdale; her father, Leo Saracini of Hot Springs; her mother and stepfather, Ruth Lynn Richmond and Monty Hopkins of Livingston, Texas; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Tom and Lorri Saracini and David Saracini, all of Hot Springs, and Bill and Kim Saracini of Columbia, Mo.; her mother- and father-in-law, Carla and Charles Adams of Amity; one stepdaughter and stepson-in-law, Cammie and Robert Simmons of Amity; one granddaughter, Sonya Simmons; one uncle; one aunt; two nephews; and two nieces.
The service will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Davis-Smith Funeral Home chapel, Hot Springs, with the Rev. Wdy Larson officiating.

RUSSELLVILLE - Voila Virginia Gilstrap, 79, of Russellville died Tuesday, June 17, 2003.
Born April 16, 1924, at Gaston to James Foster and Elsie May Lawson, she was predeceased by three children, Steve Gilstrap, Ray Gilstrap and an infant.
Survivors include three daughters, Velma J. Foster, Carolyn J. Shively and Tammy Freeman; two brothers, Odell Gaston and Odean Gaston; one sister; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The service will be 2 p.m. today in Gaston cemetery with Pastor Art Parker officiating.

ODEN - Larry Gladden Sr., 65, of Oden died Thursday, June 19, 2003.
Born Oct. 24, 1937, at Caddo Gap to Dale and Ophia Hopper Gladden, he was a U.S. Air Force veteran and retired from Fischer Corp. in McKinney, Texas.
Survivors include his fiancee, Ollie Whittenburg of Little Rock; his mother, Ophia Kane of Hot Springs; five children, Larry Gladden Jr. of Hawaii, Jennifer Fowler of Pearcy, Anna Marie Allen of Beebe, Sandra Ann Miller of Little Rock and Terry Terrell of Maumelle; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Jerry Gladden of San Saba, Texas; and one sister, Betty Thrush of Morgantown, W.Va.
The service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday in Hopper cemetery with the Rev. Richard Posey officiating.

Born Dec. 6, 1936, at Malvern, he was a retired electrician and of Assembly of God. He was predeceased by his father, Virgil Grant.
Survivors include his wife, Judy Grant of Hot Springs; his mother, Grace Dubbs of Hot Springs; one son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Judi Grant of Albuquerque, N.M.; one daughter, Rhonda Adams of Waxahatchie, Texas; two stepsons, Chuck Rowell and Jimmie Dickens, both of Louisiana; one stepdaughter, Becky Tackett of Louisiana; one brother and sister-in-law, Carroll and Delores Grant of Hot Springs; and 14 grandchildren.

Linden "Lindy" Lauve Jr., 87, of Hot Springs died Friday, June 20, 2003, at home.
Born Jan. 10, 1916, at Port Arthur, Texas, to Linden Albert and Mayme Glidden Lauve Sr., he was a retired business owner and executive, U.S. Army veteran and Episcopalian. He was predeceased by one daughter, Sister Anne Lauve; and one sister, Eloise Lauve.
Survivors include his wife, Jeane Lauve of Hot Springs; two sons and daughters-in-law, Linden "Lin" and Lisa Lauve III of Fayetteville and Jeffrey and Pattie Lauve of Plano, Texas; one daughter and son-in-law, Martha and Ralph Lamberti of Godley, Texas; and 14 grandchildren.
The memorial service will be private.

Born Sept. 12, 1924, at Malvern to Roy E. and Alma Marie Quick Sanders, he was a retired Dow Chemical senior control technician and Baptist.
Survivors include two sons and one daughter-in-law, Larry Sanders of Malvern and George Michael and Nancy Sanders of Lakewd, Calif.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Janie and Jim Irwin of Malvern and Karen and Jesse Stroup of South Carolina; one brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Mary Sanders of Houston; five grandchildren, Chris Mitchell, Michael Mitchell, Kellie Irwin, David McMahan and Janie Marie Sanders; one great-grandson; and three step great-grandchildren.
