Survivors include his parents; a brother, Aaron Descoteau; a sister, Stephanie Tully and husband Eric; and three nieces all of California. George William Epperson

George W. Epperson, 67 of Russellville, departed this life Tuesday, March 03, 2015 at his home with his family by his side. He was born August 7, 1947 in Russellville to Horace Alvin and Mary Jewel Smith Epperson. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife Belinda Sue Simpson Epperson; a daughter, Chris Ann Epperson; a granddaughter, Jacey Fox and a brother Alvin D. Epperson. Survivors include two daughters, Terri Fox and husband Jerry, Lisa Epperson; four grandchildren, Joshua, Jade, Camron, Xander and other family and friends. The family will conduct a celebration of life to honor George at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 7, 2015 at The Fellowship Bible Church of Russellville officiated by Pastor, Jeff Walchshauser. Robert C. Cochran, age 90, of Russellville departed this life, Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at St Vincent's Hospital in Little Rock. He was born December 13, 1925 in Pope County to Samuel and Roxie Cochran. He was a local building contractor and served time on the Russellville Planning Commission. He was preceded in death by his parents; several siblings and a great-granddaughter. He is survived by his wife, Margie Cochran; one son, Stephen Cochran of Russellville; one daughter, Cheryl Sharp of California; five siblings; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Graveside service and burial will begin at 9:00 AM Saturday, August 15 at Nordin cemetery in London, under the direction of Broussard Funeral Home of Russellville. Military Honors will be provided by Rogers-Rye VFW Post 2283. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 PM Friday, August 14 at Broussard Funeral Chapel.

Larry Dale Dotson, 60 of Dover departed this life Thursday, August 13, 2015 at the Russellville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born March 14, 1955 in Dover to David and Cleora Dotson. He was preceded in death by his Parents; his wife Joyce Elaine Dotson; two brothers, George Dotson, James Dotson; and one sister, Ester Dotson. Survivors include one son and daughter- in-law, Keith and Shannon Dotson of Dover; two brothers, Vester Dotson and Caroll Dotson; two sisters, Gladys Howerton and his twin sister, Kathy Collins; three grandchildren, Heather, Ashley, Alexis; one great-grandchild, Kelton and several nieces, nephews and an abundance of cherished family and friends. . Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m., Saturday, August 15, 2015 at the Pleasant Grove Community Church officiated by the Rev. Bill Hampton and the Rev. Terry Anthoney. Burial will follow in North New Hope cemetery north of Dover under the direction of Broussard Funeral Home of Russellville. The visitation will start at 2 p.m. at the church before the service. Pallbearers are, Ray Dotson, Ronnie Dotson, Don Davis, Chad Wilson, Mike Hottinger and Brad Hottinger. Honorary pallbearers will be his nephews.

They were born to Lereako and Montanies Rainey of Russellville. Although they were here for only a few hours they were a blessing to their parents and now watch over them as angels.\r\n\r\nThey were preceded in death by two brothers, Lereako Rainey IV and Mason Montrell Rainey. \r\n\r\nSurvivors include their parents; four brothers, Quwillien Porter, Quwintarious Porter, Lereako Rainey Jr., Lereako Rainey III; maternal grandparents, Robin and Charles Kellybrew; paternal grandparents, Judia Cokley and Willie Williams; along with numerous aunts, uncles, friends and family. \r\n\r\nAll arrangements are private and under the direction of Broussard Funeral Home of Russellville.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Hillsdale Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Nita (Mason) and Floyd Combs; his father and step-mother Kenneth and Sheryl Allen; two daughters, Angela Swafford and husband Jeremy, and Shiann Colvin; two sons, Joshua Allen and fiance Stephanie, Jeremy Allen and wife Vicky; one brother, Scotty Allen and girlfriend Tina; one step-brother, Quentin Combs; one step-sister, Sondra Combs; four grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other special relatives and friends. She was born on December 30, 1953 to Oscar and Nellie Mathis. Laura was a devoted and loving mother who will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers Larry Mathis and Johnny Mathis; and a sister, Debbie Northcott. Survivors include her husband, Robert Morgan; brother Mike Mathis; sister Kathy Mathis; daughter Ruby Moore and husband Jason; daughter Sarah Wedge;son John Sheperd; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Thomas Neal Rayburn, 84, of Dardanelle, departed this life on Wednesday, September 02, 2015 at River Valley Medical Center in Dardanelle, Arkansas. Mr. Rayburn was a loving father and served his country during his time in the Air Force. He was a member of the Strategic Air Command during the Cuban Missile Crisis and retired from the Air Force as a Staff Sergeant. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife of 52 years, Ruby Louis Rayburn. Survivors include two sons, Mike Rayburn of Dardanelle, Randy Rayburn and wife Francis of Booneville; two daughters, Peggy Jaczynski and husband Mike of WI, Doris Woodell of OK; eight grandchildren and many other cherished family and friends. A graveside service will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the North Little Rock Veteran's State cemetery with full military honors.
